“The jewellery ordered was damaged when it arrived. The stone from the necklace had dislodged. The shafts on the earrings were bent due to insufficient packaging. I ordered these for my young granddaughter who wanted them for her mummy’s Christmas present. The reason they are cheap is because they are cheap and nasty. Don’t bother with this company. You get what you pay for .”

“DONT GO THERE. 4-6 DAYS QUOTED FOR DELIVERY AND CAME 13 DAYS LATER. WRONG SIZE AND TOO LATE. NO RETURN DOCUMENT OR ADDRESS. E.MAIL REPLY GAVE ADDRESS IN CHINA & COST £13.50 WHICH THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE. THEY HAVE ALSO PAID £8.58 LESS INTO MY ACCOUNT FOR THE RETURNED SHOES”

“DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT HASSLE WHICH THEY ARE UNWILLING TO SOLVE. ORDERED SHOES QUOTED 4 TO 6 WEEKS DELIVERY. ARRIVED AFTER 14 DAYS. TOO LATE FOR OCCASION AND WRONG SIZE. NO RETURN DOCUMENTS OR ADDRESS. MAIL FROM THEM GAVE AN ADDRESS IN CHINA. THIS COST £13.50 WHICH THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. THEY HAVE ALSO REIMBURSED MY ACCOUNT FOR £8.58 LESS THAN I PAID”

“Literally a month ago I bought LED Lights online for 51 DOLLARS. It took soo long for shipping the websites kept lying. When I had to pick up the LED Light they wanted additional 16 dollars, which was already a weird deal. When I took it home the LED Lights were not sticky, kept glitching and the remote was not working. the colors on the remote do not even go to them. In total, I have spent over 65 dollars on these LED Lights that did not even work online. The customer services were horrible too, they never replied. I also can't even get a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER NEVER BUY FROM HERE”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM THE WORLD SHOULD KNOW ' LIGHTINTHEBOX' IS A SCAM COMPANY. PEOPLE GET A CHEAP PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY THEY PAY. “Dreadful experience! Ordered a Halloween costume on 16th Oct as assured it would arrive by 30th Oct. Delivered 6th Nov but they have not sent a return form or issued a refund, as promised. The costume was completely different to the image - cheap and nasty and not even finished! If I return it and pay the postage, I don't trust them to refund me so I will lose more money! Don't buy from this dishonest company.”

“Awful. Ordered a jumper on the 24th October. Tried to contact company via email to see why no delivery yet but every password they send me to acess site to track is not accepted.no other way to contact.quick enough to take my money..as good as theft as far as I'm concerned.do not use !you have my money.?where is my merchandise?”

“Please don't buy from this company! I paid extra $15 for 4-6 day delivery to get my costume before Halloween (was 10 days before Halloween) & got an email that it was coming 11-15 days later, after Halloween! WTF?!! I wear a size 6, so ordered a medium, only to discover that a medium is a 2/4. What kind of crazy sizing is that?! Lastly, the dress was defective, as it was sewn up over the side zipper preventing me from even being able to get in it and they told me there was nothing they can do because it's a final sale. I'll ask my credit card company what they think of that! I hope this company goes under in a big way. They have no business being in business!!!!”

“I am finding getting a RETURN ADDRESS is impossible. The site says it responds to a request in 24hrs. Rubbish. I have made a request everyday for a week with no response. Is this because the T&Cs say you have 7 days to return item??? Will never use company again.”
