I ordered 8 items and paid through PayPal and thank god for PayPal. This company blocked my log in and I could not get in touch with them at all. I never received any items and now waiting for PayPal refund. DO NOT USE LIGHTINTHEBOX THEY ARE A SCAM

Customer Service is a joke with this company. I asked for a refund on an item that I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour. When I made the purchase, the charge was applied immediately to my Vusa, unfortunately they are not so forthcoming when it comes to any type of refund. All I have been getting is a major run around. I have read the other reviews and wish I had seen them before I had any dealings with LightintheBox. Definitely a company, (or scammers), to stay away from. I am just glad that my purchase was VERY minimal dollarwise, but still considering talking to my bank regarding the possibility of seeking a refund. Stay away from this website as if they had the plague. In all my years I have never experienced anything like the service of this company.

Avoid like coronavirus customer service is useless item turned up today 2 months after ordering it threw it straight in the trash will take the loss but lesson learned

Customer service is non-existent. I have been trying to return a damaged item since January 28th. Their guarantee page doesn't actually guarantee anything - it talks about their QA. No phone number to call anyone. No one replies in a timely fashion to request through their site.

I ordered a men’s Jacket order number 2001301435756802 costing me £146.34 including shipping and I have not received my goods. Not even an email confirmation. I’m going to contact my credit card company so that they can investigate this company and issue me a refund. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt so we will wait and see before I make full allegations. Juan Torquemada

Everything went wrong they are disgusting. Emailed the ccn trading standards of China. Will take legal advice if this company don't get closed down

I really hated having to give them one star, but it is the only way to be able to write any sort of review to warn people how rubbish they are. They send out out flying saucers that don't fly and then don't reply to emails when you ask for a refund. As for customer service, well there is none. The price is far higher than i could have bought it for at other companies, i have since found out. As for returns, well i'm not spending even more money returning it to be even more out of pocket. And as for refunds, well, that doesn't appear to be a word they understand i think.

This is worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered stuff on November 25. The item was not shipped out until Dec 13th. Finally arrived on January 23. Once arrived opened it to find we had received delivery of stuff we didn't order! the 5 piece shipment was ALL WRONG! Customer service will NOT refund whole purchase price, they offered i can keep the stuff and will refund partial credit!?!? They promise me credit in USD but shows up in my account as CAD!

Do NOT ever order from these people. I placed an order that was guaranteed to be here by Christmas...well..here it is, February 2nd.. and I have yet to receive my order...just getting the run around from them.

If you are in the position like me. Where you have not received a refund contact your card provider, PayPal or the embassy of the country they trade in to get their trading lisense evoked. If we all do this there will be enough evidence.

I ordered a white fur jacket and was sent a grey coat in a larger size than ordered. I returned this at a cost of £20 telling them the issue. I am still waiting for the refund. So angry. I wish I had put the item on eBay. It wasn't cheap and I need the money back. Should be closed down

The delivery time announced on the website, 6-7 days is A LIAR. I have been waiting for weeks for my orders... i still ignore when i will received them...the tracking numbers given don't work ! The client service asks me to be patient... but the situation is out of control and it seems that they have no clue to help you. So annoying and disappointing !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! If there was zero stars I would use that!! When the tops finally they were cheap.and nasty, even though not cheap when I purchased. I returned the goods.for.a refund and.followed their instructions.to the letter, it even cost me £15.00 for the reocrded overseas post. They ignored all my requests to find out where my refund was and today some 4 months later, the goods have been returned to me as they didnt bother to pick up the parcel from the address they gave me!!! It's a total sham ..... do not buy from them.
