I have just read all the reviews here and agree with all - this company is a scam thankfully I have only lost $35, due to the product I ordered being the wrong size, I have been emailing these people for around two weeks now and they still have not sent me an address that I can return the item to. I am angry with the arrogance of this company suggesting that I donate the item to charity or resell it as it would cost too much to return to China. They are the most shocking company I have ever dealt with. I can only chalk this up to experience. Never again will I deal with them.

worst product I've ever bought! I ordered some LED lights from this company and when they arrived, I put them up, only to find they don't work! have tried everything but the wires are broken. these cost a lot for what they are and now they don't even work. How do I get a refund?!

Don't do it !!!! My order took over a month to arrive and it was poor quality material and not well sewn, the size was not right - made smaller so if you are still brave enough to order, get at at least one size larger. Offered 20% store credit or 10 % cash refund to return. what a sham. Very disappointed with their "customer service".

They stole my money. Twice. They sent me the wrong item, and refused to refund. After a month of hastle, they sent me a credit to my lightinthebox account, which I can only use for a purchase twice that amount! Because of this, I dared to order another item to use that credit. Coupla days later, they canceled the order saying the item is not on stock. But they only paid a portion back, not the full amount. Customer service is one of the worst I have seen from the many online shops I have every experienced in my life. This site is a scam! Or the least I can say is that they might be legit but has a very poor customer relation policy.

🤬🤬I placed a order. Paid them... They took my money. Then stated there were fraud issues that is why they can not send my order. I was told it would be be back in my account within 3 to 5 days... Its almost a month and still no money!!!!! Don't support them.. They are stealing and a disgrace!!!! Where is my money!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is a terrible company. Don't listen to their promises; they won't let you return merchandise. The sizes are way off! It takes forever to receive the product, even when you pay extra. I learned my lesson twice. The first dress I ordered was too small in the jacket, but fit OK. For the price, I decided to order a larger size and use the larger jacket with the smaller dress. Well, it was way too big and in a different color than the first one. That plan didn't work! They must send you whatever is on their shelf. I asked to return one (I was willing to eat the cost of the other one) and was told that sizing is not an approved reason for return. Duh! This is a Chinese company who is only interested in your money. Run!!! Did I mention China?? It takes forever and the quality isn't that great either.

The quality of my two dresses are disgustingly cheap and shabby...I'll never wear them...not even good enough for dusters or floor cloths...returns procedure is so hard to do...think they rely that to make their millions... and costs yet more to even try to return...DO NOT BUY

The 4 shirts I ordered took over 2 months to arrive. NONE of them came even close to resembling the original pictures as advertised. Additionally, they were nowhere near the size ordered according to their sizing charts. I ordered 2X shirts, one was actually labelled as a 4X (shockingly enough) but was not large enough to even be a 2X shirt according to their sizing chart!!! EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. They clearly don't follow their own return policy which is convoluted and very much written in their favor. Initially they offered only a small refund which they kept increasing after each email complaint to their so-called supervisors. They absolutely refused to refund my money unless I returned the shirts (which I was happy to do) as long as they pay the shipping costs. I explained that I didn't feel that it was fair of them to expect me to pay the return shipping given that the reason for the error was entirely THEIR FAULT!!! Eventually they said they would refund the shipping costs (after telling me that the cost for shipping would exceed the costs of the order which makes no sense at all), however further warned me that they required that if the product doesn't arrive that I would loose both my refund and the shipping costs. After countless emails requesting a refund, I finally gave up. Why should I trust a company to refund my purchase and shipping costs given their EXCEPTIONALLY poor product and seemingly absent quality control. It didn't seem rational to me that they were demanding the product to be returned and were willing to pay the shipping costs that would exceed the cost of the product. Seemed more likely that they wanted the shirts back for reselling but couldn't help but wonder if they would "disappear" and I would loose the shipping costs too. The volume of email communication and the content of the communication could only be characterized as ABSURD!!! I'm actually amazed they have somehow earned even a 2-star overall rating, they certainly are NOT worth it.

Asvertised as linen. It is not Very small XL...ordered according to chart. Nothing like XL. Much shorter than advertised. Cant wear it. Colour blue is not as advertised. Cheaply made for the $'s. I won't return, wouldn't waste my time. But will not recommend to anyone in future. False advertising.

Ordered the light up shoes for the kid and the shoes don't even light up. I get that things happen but no one attends to the issue to have it fixed. They will ignore you.

Ordered some outdoor trousers,then discovered there were coming from China,tried to cancel within an hour of ordering but was informed that my order had already been shipped which I found highly unlikely,so now to get my money back I have to wait for my order to arrive only to have to send it back to receive 50% of my money back. cheap poor quality garments. Said I could return but have to pay postage to China???? Offered me £7.50 instead and said I could keep garments. Decided to do this as had spent about £35. These I donated to Charity shop. Would not use again.

Shipping costs were excessive, but more importantly, merchandise is shoddy, sizing is ridiculous (dress was small size on top and extra large on bottom, even though the whole dress was to be extra large, and I am small on top!) Two dresses, both a waste of money and time. And, I won't return to China. Going to contact my credit card company to take care of this problem.

My order arrived - but it didn't specify where from. I should have probably checked. I had bought a wet suit which was terrible - cheap tacky and really poorly made. When I emailed saying I wanted a refund they spent two days telling me I would be better keeping the product and taking a 20 per cent gift off my next order. I had to insist I wanted to sent it back - then it emerged it was China I had to send it to. My post office said it would cost 16 pounds to send back an item worth 25 pounds - and because it wasn't tracked there was a high chance it would never get there!!!!!! So I am going to try and sell the wetsuit on gumtree and will NEVER EVER order anything from this company again.

However none of your 6 emails indicated that the quality was terrible. Based on the sizing problem, my colleague suggested a return, or to keep the item with a 20% credit or 10% refund as a commercial gesture. The return shipping wouldn't be refundable, a problem related to size cannot be considered as a quality issue, cause each of our clothing is e sold on our website with a detailed measurement chart (under the photos). However if there are quality problems, then you will be eligible for a full refund and you wont have to return the item back to us. If I could give this company a zero, I would. This is one of those companies we all laugh about. You order what seems to be exactly what you're looking for, only to receive something that has no resemblance to the item you ordered. Hilarious! You contact the company to organise a return and a refund, guess what, you have to return the item to China! They know this would probably cost more than the item itself and is likely to get 'lost in transit', so nobody ever bothers. It's a scam. Please please don't order from these types of companies, if the price seems too good to be true, it is! They sell everything, but deliver nothing...a lesson learned!
