“I am a healthcare provider and counted on this company for thermometers during the COVID-19 crisis. This company took my money from my account THE SAMEDAY of the order and never sent me a confirmation or email nothing!!!!! I never got my thermometers. When I went on the site to check the status of my orders it said I had NONE!!!!! Of course there is no way to communicate with the company. This site is a scam and I hope you are happy taking the money from healthcare providers who work to save lives.....”

“Looks like the same scam as EM general. Ordered medical masks beginning of March. Never arrived. In the beginning got emails saying delivering March 13 then March 18 and then back to March 3rd. Nothing and no response to emails and phone call just redirects one in a circle.”

“Did not know it ships from China. Will never never buy from this company again. Took 5 days to process and ship the order. No idea when it might arrive. Ordered a week ago and the merchandise hasn't left China yet. Avoid this merchant completely!!!!!!!Dan”

“I passed an order which was paid but when I try to follow it up on the site, it simply told me that the order was not existing. Impossible to get in touch with any after sales representative. Looks like a un trustable site. Be cautious.”

“Dont shop with them. Orderd over $200 NZD of stuff and that was in feb 2020 its now April and nothing when I emailed them they told me ita been shipped and is in nz but when I rang nz post and gave them the tracking number they told me that's a tracking number for over seas and has not arrived in nz so emailed them again asking for money back as it was suppose to be 15 to 18 busniess day delivery and they told me if I dont recieve items by end of may to contact them.. all I want is the items i paid for or my money back and if iv paid for a delivery service then I expect the items to be there when it says. They keep telling me to to keep waiting yet just checked there track and trace again and still no movement since feb!!!”

“I'm gutterd. I orderd 2 items which cost over $200 NZD and that was in feb 2019 and they sent me a track and trace number which has shown no recent history from march 5 I have tried contacting them and they told me its left there country but when I contacted nz postal services it hasnt even arrived in our country it was a 15 busniess day delivery and it's now been over 4 weeks and they wont refund money or look into where the items are they told me if I havent recieved it by end of may then to contact them. Not happy at all”

“I ordered the watch on the 22/1 and it looks as if it will be shipped on the 16/2. This seems to be a mighty long time in this day and age! 23/02/20 and still no watch! 25/02/20 and still no watch! What happens if I cancel now? 03//03/20 and still no sign of the watch! Can I have my money back please? The watch has arrived at long last and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I bought the watch because of the step counter, heart monitor and sleep recorder, none of which work properly, in fact the software is abysmal. Please someone answer this as I would like a refund! Kind regards, Roger Smith”

“Bought a dress! £34. Bad quality and wouldn’t fit. Could not get them to give me a returns sticker. They had the audacity to ask me my bust size and measurements- Absurd! Dress was tiny with poor quality. Never again will I use this scamming company.”

“I would give this company 0 stars!!! I purchased a dress described as “tea length!” It is no where near tea length. It hangs to the floor & drags. And I’m tall, 5’9”. Furthermore it took months to arrive & the color is not the same as shown. When I requested to return, I was told not possible bc it is custom made. I’m very disappointed with this company & to have wasted over $100 on a dress which I cannot wear to my son’s wedding this summer. Don’t make the same mistake as me.”

“SCAM, SCAM don’t be a suckered by the nice pictures and unbelievable prices. If things seem too good to be true they usually are! Didn’t do my homework like I usually do and probably got burned! Luckily not a huge amount of money but enough. Sent an email and told them they got me once but wouldn’t get me again and I was telling everyone this was a scam. Now it says shipped! Yea! We’ll see! Not getting my hopes up according to the reviews! You would think I’d learned at my age! Order from reputable companies not by these fly by night oversees jokers!”

“I order a pair of shoes for a wedding on 2/14/2020 order#2002141535901418 i have not received my shoes are any confirmation saying when i might receive them i will never do business with this company again and i will be talking to my lawyer to see what i can do about getting my money back. And if you had a 0 i would give you a 0.”

“I never received my items on time so I called to cancel the order, I was emailed to fill out some ticket in order to get a refund. I filled out the ticket to receive my refund, I was told that I would receive it within 5-7 business days. I’ve been waiting on my refund and haven’t received anything. I’m unable to reach anyone!!!”
