Ordered 3 weeks ago for birthday gift and not receive. Hoping it will arrive for xmas but looking unlikely. How do you contact them? Only a telephone number (international) or fax (who uses that anymore). Think they are scammers !! dO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Over 3 weeks now,still not received my order. My order number is 35114442, even paid extra for royal mail delivery. Have sent loads of emails to them ....no reply. When I log onto my account it just says, "no orders" although my payment has been taken. They gave me a non existent tracking number . Worst scam company ever. Do not use them

I was told estimated shipping time was 3-4 days. Now waiting 6 weeks. When i contact then to ask what the delay is they take 3-4 days to respond and tell me this is "normal" and to contact them if it has not arrived in 15 days! Update: Sent an email to them requesting a refund 5 days ago as the tracking info just says something about being returned to sender 10 days ago, i haven't got a reply yet. Also, I was charged for courier delivery (approx 50 euro) but they sent it by Chinese post (approx 1-3 euro)!

My order disappeared after they took money out of my account. Very annoyed! I am very poor and this was basically half my money for kids Christmas. I am disgusted!

Worst company I ever dealt with, ordered 2 dresses and 2 weeks later hadn't heard anything after 7 emails were sent to them, when you enquire you never ever get a reply, checked on sight the order was still pending, I asked for a refund but I don't hold my breath to receive one at all, I think the pictures of items they are selling must be fakes, wish I would have read reviews before dealing with them, please please do not buy from this scam company

I bought 4 'natural organic linen' pillow covers. They are NOT linen but a synthetic that stuck to the moderately hot iron, which linen never does. The company will not answer e mails so beware.

Wish I had read the many many bad reviews of this company before I placed an order. They are all true and cant believe there is no recourse except advising others. Didnt lose a lot of money but hopefully can help someone else wise up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered hair from them 3 weeks ago it just came. Wrong length I ordered 20” 20” 25” but recieved 8”8”10”, the hair doesn’t look like the picture false advertising, this is not human hair, the hair is very thin 3 bundles couldn’t even do a quarter of my head. Takes long to reach on top of it. The hair stinks bad. The other commenters that claims this is good hair are lying, or looking for free stuff by kissing the sellers rear end. This is not good hair. Save your money don’t make the same mistake I did. They are con artists they know shipping back is stressful for costumers. Guys we have the power to stop them, by spreading the news and avoid buying from them. We work too hard for our money to have it just stolen out of our hands. They’re gonna con the wrong person and get their ass kicked. Just learn from ur bed experience don’t let it get to u or stress u, but don’t go down without a fight it’s what they want. Costumers unite 👊.

Like the product, wrong sizes were sent, after two agent chats, unable to contact anyone to fix the problem! Terrible terrible customer service! Buy American instead of Chinese!!!

I feel one star is to much ordered a toy for my grandson cost just over£20 when it arrived what a shock looked nothing like the picture cheap rubbish I feel this company should not be trading

Awful experience so far after an item was shipped and was duly lost by Royal Mail (not LightInTheBox's fault) However, I was advised by L.I.T.B. to liaise directly with Royal Mail which I have done and the item has been lost and I have forwarded the email exchange between Royal Mail and myself and have requested a refund but the L.I.T.B. Customer Service has been extremely slow and difficult in processing the refund. Very disappointed in the Customer Service so far and very doubtful I will be using their online services again....

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are totally scammers and are cunning company. Do not ever think of doing business with them. I had bought a dress for a sweet16 coming up and it is absolutely DISGUSTING. IT LOOKED LIKE A RAG. THE MATERIAL IS HORRIFYING!!!!!!!!!!. QUALITY IS GROSS!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!

I ordered a shirt on the fourth of this month for a night out on the Seventh. It was on the delivery details that shipping would be 3-5 days. That, I thought, should be here in time for the do. I then noticed that the item had not been shipped until the 6th and of course, there was no way that it would get here. So, immediately, I have been miss-informed of delivery shipping and arrival dates. And to top it off, there is no notification of when the parcel, if at all, will arrive. I will never order anything again from this shoddy firm and strongly advise against anyone else ordering, and, no doubt, being ripped off.

What to say, just fake site and fraud company !! Evrething on the site is fake,they try to sell themes products which are under any discusion quality ...The product is return back to China and end of story,no refund, no any reply. We just losed our money and time ! I can't belive such of company still exist !!

Have not received my package in South Africa - can't follow up on the system. There is no LIVE chat available. This is unacceptable - please go and lean from Zaful and Superbalist!!!!!!!! Where is my package?????

This is a dreadful, conning, dishonest site. They do NOT give you your money back. You WIll be asked to pay custom charges and they will not deal with you until you pay these charges and THEN they will turn around after YOU pay additional charges even when you have paid a premium for insurance and refuse to give you your money back. The quality is appalling, the customer service is one of the worst and if there was a choice of zero stars that is exactly what this conning site would receive from me. They make it look like they are a Canadian, American, British etc. company, depending on where you are placing your order but nope, they are Chinese. All the goods are shipped from China, the sizing is totally incorrect, the quality is utterly appalling and this site should be closed down period. But then I suppose it will only open up under another business name. I really, really wish I had gone in and read reviews before I ordered from this ethically challenged site, but I didn't so my fault but this was a big lesson learned. LightintheBox you absolutely suck and are a disgrace, not that you care. You make your living conning, stealing and being downright dishonest. Shame on you. Many people who purchase from you cannot afford to be taken for ride but you don't care. I would warn anyone please do NOT order from this site because you will be sorry. So many complaints online about them.

I could not even order...I chose the items I wanted...couldn't get it to work on my computer. Every time I searched for an item...for instance 'boys t-shirt'...women's girl's ...everything popped up! I even copied the number of the item and it popped up...item not found. THEN I checked the reviews. I am so thankful to the people before me, for letting me know that this company is a scam. I kept feeling like it was a scam. Not worth all the time I spent on the site!
