“I placed an order KN95 masks (Order No. #36592234) and my credit card was charged on April 5,2020. Since then I have received shipping and tracking information that does not track. Latest email acknowledges that they are not able to track my order and I should wait another month before requesting assistance. This is absurd. Do not st these guys with your money!”

“I bought the LED lights. Never occurred to me they wouldn’t come with adapters. They worked until I had to press the tape strip to the wall. As soon as I did that, 4/6 lights didn’t work. Went to their customer review page from the link they sent and it took me to purchase more items. They don’t actually have a customer review page.”

“I’ll never trust this company anymore. They charge too much for express deliver but never deliver it as promised. After more than 3 weeks some the products haven’t arrived yet plus the quality are very poor. Don’t buy from this company.”

“I’ve had an awful experience with this site. Communication with them is virtually impossible! No phone numbers or return addresses. You have to apply for a so called ‘ticket’ for every contact. They send links for supervisors which do not open! Give options of size then state they’re not standard sizes! Abominable service! Never again! Eventually reported them to fraud dept. of my credit card provider who after 3 months have retrieved my cash! I wouldn’t rate with any stars at all if it were possible. Stay away from this site!!!!”

“I ordered a Montessori toy for my grandson’s birthday in plenty of time. It was 10 days late and arrived with bits broken and bits missing. Would not recommend”

“I made an order over $300 in February and even now I haven't received my order. Their tracking system is not updated at all. No one is helpful. Order Number:2002231635982694. This is all a scam. Don't buy from this company. If I could give it zero rating I would.”

“I placed an order on 4/3/20 which was billed to my credit card the same day. I have not rec'd items as of 4/20/20, the only thing I receive are emails re. shipping updates. One item is delayed, other item promises to ship soon. A total scam company so beware!”

“If there was a way to rate them with -0 stars I would. They took money out of my account and then a week later told me that they needed copies of my bank info my drivers license and a picures of the front and back of my card and any kind of utility bill with my name and address on it to prove it was me before they would send me the items I purchached and that they already had taken out of my account for, not only once but twice. Ive never had any place ive ordered from in the past ask for those.”

“Disastrous Catastrophe Unfitting cheap fake material Delivered 3 months later I had to pay again for delivery costs at the post office after they had charged me delivery fees on my credit card. Horrendous material..cheaters without a conscience... This us a scamm that must be barred- Period 0 star rating”

“Ordered on March 9, 2020- Order number #36605214- it’s now April 15, 2020 and I have yet to receive the items I was charged for. Light in the Box is a fraud- BUYER BEWARE!! I will Contact PayPal to refund my purchase and request this merchant Be suspended for scamming consumers.”

“Deceiving web site. Does not give the impression the items come out of China. Web site gives impression the items are delivered in 3 to 5 days. Took me over 2 weeks. Items I ordered seemed ok. Will see how well they hold up. Will not order again.”
