They have good customer service and their shipping is fast about 1-2 weeks for expedited, 2-4 weeks for postal service. I have worked with them numerous times and I trust them.”

“For some months now I have ordering things online.But it would take weeks before I can get my package but on lightinthebox I got my package in one week. And they also have great products that ship's almost everywhere I have buy clothes from lightinthebox for the past three months and I have not had a problem with them”

“first of all there is very good communication throug the customer service which i loved alot as it makes everything easy to understand and gives the customers patience.The delivery time took five days which is far much better compared to other companies.The deliveries were perfect without any damages and were as i ordered.Thank you so much for your services!”

“I just love the array of products that you can choose from on LightIn TheBox! The merchants on there are nice and from my experience, they usually respond back to you rather fast. I noticed that some people on here have said that they didn't receive their orders from some merchants on there, but I have never had any issues with any of my orders as long as I've been on there (3 years to be exact!) and I also got my mother, my aunt, and some other family and friends on to LightIn TheBox. So for my family, my friends, and myself, "LightInTheBox" is our favorite shopping site!”
