I ordered human hair on 10 of April which was a 3-5 days delivery but up to present(May 3 2020)I have not received my item yet.This is not fair I think they should be brought to justice for taking people hard earn money.Lightin the box,the God I serve will judge you.

Shipping is a nightmare. Advertisement stated 3-5 business days. Actual time if its even delivered 30-40 days. Customer service is a joke. Don't expect anything on their homepage.

RIP OFF - if you get charged duties - they won't pay. Which brings the price of the items so high it makes NO sense shopping here. And they also take their sweet time shipping. BUY OFF AMAZON - same products for cheaper.

We ordered some tension bands and they snapped on the first use. The quality is shocking, do not bother ordering this product, a waste of money

I have had a refund sent to my credits. I have tried to withdrawal my credits and it either reads $131 through the link you sent me through customer service response on the ticket. It doesn't even give me a option to withdraw. So I search on another link and it says I have $0. Wth is going on. You lie and send a link that is a run around? It seems like I'm getting scamed

I cancel a order and the funds were put on your sight as credit. When checking my credit and balance I see no option to withdraw. In fact there are no options even on the page. That's not the end. I cannot even locate the button to check my credits easily. Its a round about bs problem and I want my money deposited back to my account. Maybe call and do it via walk thru. Also you guys send me messages with the link and it takes to same place where there are no options! It would be greatly appreciated. Its been a week almost 2 dealing with this mess. Thanks!

I had ordered several items using LightInTheBox and paid for expedited shipping. However, as it seems, all orders are coming form China and there is no possibility to get shipping within 2 to 5 days as advertised. After being double charged due to the webpage not responding properly, I got my money back. Not all of it at first and I had to contact them again to transfer the missing funds, which they claimed was because of a system glitch. Then I waited patiently for two months to get my stuff. No luck! So I contacted them again saying that if the goods aren't shipped within the next day I would have to cancel my order. AT my next check on my order-progress it said shipped. The day after that it was returned to the sender claiming that there were missing documents. So I informed LightInTheBox and they assured me it would be taken care of if the goods did not arrive within 10 days. Guess what, they didn't arrive. From there on every additional contact attempt was ignored by LightInTheBox. To my that seems highly fraudulent. There is a reason that they "shipped" it was that one cannot cancel the moment it is shipped and a return has to be issued. I will never order from them again and I would urge (and I am frustrated just mentioning this) go to Amazon or EBay to get stuff. LightInTheBox cannot keep their promises; and I have spent money that I have now to fight for in order to get it back. I informed Visa about probable fraud.

Terrible terrible website. Ordered something ages ago nothing came at all. I spent 51 euro on the products. Can't even track the order. Definitely dont reccomend very bad and is a scam, very angry at this terrible website

Place an order and they said they would send it on April 13, on April 20 cancel the order and they agreed to return the money to me 3 to 5 days days after the cancellation, today May 1, I have not received a refund and there is no way to contact anyone. Is a gotcha

Do not buy from this company. They will not answer emails and you can forget about canceling an order. Their website will run you around in circles when you try to contact them or cancel an order. No communications at all. Stay away stay away.

I was billed for shoes 60 days ago and nothing has shown up and customer service is not "available" now. They do not recognise my order number, not let me sign in. I have to assume this is a scam.

I ordered masks necessary for the pandemic in late March and they gave me the runaround for weeks telling me they would be shipping something giving me credits for future purchases - really matching credits to get me to keep the order- I agreed... late April came, I put in numerous tickets-they falsely claimed that they have shipped, check the tracking (which was initially disabled)... when checked it just says pre shipping with the United States postal service in transit like to the shipper... not actually shipped! There is no way to check the true status, there is no third-party confirmation, it is not in the hands of a third party- this is a really screwy organization I'm shocked PayPal does payments for them that's the reason I shopped, thinking I was protected- I had to put in a PayPal escalated claim today, because these people are now ignoring my ticket from over 10 days ago- they've been claiming that the item will ship in 1 to 3 days every time, but it never did- and that I would get these items late April... it is now May! It is really wrong considering there's an emergency maybe I needed these funds for these personal protective equipment and they're just playing games they are a terrible corrupt company that tells lies continuously and never ships anything they have a bogus tracking system which is an internal tracking system which tells you in transit meaning in transit within their warehouse to a shipping facility but it's in transit for weeks to the shipping facility USPS - it's still not in the hands of the actual shipper and there is no tracking number and no way to determine what's happening and they've simply stopped replying to tickets and it is now may and I've demanded a complete refund with PayPal - these people are outrageous imagine people are exposed to the virus because these con artists want to keep playing games and somebody loses their life because these SOB's can't be truthful!

I placed orders on April 2nd. Order numbers 36523733 and 36523603. Have not received either order . These items are listed on their web site as being in stock with 3-5 days for delivery. Why have mine taken 30 days and now their is no record of my order on their web site. I received confirmation of payment within minutes. It took 10 days to receive confirmation of shipping Now 19 days after shipping supposedly occurred there is no record of my orders. I am not even able to reach Customer Service since they respond that I have no orders. I will need to contact my credit card company to file a claim. Stay away from Lightinthebox. Richard Wilke
