“Dress ordered like a piece of rag. Tacky, poor quality. Trying to return but under My Orders they say there are no orders so unable to proceed. Cannot even contact customer service. Rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE-”

“order 04-12-2019 delivered(but refused and send back same day) because of costumerstax was 80.00€ for an order of 120.00€ Since i sended 25 mails and they suddenly closed the page. Last of their message (on 15-02-2020) was that shippingdate was 26-02-2020 and i need to put 10-20days from that date.today its 26-03-2020!!! I will send everything to the european comissar to ask to investigate to block this scam onlineshop for europe.Under that was their last message to me (in dutch) Beste klant, Bedankt voor het winkelen bij ons! Uw bestelling bevindt zich op dit moment in de verwerkingsfase en zal uiterlijk 2020-02-26 worden verzonden via Airmail_track. Het duurt normaal gesproken 10-20 werkdagen voordat de zending aankomt. “3 sizes to small t shirt said xl but it could have fit a small child. Took forever and a day to get. No customer service. Too costly to return light in the box sucks never again.”

“I bought a yoga top and it was too big...simple right, just return it. WRONG! This is the message they sent me Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. We would like to help you return the product since it did not fit. However, considering that you will need to return the product back to us in China and the return postage might be high, we are wondering if you would prefer to keep the product with rewards value $8.00 or $2.00 refund. If you still wish to return the product, we will arrange a return. Please do not return the product without receiving the return instructions. I'll never buy from them again; I'm stuck with a yoga shirt, that's not great quality, that doesn't even fit.”

“This company is one big scam ordered a dress paid nearly £32. It said on time gave a order number luckily I had screen shot everything. Then wham it vanished they said I had no order. Mmmm yes I had they had my £32 reported it to PayPal sent screenshot of the order PayPal agreed to refund. Complete and utter scammers beware. You cannot chase up the order number cause everything just vanished. Shame on them..”

“An item ordered on Jan 23, 2020 didn't arrive until early March. It didn't look at all like what I ordered but they said it was the correct item number. To return it they say I'll have to pay shipping to China even though the parcel had a Canadian return address. Avoid ordering from this company.”

“Ordered item 4.03 with delivery max 8 days. Canceled Sand requested refund on 12.03 as item was still ‘processing’ and thus not shipped yet. I needed the item on 13.03. Today 23.03 I have not yet received any news on re fund. I would advise not to order with this online retailer. Bad customer service. Not within expectation.”

“I ordered a 3 piece pant set and pair of shoes. The sizing was way off, cheap, filmsy material and they say they wont refund! I will never purchase anything from them again. Plus it comes from China. Lesson learned.”

“Delivery dates mean nothing. When the package was going to arrive weeks after I needed it, I tried to cancel but then they cancelled my cancellation! They are now refusing any kind of refund.”

“After a week or two 2 I got the order but the most expensive item I got the wrong color. There is no kind of paper work in the box no return address . So if you do not like it you just have to keep it. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen and take note no phone number to speak to anyone.”

“I've ordered about 5 times with these guys for salsa dance shoes. 3 out of the 5 times they have sent me the wrong size or the wrong shoe. Then they want me to send the item back to china to swap over! I will never use them again. NOT RECOMMENDED BUY BEWARE”
