“Avoid ! Paid for Express dispatch and still waiting item”

“Size all wrong but when I tried to exchange was told I'd have to send back to China warehouse and I would be responsible for expensive shipping. They also implied It was my fault for not doing the math with their size chart, The tickets I needed for the exchange was rapidly closed and I'm now out of pocket and have 2 outsized mens tops and a lighter bank account, I am disappointed and disgusted that I ever gave this company the benefit of the doubt after reading other reviews. As I work in retail in UK I can't believe this customer service is allowed to continue.”

“Worst company ever!!! Unexpected fee on delivery and when they tried to make it right they offered only a little of my money and I NEVER saw any of it!!! If you go with them and get screwed (and you will) don’t say you weren’t warned.”

“Today is 7.12.19 Ordered a dress. Delivered. Really not made well. Returned 7.10.19. I have not heard a word from them! I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund of £51.72. No response AT ALL!!! STILL NO REFUND!! AWFUL COMPANY - STAY AWAY! DAYLIGHT ROBBERS!!”

“Ordered dance shoes - they stink of industrial glue and the quality is dreadful. One pair is impossible to fit snuggly as one of the straps is attached by elastic and is too long. This means they would flap around on your foot and be dangerous. I am trying to get a refund but the responses I am getting state they don't receive photos. I now have to send photos to an individual instead. They are also stating that because the shoes are custom made they cannot be refunded so be warned. This is not obvious on the product description, you have to go into the depths of the returns policy. The only custom bit is the heel. I wish I'd read these reviews before using this company - will never use again.”

“ordered battery powered Christmas lights two weeks ago . no sign of them as yet, my money has been taken from my account, beware, when thinking of placing an order, I have lost money to these people/company.”

“Unable to find information about returns. As there is no customer service, I wrote a previous review saying the fabric was dreadful and had to wait so long for my item, I didn't get it in time for an event. I received a reply 'sorry for your discomfort, please download picture of the fault' WHAT? any suggestions?”

“Everything!! Product arrived late. The top did not fit right. Doing the return is a nightmare. They demand 1 million little things and then the customer ends up having to run to the post office with it. They tell you they cannot guarantee receiving the shipment which basically tells you they’re going to make sure they’re not going to guarantee receiving the shipment.the return address is ridiculous!! they have it going halfway through China before they get it,which is why they tell you they’re not going to guarantee getting the shipment. When they tell you it’s approximately two months before they’ll receive the shipment. You know the saying..” slow boat to China“ In this time of modern ships that we have...this must be the slowest boat in the world! I sent this product back on September 19, 2019 it is now December 2, 2019. It’s not the first time I’ve tried to get this problem resolved. Won’t go back on the history of it. It is still in the making of trying to resolve it. However if my money is not returned in a timely fashion look for it on postings In social media!! ‘tis the season!! If I could give them minus stars I would. But we will see how this gets resolved. Maybe I’ll leave them the one star. But you can bet I’ll never be buying from this company again!! I’m just hoping I’m saving someone a lot of time money and aggravation!!! Since I gave this kind of review for them I don’t want to give my full name so will just put. L.C.”

“Don't, don't, don't order from LightInTheBox. This company present a beautiful looking website using genuine designer images and supply a very very cheap quality copy. They will tell you it was made to measure and cannot be returned. Give your money to charity, you will feel better than being conned by this company and their fake images on their website. “Would give 0 stars if i could . I thought i was purchasing a gift card for my dad that was going to be delivered . Turns out it was this weird reward thing that you could only use after making another purchase for like £100. They have a rubbish customer service where you have to submit tickets and then they label your issue as resolved when you haven’t even had anything done to help you . Massive waste of time and money. What kind of company doesn’t offer refunds ?!!!!”
