“I have used LightinTheBox twice now and both times the results have been very good interms of delivery promise and quality of clothing. You need to pay particular attention to sizing of clothing as my experience is that UK sizing is one down from USA sizing. The only disappointment is that images online don't truly reflect the purchased item. Tee shirts are fine but any fleece etc are generally thinner than shown. I will still continue to use them but be judicious in my selections.”

“I vary between UK Large and XL but recently been buying items in Large and can confirm that the sizing is true to size. The placement of the elbow patches are slightly off which are more to the side rather than actually where the elbow is but overall very impressed and so much so I have ordered the other three colours in the range.”

“The dresses are elegant but I have problems with the sizes. UK 18 is 16. I had to alter the dresses. I now buy 22 UK instead of 18 which is my size. Its not true to the size.”

“Good customer service. One of the items ordered had an issue and I had to choose a replacement. There was quick back and forth communication to rectify the situation and a genuine desire for me to be pleased with the outcome. Quality items, accurate fit (by measurement). Will use again.”
