Last year when I ordered for my daughter's competition I was extremely happy with everything. This year I ordered extra early because last year I was almost late getting it in time. Well this year both things I ordered are late. So it doesn't matter how early you order you will not get it any earlier.

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It's been over 3 months and I haven't seen the products and they refuse to make a refund. I keep being told the products are going back to the warehouse and then resent. This has happened 3 times. I've made over 4 CS tickets and keep being told they are waiting on their warehouse. its disgusting.

Number 1 been trying to return item which is rubbish quality disgusting also had to pay 17 pounds before DHL would deliver if I had know the quality was so bad I never had paid the money now I want a refund and the 17 pounds how do I get my money back and how do I send this piece of rubbish back

I'd give them Zero Stars if I could. I ordered a Phone Wallet and paid for expedited delivery which I was informed is up to 10 business days. When I checked my delivery was to take 40 days, which I queried but was told that the quickest I can get it, so I demanded a refund. I was told the refund would be processed and 2 months later, I'm still waiting and they wont respond to email. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a jumpsuit on 1/29 with a shipping date of 2/20. It’s now 2/29 and no jumpsuit. I reached out to customer service and no update- very concerning.

Paid for a pair of sandals in mid Jan. 6 weeks later there is no response. No way to reach the seller. The account cannot be reactivated. This is a fake seller. BEWARE!

The money for a faucet I ordered was taken immediately. I waited thirty days, the item had not shipped and they wanted another month. I cancelled my order, and they just wanted to give me a credit to their website. I asked that they credit the card they charged on the day I ordered. You have to go to another page and submit a request to withdraw their credit and put it back on your original charge card. This could take up to 40 days. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company today. Please pay careful attention to the horrible reviews. This is an absolute scam website.

I ordered a cape on the 4th of February and expected it to be deilivered by now. It has only left China today, and apparently will take a further 3 weeks. I have already given up hope of receiving it. I will wait another 3 weeks, if it doesn’t come, will contact my credit card company to apply for a refund. I do get a response but it is a typical one of don’t worry your order will come. Fingers crossed. I would never buy from this website again!,

They are scammers! I wish I had seen this website prior to ordering - I ordered a dress for £80 - they added on £20 for express shipping, however to date nothing has ever been shipped - on 'order tracking' the order has never been processed. I tried to cancel and they sent some nonsense through about how I was out of policy to claim any refund. Absolutely appalling criminals.

Absolutely shambles. Proper fake website. Con artists. I ordered a apple watch strap for £30 and never came. I chased and chased and never heard back. Luckily I paid by PayPal and got a refund from them. Stay away from these thieving b@stards

I explained to the that I had a problem with the delivery that never showed up to my house I tried to reconcile with them they gave me a hard time I asked for my money back or ship me another item never did they felt they didn’t need too so I would not be purcjyany more item la from them ever again

If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I'd paid more attention to the other reviews. I ordered €83 worth of goods in January that should have been processed within 24 hours according to their site. The money came out of my account immediately......to date nothing has even been shipped. I asked to cancel a week ago, which they responded to offering me a discount on my next order (next order???!!!!) and when I insisted on cancelling, they just stopped responding. They have effectively stolen my money. The event I had ordered for has passed, I'm €83 out of pocket and I have 8 unanswered emails to them. They are thieves and fraudsters pure and simple

I bought a Lego set on Light in the box and three weeks later they didn't even ship it. I asked PayPal to step in and I got a refund. I wanted the item, not the money back, it's a very poor business attitude. Will not be a return customer ever.

They are liars. You will get your product late. And if you click a button by mistake, they keep your money even you let them know immediate that it was a mistake. I paid a dress on November 23, 2019. It supposed to take about 10 weeks to me. In late January I still do not have it. So I sent a ticket on the website. The company says I should get the dress early February. On February 8 I still did not get the dress so I logged in and found that my order was canceled. The reason is the dress "will be out of stock for an indefinite period of time". I was very worried since my wedding is in March. I placed an order for the same dress by mistake. I cancelled the order soon after that. I also sent a ticket requesting to cancel the order since it is the same as the dress that "will be out of stock". However, instead of helping me to cancel the order, the company told me the package is ready to ship and will be shipped in March. Excuse me??? You told me it is out of order... Plus it will be too late. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. They rejected.
