Their sizing chart is WRONG!! No where when you place the order does it say bodysuit is non-refundable....this company is a sham and my item didnt even have a seam at edges, was raw Cut ends! What you see online picture is nice, but actual item VERY DIFFERENT AND NOT finished!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Horrible no refund policy. They will give you $5. They will say it's not worth it to return the cost is high. They will not give you an RA number. They say give your item to someone as a gift. Shabby clothes not quality Cheap!

I have made numerous purchases for household items during the last year but am very let down and disappointed by me recent experience. I feel totally ripped off. I purchased 3 sets of bathroom fittings ( toilet roll holder, towel holder etc). They were not suitable when they arrived as the style didn't match my bathrooms. I contacted Light in the box and was offered two options, receive a partial credit and keep the items or return them at my cost, which I choose to do. The were returned in perfect condition and in a timely manner but Light in the Box them turned around and claimed they were non refundable items.. (accessories, ie hair ties) which they were not, and "kindly" offered me a voucher instead of a refund as I am a good customer. I wish I had kept them and on sold them and saved the nearly $100 NZ it cost to return them. I would not recommend this company to anyone after this experience, as I feel totally ripped off.. so be warned on line shoppers.. use eBay instead, at least they are honourable.

Vorsicht direktvertrieb aus China ohne Kundenfreudliche Rückgabemöglichkeit, mein Geld ist futsch.. Mein Fall / My Case:I bought this lamp in November. Trying to give it back since then... The lamp we received was completely disassembled even the internal wires and connections the arms of the lamp was disconnected. See Photos, also the instruction was not usable for us. The supplier is a chinese company not cooperative at all. We wanted to return the product which the supplier did reject. The product does not represent what has been promised in the product description. disassembled , bad painting, loose wires, not dimmable lamps, lamps get stuck in the glas bulbs when trying to exchange them, all in all this product was not usable for us due to bad quality. I would never buy anything on light in the box again. Poor service and bad quality product we received.

I have bought 25 T-shirts only 10 fit me the sizes and the size charts are not exact two shirts of identical design and same size 3XL (see photos)one fits me (purple shirt) and one is extremely tight (Blue shirts) Your sizes are not consistent. I do not like your refund policy saying that you would only give me half of what I paid and that it would be too costly for me to send it back to China and that I should donate them or give it to a friend. I believe you are now, after looking at all the other reviews of your company, are a scam.

2 wedding dresses returned, unused, back in late August. Items were just received by me as undeliverable due to the address being "Unknown" and "Insufficient Address" - the address used was the one given to me by their customer service. Not happy and will not recommend them or use them again.

Would never use again. Took to paypal to sort out, which they did. Item was rubbish for the money i paid. And delivery time is terrible. Keep clear of this company.

AVOID This Company They Tried To Rip Me OFF !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS...after months of waiting I have just got my refund for the rubbish garments that this bunch of cowboys sent me. The items were nothing like the images or descriptions. Not only were the garments of VERY VERY poor quality, they also sent me the wrong size. I opened various tickets on their site. LightInTheBox promised me a refund & told me to keep the garments they then closed the tickets. The promised refund NEVER came. Thankfuly I used PAYPAL to purchase the rubbish they sent me. When I opened a case at PAYPAL LightInTheBox then wanted me to send their rubbish back to them. This I was happy to do but be aware LightInTheBox never gave me a postage label or money to send their rubbsh back to them. Luckily PAYPAL also assisted me here & refunded my postage fees. This whole affair has taken many months to sort out. Thankfully in the end I got all my money back but I am 100% positive that if PAYPAL had not of refund me I would lost all my money. I have found this company to be disgusting lairs that sell utter rubbish. It is my opinion that this company should be shut down! I urge everyone to purchase their items elsewhere but if you must purchase the rubbish that this company sold to me then please use a good payment provider that will assist you when you get a problem as LightInTheBox will do nothing to assist you. I was not going let LightInTheBox rip me off & I am very pleased that in the end my determination has payed off. I purchase a lot online & this has to be by far the worst experience I have ever had shopping online & judging buy the other reviews I am not alone. Rest assured LightInTheBox I am going to review you everywhere. My experience of you is you are a truly disgusting company & I am going to make sure that everyone knows how you lied to me & tried to rip me off.

