“THIS COMPANY FLAT OUT SUCKS! BUY ELSEWHERE. THEY LIE, THEY DO DELIVER ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THEIR STATED DELIVERY DATE. SURPRISED ATTORNEY GENERAL OR FTC HASN'T SHUT THEM DOWN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUY ELSEWHERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!”

“This Review Box asks what went wrong? EVERYTHING!!! Ordered on 4/3 and did get confirmation AND tracking number. However, when I put in USPS say label printed and awaiting item and, like many people here I to, according to USPS they never received it. Later on I was assured by company it would be here in 7-10 days latest. I went on to check, USPS said, ( after being on hold for 1 hour 49 mins, ) they still haven't received it. This is just 1 of the many issues I am still dealing with. Of the many laws that are being fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and many I'm sure the United States Postal Service would be interested in learning about since they break the federal, international law etc. Am seriously considering reporting them and give it a full effort to help this company the misery they have caused others. Do not use this company, if you do it's on you for next. Never again will I us this. ANGERY, ANGRY, ANGRY!!!!!”

“I was promised 3-5 days delivery. It is now 20 days and I still have not received it. There is no phone number to call. They said free shipping but charged me $18.65 for shipping. Stay Away from this company. I ordered a thermometer, face masks, and gloves. I felt they took advantage of me during this crazy time. Shame on Lightinthebox.”

“I made 3 separate orders for neck gaiters on 4/4/2020. None of the orders have arrived. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and did NOT give them my credit card info. I am furious, frustrated and disappointed. Now I see from the reviews below that I am not alone. Please do not use this company! I think we are all victims of a scam to make money during COVID-19 -- which is reprehensible!! I don't have the items and I don't have my money! Infuriating.”

“Stay away from this company. I tried to buy masks from them because of desperation, they promised expedited 3-5 days shipping, it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the item. It looks like they have used economy shipping even though I paid a premium for express shipping The customer service keeps telling me that I should wait longer and longer.”

“looked at the reviews for my item and everything seemed ok until i didn’t get a confirmation email or any type of receipt for my order. my $80 was taken out of my account right away but i haven’t received anything, and now looking at these reviews it doesn’t look like i’ll be receiving anything. SUCH A SCAM, don’t buy from this website please”

“Dont recommend them at all! Ordered and they took money out on March 25, 2020. Unable to track, on site says I didnt have an order. No answer to email and no way to call! As of today April 22nd nothing!!!”

“I don’t know how to do this with 0 stars, This company is a complete scam so please do not give them your money, Expedited shipping and 22 days later I have received nothing, the shipping number they give you cannot track and the reply was check with the post office.”
