Absolute fraud. Did not ship items and gave nothing but excuses for not shipping.

I am waiting for my products. I ordered on April 3, 2020, for expedited delivery of 3-5 days. It is now April 13, 2020, and no products yet. When I ordered, the ten products were in stock. Now, the email said there is a shortage due to the pandemic. If you look at the products that I ordered, it is still listed in the website with no note that the products are out of stock. The list prices have also increased since I ordered.

Order number 2003300931051961 On the 30th of March I ordered an item at LightInTheBox. On the website you wrote, that my order was received. I never received an email to confirm my order, but luckily I took a photo of the screen. The website also told me, that I could follow the status of my order, but when I enter the status section on the website I am told, that I have no orders. The payment you have already drawn from my bank account. Will you please fix this mess? Frans Novak Knudsen

This company not only sent my order two weeks late but they sent the wrong size and it was uneven. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from them. The worst

Tracking shows my item was picked up by lightinthebox, but it never left their location, apparently, this is a scam/crook operation.

I cancelled an Amazon order & paid you for 3-4 day expedited shipping only to see they haven’t shipped my item 4 DAYS LATER! What a terrible waste of my time! They’ve cost me 2 weeks. I am terribly disappointed and dissatisfied.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE SENT LIGHTINTHEBOX OFFICE SEVERAL MESSAGES TO FOLLOW UP MY ORDER BUT NO REPLY AT ALL!!!!! THIS IS SO ANNOYING. WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. Ordered an item for my puppy so i could take him out on walks while he can't walk on the pavement/grass before his shots. We are now five weeks in and still nothing. By the time it arrives I won't even need it any more. Every time i submit a ticket they 'resolve' it saying it's coming. Never purchasing from this site again.

I purchased masks and never received them. I emailed them several times and did not receive a response.I called them at (919) 725-7706 . The man was yelling at me and told me I would not receive the masks nor my money back.

I ordered $54 worth of masks and after a week I decided to cancel the order because there was no movement, but they haven’t responded back to any of my messages or given me a refund like I’ve asked. I’m going to fight this charge with my bank, what a bunch of losers!! Please don’t order from this website.

We bought a high dollar brushed brass bathroom faucet set from them. The hot water valve would not shut off after two weeks. Customer service would not respond to our emails or phone calls. So, we bought the same set again assuming that they would eventually exchange it for the defective one. One week after installation, the replacement set hot water stem broke in half (with no-one using it!) and flooded our bathroom. Our plumber says the stem metal just failed from poor construction. To this day, Lightinthebox.com still hasn’t responded to any of our phone calls and emails. Lightinthebox.com is a completely disreputable business with zero customer support that will hide under a rock and refuse to communicate if a problem arises. UNLESS YOU DON’T CARE IF THEY SHIP YOU JUNK AND REFUSE TO DISCUSS REFUNDS OR CREDITS, DON’T BUY FROM THIS DISREPTUTABLE BOX PUSHER.

I am a trying to return an outfit that was too small. The company will not respond to any of my inquires. They say they will e-mail me an password but never do. I have been trying for a week or more. Stay away from Light in the Box.

ok i didnt buy nothing yet i was looking at review before doing so since no one has mask in the market even for EMS and nurses i coudn,t see how this site has n95 and other mask i cheque the review i take out first 10 top and bottom 10 becouse top are company review and bottom 10 can be costumers whit a grudge well i figure out its a scam for sure ui will not buy anything from a company that has les than 4 and up review

The are lying about the delivery time, changing your acctual purchase date to make it look like they are on time (re-typing a later purchase date), they claim to have responding in 1 business day but are rarely replying under 3 days and they are totally ignoring your questions and demands (I demanded to cancel the purchase after understanding that the package will get to me in about a month instead of 1.5 weeks as promised). The put a delivery date that is unreal for them and then start making exuses about inventory issues and "lomger than usual delivery time" but say nothing of the sort when you make the purchase, only when the delivery date is already due. Don't buy from them!

Ordered and paid $15 for express 2 day delivery. Haven’t received order and when I go to site, it states I have no account or no orders. First they told me to change my password and now nothing. I’ve emailed w no response. No way to track my $50.00 order. NEVER AGAIN!

I would not recommend purchasing anything from the company! I ordered a picture on January 21, 2020. To date I still have not received it. They keep giving excuses that are ridiculous. Every time I have contacted them they tell me it should be to me in a week. This is April 9, 2020. I have asked for a refund and they have yet to respond. Do not buy from this company!
