“Wrong product sent and they will not refund the cost unless the product is sent back to them overseas at my cost... DO NOT SURE THIS COMPANY - THEY SEND CHEAP OR WRONG PRODUCTS ON THE BASIS THAT YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK”

“I received two skirts that were cheap and in no way resembled the pictures on website only to be told they wouldn’t give me a refund, only a discount on my next purchase! I would recommend never shopping with them. Also everything is shipped from china so incredibly bad for the environment and that is where the return address would also have been had they allowed me to return!”

“Delivered quickly but clothes definitely not those shown, different material entirely all cheap nasty nylon looked appalling, shoddily put together as well. Sizing totally wrong I’m a 14/16 they sent me two dresses side 20+. I didn’t get to see previous reviews wish I had. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM LISTEN TO WHAT WE ALL SAY CLOTHES RUBBISH AND DEFINITELY NOT THE CLOTHES YOU SEE IN PICTURES. If there were a minus 10 stars available for review this company would get it…..returns deliberately set up to be nigh on impossible..so if you have money to waste then use them.”

“I normally research before I place an order. But I regret that I ordered an Easter dress without checking reviews of this company. My order was "Women's A-Line Dress Midi Dress Pink Half Sleeve Floral Ruched Print Spring Summer V Neck Casual Classic 2022 S M L XL XXL 3XL #9005332." The photo was inviting but the actual product was a joke. When I had a response from them regarding the return and refund/30% of the charge for store credit and 15% of the refund, made me very upset and post them as a poor customer service and inelegant product review. I do not recommend anyone to purchase any product from this company.”

“I will never ever ever buy anything from thus company..the return policy is utterly ridiculous...my items did not fit and they will give me a refund talking about the item was tailored made for me ..right. that is not true...so please this is a warning do no shop here 😳..I will not....”

“Total garbage. I ordered 2 pairs of sweat pants. The material is so thin they wouldn't make a penguin sweat in Panama. Within seconds of trying them on I tied the string and they tore under the slightest tension. The camo did match the pictures at all. The Grey was brown. Within one hour .giant hole in the pocket. Lost a 200 dollar headphone case. Went ro get in my truck to go home. Inseam ripped wide open . And they are loose on me. Total garbage do not spend money here”

“The dress they sent me looked awful and cheap. size sent was correct but does not match up to normal sizing. They will not take returns without you paying $40 to ship a $30 dress back to China. They try to offer you discounts on other items, to further sell you junk. BEWARE!”

“Disgraceful lying company that I would advise you avoid at all costs. You order and pay for the product advertised but the product you receive is not the one advertised , then you have a massive email chain with them offering you a 15% refund which rises to 35% eventually, they make it impractical for you to return the product and receive a full refund by using the aborohant excuse of COVID saying they cannot send out a returns label, this company should be stopped from trading and cheating people out of money, disgusting scam of a company.”

“Lightinthebox are a very poor supplier, I ordered 2 T shirts and after a 25 day wait the first item turned up, rolled in to a ball and shoved in to a plastic bag. Material is odd and the stitching is atrocious. Contacted their customer 'service' with photos and description of the issues to request a return and their response was to offer me a discount on a future order - they do not get it. I can see this one being referred to MasterCard. Do not buy from this company.”

“I paid for 4 items 3 weeks ago and then receive message that my items are not available and that they will let me know if the item becomes available. I tried lightinthebox and had back luck. However they did refund me as I requested. No more wasting my time with jack.. lightinthebox. Plus shipping cost is very high.”

“Horrible company. There is no phone number. They sent my item to the wrong address then told me to try to resolve it with ups (!) now they are doing an investigation like I’m some kind of mastermind criminal trying to steal the light fixture I already paid for. Had no idea this is a Chinese company trash”

“Several weeks ago i purchased two shirts from this company. Well, i can honestly say they are the worst shirts i have EVER seen. Both were the wrong size, one too large, one too small, the buttons did'nt line up with button holes, sleeves were all twisted round and one was even stained. Absolute garbage, nothing like the picture on line. Probably made by a 5 year old child in some sweat shop in china. Returns are such a hassle, they went straight in the bin. Worthless junk, i will NOT entertain this company again..!”

“Buyer beware! A slick website but the size 37 shoes I bought online must have been at least 2 sizes too small. I simply could not get my feet in them. Yes, I was told that maybe I got the sizing wrong and it would be expensive for me to post them back to China. They basically try to wear you down with feeble credits to buy even more inferior products. I persevered on principle but it was a long drawn out and tedious process. DO NOT buy from this company and Unsubscribe yourself, if you want to avoid a lot of irritation and frustration.”

“The quality is terrible. To return any items you must send them back to CHINA which costs a fortune. Very deceiving … no mention of the involved return policy. Pictures are beautiful and reviews good… nothing like the real items. I can’t believe reviews on site are legitimate.”

“Product not acceptable. Material see through. Told to keep products as too expensive to return and I could have a 35% of total paid (£12.33) refund as compensation. Now I’ve been instructed this amount is to be used against future purchases which I will never use. 😡”
