I ordered ladieswear from Light in The Box on 20 November 2019. To date no goods or any news. Cora and logistics wants me to find the parcel. I have been contacting Custpmer services ( Cora ) on numerous occasions and all I get from her is excuses, excuses and lies. I asked for a refund and she did not even answer me on that. This is the worse service I have ever experienced. My answer to the outside world is -STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - find a more reliable customer. 3 Months and still waiting!!!!! My wife ordered a jumper for my birthday it has not arrived my birthday was on the 13 ordered well before but still has no arrived??

I ordered a bag and paid extra for express delivery. I ordered it over two months ago and so far have received NOTHING. They are complete charlatans, and have basically stolen aprox £ 40 from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Somebody should stop them trading.

Bought 3 dresses on the 11th of November. It's the 15th of November - still no dresses. Contacted Support twice - first was told to wait as it was Christmas time and then to check with my own Post Office (not sure what my own post office in Malta has to do with China). To top it all up, my tracking link now says it's expired as it's over 60 days old. Do not buy from this site. It's a total joke.

There is no 'Light'inthebox Example of text with CS that is still ongoing. Items purchased as Christmas gifts and its now nearing March; hi Fabio, I was offered an alternative to not return items received after i proved that they were not fit as ordered by your own website and size charts. so please refrain from accusing me as 'refused'. This has been a total sham and a total waste of my time and money. Your stance to avoid all ownership is pretty dismal and your final less monetary solution was to refund me. Did you not ask me to revoke my opinion on Trustpilot to 5 stars? I suggested that you should provide me with a token of good faith for a solution that could have been dealt with sooner than later, like any other company to provide me a service that would result a positive shopping experience. That, in this case, has been nothing but a positive experience. This said, your refusal to refund me in a good faith an item stated in many constancies is, well atrocious. 5 stars, well, you tell me. So, don't demean me as 'i refused'. it's an insult to my integrity. And please stop stating that you are here to help, at your lack of me trying to reasoning with you has been exhausting. If you want to draw an end to me being a customer justifiable of 2 months of nonsense? Send me what i asked for and prove to me that customers are treated fairly leaving a great shopping experience and they will continue to reward your company with future shopping.

I placed an order on the 14th of December for my 5 year old son. We bought a pair of walkie Talkies off this site. They have not put my Oder on my page as you can see from the photo. I waited for around 3 weeks to get though on their non working chat box. I finally got through via a different way and emailed them direct. They say I’m over the 30 days limit to return a faulty item. Do not please buy anything from this company they are crooks of the highest order. Yours A very upset customer!

I agree, light in the box, do not order! They are cheating on all Europeans as well. I ordered, but after one month of fighting I know that I will not receive my order.

Do not order from this "company" Seems to be a scam. I ordered and received nothing but a sham tracking number. Good thing it was not an expensive order. They must be making millions scaming stupid americans like myself. Do yourself a favor and stick with amazon.

I ordered some shoes for my little boy and paid extra for fast delivery but when I realised it still wouldn’t come in time I cancelled and asked for a refund the same day. They offered me 10 per cent discount which I declined. They won’t answer or reply to my emails and I’ve lost £40. Do not use this company unless you want to lose your money

I would give these charlatans a zero if I could. The clothing they supply is cheap rubbish and if you want to return the goods you have to return to China even though you buy from a UK address in London! This is nothing but a clear ruse to stop you returning their cheap nasty clothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU ANYTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EVEN EXIST, NO PHONE NUMBER OR LIFE CHAT AVAILABLE. ITS A COMPETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Items were purchased and paid over a month ago and the shipping was noted as 3 days. One month later, nothing has arrived. I have sent 3 customer tickets with no response and have now requested a refund after cancelling the order - still no response..... STAY AWAY from this company is the only advice I can give you....

Ordered from Light in the Box on 27.12.19. Haven’t been able to contact them to find out what’s going on. Got a msg a few days ago asking for ‘credentials’ before package could be delivered and asking for an extra $2! There was a link to click on which didn’t open! After all this, glad it didn’t. Seems dodgy as, obviously I will never receive my order. They are stealing our money!
