Wish I’d read all the reviews before ordering from this site. Ordered 6 pairs of men’s underwear for a charity event “the full monty” arrived opened one package they were the size of a young child no way would they fit an adult . Asked for return message came back they can’t refund or exchange even tho they are all in their packaging and tags on . So I have wasted £18. Absolute SCAMMERS

I never received my order that was placed black friday in November 2019. Multiple emails exchanged and a promised new parcel that never arrived. I was not offered any refund. By far, the worst I have ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!! Even if it’s 99cents!!!! They take money and from multiple reviews, it happens a lot. I do not recommend at all.

The package hasn't arrived. Support is not helping. After about 5 tickets and emails back and forth they are now saying that the package is in my country in a post office that is 2 hours drive from my house and I should get it :). This is by far the worse vendor I ever had to deal with. Don't buy from them ever

Avoid Item eventually arrived and was too small’ Allocated the return reason and was told by Maria at customer service they would not be refunding In size!! ... down by £50

I ordered an item and paid extra for 4-8 day delivery, the item arrived 14 working days later. I politely requested a refund for the delivery amount and was lied to, the company said my item had arrived in the 4-12 days!! Customer service was appalling and only after escalating the claim with PayPal did I eventually get my postage refunded. Anyone giving the company a good review on here must work for them!

Warning to all customers and future customers. I ordered multiple items for my sister's wedding last year from this company. 2 weeks later, only 1 small pkg came in with the wrong items! They guaranteed the date it would arrive. Several weeks went by and No other order arrived! I wrote to the company several times, NO response! , Finally , I emailed to cancel due to the wedding was happening in 3 weeks and no items. Some one emailed back and said they would look into it and then again no one ever responded! To make a long story short, We got ripped off 300. dollars! When you have a wedding you have many things going on to take care of and I did not appreciate twice a week emailing this company and not getting a response. I don't know where they work out of , but it is unacceptable. I AM Very upset and just want to warn others, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK! USA should have some kind of fine for international companies like this that rip consumers off. We learned a big lesson, Do not order anything from CHINA. If you decide to, Good Luck! Also, There is no phone number, only email, and they respond in 1 week, then 2 weeks later, no response, then someone else responds with the same response, then you never hear from them again! Basically we had to go out and buy the products here in USA, which we should have done from the beginning. We never got our money back. Please don't take a chance with them, horrible and rip offs!

I was looking at historical costumes and noticed that they have stolen images and designs from other companies. Second, if you look at these designs and think about it, there is no way they can be made for that price unless the material is dirt cheap and slave labor is used. Avoid these people like the plague.

I order 2 travel carseats February 28th and they said today was the shipping at they're were going to send me a tracking number. And not the system is down. I think this company is a scam!

I ordered late January order was suppose to be shipped late February, when I contacted customer service first they said it was in high demand , then they said it was due to WHO virus which that is understandable if they would have said that from the beginning ... I haven’t gone my refund and now the website is down .... Help

Bought earphones. Says 10 to 17 working days for delivery, not had confirmation email looked online looks like still not dispatched, but money taken already. If they arrive on time in good time will update this.

I placed a order on Feb 4th for nail stamps for my wife. Its March 5th and I still haven't recieved them. Customer service has yet to contact me or refund my money. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!! If I could give them a big fat 0 star I would!!!!!! REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!! THIEVES

Would not refund an item despite it being in packaging and having tags on because it was in the lingerie/sleepwear category.. it was an awful fit. Will not be using these again. Would give no stars if I could.

ABSOLOUTE SCAM! i paid £12 for airpods and extra money for them to come earlier and yet it says its coming in three weeks!!!!?! i demanded a refund and i got no reply. they have no customer service and only take your money from you! disgusting

Place order on 1st feb, and now it is March 3rd, still didn't get it. The first time I asked they say i will get feb 20, and now the say will be march 11, but I doubt it, will see.
