I ordered on one of the ring light products because it said that it came with a phone attachment. This was said in the description, in the photograph as well as the picture on the box. It arrived and there is no phone attachment. DO NOT BUY. Do not trust them.

Be aware of using as they do not tell you about any customs costs shipping from there country of origin and supply it cost me 50% more to get my item released .

I will never purchase from this company again. I ordered 4 items April 1st. They shipped the items in two different boxes. The first box I received. The 2nd box was shipped according to the DHL tracking label. It stayed in CHINA for over a week then it said it was returned to shipper. Since April 21st I have been communicating with them re: a refund for the items that never made it to me. They have been giving me the run around. First they say it was delivered (referring to my other tracking number) I gave them the tracking number to follow up with they ignored. Then they said it was processing to give it time. I replied you already shipped it and it was returned. Then they admitted it was lost and asked if I wanted a refund as soon as I replied yes. They tell me they can’t cancel the order. Never in my life!!!!! Worst COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! Never again!!! I’ll will share my review on every possible review website. Still waiting on my refund!!! DHL TRACKING 4396226811

Don't buy in this company you are going to lose your money. This company is an scam has no phone number to contact. Still waiting my order its been a month already..please shop someone else.

I’m not even sure if this is a legit company.. they have taken my money and run! Terrible response , I left a negative review on their website of a previous order that took 3 months to arrive and they just deleted it! So ignore all the 5 star reviews for EVERY single item! Do NOT use ! All the positive reviews on here are clearly Fake !

I wish I could get this 0 stars I ordered this a month ago and never came they’re just trying to scam you iMessage them like 40 times they said nothing about it and they said they were shipped but it never came I’ve never seen that package

Ordered on march 3rd and its now may 5th. Parcel keeps been returned to dispatch centre for failing security checks with Chinese post. Fabio their bot response AI offered refund but then withdrew it because it was stuck in dispatch. Easily the worst company I have ever bought off. A terrible level of customer service. Avoid and spread the word to save others heartache.

Light in the box you should be ashamed you are a scam taking money from people/children who thought you were a professional company. You are not please do not buy from this so called company of money grabbing nasty people!!

What a scam. Ordered 2 months ago and still haven’t received. After filing with PayPal for a refund, they “printed a shipping label” but 3 weeks later haven’t shipped or dropped off anything.

Terrible! Ordered on April 15th, only had one email confirmed payment, can not find phone number or any customer service information. I have no idea where my order is or when it will be here. Ridiculous! I wouldn't even give them ONE star!

People i were going thru wigs site saw this one wig thought i would order bad misstake a scam no way to get in toucn E mail on site is wrong no way to get in contact but they took my money

Do not believe anything on their website. The processing time inaccurate as is their shipping times. A month and a half after the promised shipping date and still no package so I tried to cancel it and they refused even though they had 100% guarantee. All of my customer service emails to them were returned with an auto generated message saying resolve. I finally had to put a dispute through with PayPal and ended up getting my money back. But if I have used a credit card I probably would’ve been screwed. I ended up ordering almost the same items on Amazon. Had them within 2 weeks from the order date.

Terrible quality straight out of China, took ages to arrive and they bombard you with emails, really not worth bothering with. impossible to get hold of.

They took payment and never sent me a confirmation receipt, did not receive my purchase ever. Can’t get in touch with them whatsoever, scam artists!! Don’t buy from here.

They lie about shipping. I paid more for "priority line" that supposed to be 5-10 days to receive my package. When they finally shipped it, I realized the item comes from China... in normal case unless you pay at least $20 for shipping, it takes at least 3 weeks for an item to be delivered. I paid about $5 and it said I'll receive it in 5-10 days. They are clearly lying about these things. On the top of that when I opened a ticket to ask why it takes a week to progress the money received from PayPal, they just deleted the ticket without ever answering it. Don't buy anything from here!
