“The items I ordered on April 4th were supposed to be in stock. I even paid extra for express shipping shipping, Yet the estimated ship date is not April 21st. How do these people get away with this?”

“Did order a product but have no trace of it or confirmation of my purchase what so ever in my account. I have my bank detail of purchase to show it but I can't even contact them. They won't let me. It is a disaster. Total scam.”

“I ordered some supplies in early Feb. for my granddaughter's 8th birthday Tea Party. The family was coming from the mid-west to AZ. The items all arrived- although very speatically- last part of order at the end of March. Well, as we know, the party was canceled due to the cobid-19 virus- no one could come. I wanted to return whole shipment (161 dollars) I tried every contact method-finally wait for e-mail- seeing no real customer service. First answer was to photograph every item and show tags - file 16 separate returns. Next idea was to return -pay shipping to China(estimated at 80 dollars-) or get 20 per cent credit-why would I want that ?? or get 10 percent in cash-16 dollars- all with a wait of 5-6 weeks, THIS IS RIDICULOUS- DO NOT ORDER. I am retired-trying to have a nice party for my granddaughter- and get scammed out of 161 dollars. READ return policy before you order- I did not think a business like this would be licensed to sell in the USA. Oh... they also said I could DONATE items in the USA !!!! Jean”

“Horrible. They promise one thing and deliver another. Did not meet guaranteed time of processing. Did not meet guaranteed shipping time. Product is fake and horrible quality. I had a 2nd order but cancelled it and they never processed or shipped but would not refund money so I disputed the charges because then they would just have my money AND not even lose sny product. That is their goal. HORRIBLE”

“I was checking other sites out on line and Light in the Box popped up. I saw they had face shields and was going to order several dozen for the health care workers in my area. I decided to read the reviews. Thank God I did. Sounds like nothing but a scam. Shame on this company for preying on people in this time of need.”

“Never ever order anything from this company. They are unreliable untrustworthy and their customer service sucks. I have an ongoing dispute with them. Order placed in November, expedited shipping paid to get to me in Mexico by Mid December. Order arrived here at the end of January and "Light in the Box" advised me to not accept delivery, this was easy as Mexican post didn't attempt to deliver it anyway. So it was returned to them, they are now trying to say that as I didn't GO AND COLLECT it from the post office here I can't have a refund. I have at least 4 emails from them saying THEY WILL REFUND ME ONVE THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO THEM!”

“Horrible customer service with order #36418360. Ordered a week ago. Never heard anything for days and when I logged in, the site said "No order on file"? WTF, the $$ came off my card pretty quick! I finally received an email that my order shipped, but when I track it, I still get the same "No order on file". Cant be tracked, no way to contact. Without an order on file, I cant "submit a ticket". What a joke. Live and learn....Looks like an internet scam to me!!”