Awful online experience-started with no order confirmation email. Only contact was by DHL. Paid €25.84 for cushion covers plus €12.90 for delivery - now I’m being charge €23.03 for import duty. I can’t get in touch with the company to cancel or return order (conveniently impossible to contact ) - So, I paid the duty to get my €25 cushion - which end up costing me almost €65 !!!! So sorry never read the reviews - don’t buy from this website/ company !

The "shirt" I ordered for a friend for Christmas, that was ordered 12/9/19 arrived after Christmas. I ordered an XL and it has to be at least a 3XXX. I bought it because of the picture on the front, that of course is off center and poor quality. I thought I checked out the return info correctly, but of course to NO avail. I have dealt with companies directly from China before but NONE of them have been as POOR as this company. I did not see these reviews in advance, or like everyone of the other reviews I just read I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM!!!!! This is the worst company every.

Sizing very small. As my order will not show in my order history, I have no way of contacting this company. They recently sent me a ticket number via trustpilot (where I left a bad review) but this cannot be entered anywhere unless I have order history. So round and round we go in circles.

I do not recommend this company. The cycling jersey ordered was delivered in good time, but that is the only positive. Their shirt sizing is all wrong. I always wear size XL - their size XL is much too small. I requested a return (at my expense) and a refund. Offered a refund of $9 (on a jersey which cost $50). I asked their Customer Service (??) Team about about the cost to me of returning the jersey and having it replaced by a larger size. They have not bothered to reply. Avoid this company.

The product was ordered on December 7th with a promise of Christmas delivery. It is now January 6th and the product still has not arrived. They have been evasive in answering questions about the delivery and ask that I wait two more weeks.

I ordered 3 tshirts that did not come for two plus months. I contacted them to ask where they were, and they did ship them at that time. When I received the tshirts, they were of poor fabric choice for tshirts (some kind of polyester), and the images were not clear/sharp on the shirts. I contacted them for a refund, and they said I could, but it would be very expensive to pay to send them back to China. So they offered an $18 store credit, or a $2 refund. Needless to say, they are a VERY risky order. I do NOT recommend them at all.

They provided my with store credit ONLY after never sending the dress i ordered. I paid $15 expedited 3-5 day shipping and the item never arrived. They said it was because the item was in high demand but the website never said it was on back order or unavailable. I subsequently canceled the order and instead of getting the money back they offered store credit only. Never have I had such a horrible experience with an online store.

I ordered a 3XL jacket for my husband's Christmas present. The jacket arrived and was so small my size 8 daughter could not get it on. I contacted them for a return label and refund. They got back to me only offering 20% off my next purchase ( lol) and suggested that I give the jacket to a family member or friends, but no offer for refund. They also claimed the jacket would have to be mailed back to China at my expense which is half to almost what the jacket cost ($89.99). I have contacted my bank for a fraud dispute and will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Do not order from this company as their name should be Frauds are Us.

Order 34967940. Ridiculous,, Under-sized XL shorts/briefs supplied that would fit a child . Only 20% refund offered after nearly 2 weeks of emails back & forth. Unresponsive, unethical business with cumbersome, expensive returns and refund procedures. Be warned - Avoid

I ordered two girls dresses for my granddaughter in size 7-8. They sent one in 5-6. The other 6-7. Can’t contact them. Their website can’t find any orders from me. Don’t buy from this company.

Order 35085139. This was an order for a dress in size medium. The item has arrived and is very small, 9 inches smaller than the size on the website. The fur trim is worn and ragged on this faulty dress. You suggest that I accept 40% of the purchase price and keep the dress. I don't want to keep this piece of rubbish.I am very angry that you deliberately sent out the wrong/faulty item knowing that to return it will cost me more that the dress is worth. This is a complete scam and a disgraceful way to do business. I know that to manufacture an item as shoddy as this dress, will have cost you pennies. If you refund only 40% of the cost, you are still making a massive profit from your very dissatisfied customers. You are a very deceitful company I can see from the terrible reviews that you do this often. The item is faulty, you made the error, sending out a very small size. I want a full refund.
