Horrible company. Doesn't allow returns if items do not look good on you or do not fit. They said items are tailor made...they arent...our measurements had to fit into predetermined sizing. When trying to process a return the company needs to send you a return slip, which they will never give you. I returned the dresses anyway for a postage charge of $23....Yep, they are in China. The package was refused and returned back to me. If you are in America steer clear of this company. If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!!!!

Dress is very poor quality, nothing like the photo. Trying to find address to send it back. No invoice or return details in package. Very disappointing

I ordered a dress it came but was not like the one on the picture that they advertise, same design but not same fabric, theres no customer care to contact and they dont get back to you via email, Fair warning, please read all the bad experiences and do not order from this company as the quality is awful as well!!!!!

Despite having bought from you I can't find my account to return items. Too big and look nothing like they did in the photos. I want to return these but can't as can't login. Very difficult to return items. Won't be ordering from you again.

I ordered a wall clock and received a one that is different than the one I ordered. I contacted the company for a replacement and I was offered either a 30% refund or a 40% credit towards a future purchase. I argued that this is their fault because the Item Number does not match, but we cannot reach an agreement. It has been weeks and I have not received my refund or a response from the Light in the Box. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Ordered a dress standard size. Poorly made arrived late even though I payed for expedited shipping. They are now saying I can not return it as custom made. How can it be custom made if you don’t have my measurements!!!! This company based in China is a con stay clear of it !

Hi, this company has huge hidden tax fees which are levied after payment and before you receive the item. They will not pay this for you and will also not refund the item. They will probably claim below this that this is in line with their terms. However you should be aware of this because it can make your item A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE. I would recommend personally that you avoid this company and purchase your item from a more upfront company with no hidden costs. Paul

I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping. It was supposed to “process” for 9 business days. Numerous emails to company and my dress has not shipped. Ordered a back up from Amazon today. It will be here tomorrow. Don’t waste time with this company- you’ll only be disappointed

I have ordered 2 pairs of salsa shoes in February 2019. I had problems with this order as I coudn't receive it for many months, it was sent by the company the cheapest way and was not trackable. I had finally received the order in July (after alot of back and forth with the company), but the shoes quality was very poor and the shoes looked very different compared to the picture. When I complained I was asked to return the shoes and receive the money back, which I did. Now, in October, I receive the message that I cannot have the money back as the shoes were custom made (which is not the case as I didnt order custom made shoes). This company got the shoes back and got my money. This is a scam! This company have scammed me to 150 USD! Stay away from this company and its scam products!

I ordered a wig 3 days ago. Money was taken from my credit card and got an email that the payment was received. When I checked the status of my order I noticed that they sent me an email as the payment hasn't been done and they don't allow me to log in. Very poor service .

Don't buy from this provider!!!! Poor quality items and bad service.This is by far the most difficult company I have ever encounter. I realized I ordered the wrong size and within 1 hour I try to change it. They told me that the best approach was to cancel the order and order a new item. Well, after I did, they told me that the items was already shipped and to return it there will be a 50% charge and shipping cost. The second items in the right size will not be delivered on time for my event and they refuse to accept my cancellation request! Their recommendation...give the item as a gift to someone else! Please do yourself a favor, DON"T buy from them!

I was about to purchase goods but because I've never used this company I thought I had better check reviews first, and I'm glad I did, they're shocking. I will be going elsewhere for my cycling trousers.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered a 1920s style dress for a fancy dress at new year. It was just over £25 and £5.69 delivery. Although the product did take a little while to arrive I ordered in plenty of time so not an issue however the product did not fit - I started the returns process - I still have all the original packaging and this was the response:- 2019-10-05 22:28 NEW REPLY Dear Customer, Thank you for your cooperation. We are sorry to hear product received didn't meet expectations and you wish to return it back. Unfortunately upon checking product indicated belongs to costumes and cosplay category. Pls note according to our return policy unfortunately we cannot accept back costumes and cosplay products due to they are being tailored specially on submitted order. Pls consult our return policy provided in website: https://www.lightinthebox.com/nh/Return-Policy.html?prm=1.3.87.0 We are sorry not to be able to accept return as supplier wouldn't accept it back. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in the matter and cooperation with us. Please feel free to contact us if you would have any further questions. These are off the shelf dresses with no special order or tailoring requirements - DONT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP I have never before been unable to return goods purchased on the internet when the product does not fit - DISGRACEFUL - I am only pleased it wasn't something much more expensive!

I am still waiting for a dress that was to be delivered in 7 days. Money was taken from my PayPal on the 15th September.

Do not bother!! They advise 4 day delivery but that is from China so you will wait up to 3 weeks for the item - I tried to return 7 fascinators - they offered to give me a 70% refund and keep the items but I decided to return them as would cost me less in delivery charge. They then said they could not refund me after receiving them back as they are accessories and it is there policy to offer a credit instead. I have no credit at all showing and no matter how many different ways I try to email them I keep getting reject emails - they have £47 of my money....fuming!

Horrific clothing quality ! Sizes aren't even close to what is stated on the size guide. When requesting a return & refund, I was told I was only entitled to 30% of the cost because shipment would cost me to much back to China. The Company, their products, customer service & general ethics are terrible !!!!!!

Appalling customer service ordered dress for my daughters birthday 4 to 7 days delivery nearly a month after still waiting poor staff with no manners never respond to emails no tracking info available do not use this company they are no trusty and will mess you around it's not worth the stress to save a few pounds.

Hideous dress, nothing like the picture or measurements, and returns policy that makes sure you lose out and they gain. Avoid.
