I bought a jacket in June which was the wrong size. They have a procedure for returning items which entails downloading a form. I could not download he form despite several efforts but sent the jacket to the UK address at WS10 9LR on 28June. I was subsequently given a "ticket " number which I sent to Light in the Box. They could not link it to anything. After numerous emails I have been told that I need to apply for a new ticket. The company's attitude is terrible and I would not give them one star

Purchased a chandelier and notice it was from China. Opening box, found 1/3 of needed pieces to assemble. Contacted company multiple times, spoke to supervisor Rebecca and always got the same excuse. Wanted detail count on pieces missing, detail count on pieces in box, wanted pictures, wanted invoice copy..( they already had). Would not discuss my $200 refund. After the fourth detail demand, they stopped any communication. Do not spend your money with these thieves. WARNING!

I have to apologize for my recent review. My packages did come. However the box that the dress was squished into was so small that I never opened it. So I did and the dress material is super then and cheep and is the wrong size. The wig actually came today and so far it looks ok. That said I am still not going to order from them again.

I do wish that I had read these reviews first. I only bought two items. One was a dress that I never received and the other was a wig that I never received. My store is amazon. My advice stick to what you know and READ THE REVIEWS

Do not buy anything from this company. I received some swimming shorts that did not fit and also had dirty marks on them. I had to send photos to them and then got this response. Read more reviews and you will see they are a nightmare of a company to deal with. "We sincerely apologize for sending you an incorrect size. To improve our quality control and find the reason for this error, we kindly ask you to send us the following photographs: If you did not receive the same size and measurements as the size chart on the product page please provide images with a tape measure in the wrong measurement part. (NECESSARY) As well as its measurements of: Waistline Hip Height Weight (kg) Please send us a photo to confirm the incident. Then, we will contact the supplier directly and proceed accordingly." Have you ever seen anything like this before!! Unbelievable, never buy anything from them.

I ordered a top ,it was meant to have long sleeves and reach the top of your legs,mine is sort in length and arms,which are also to tight to get your arms in,very disappointed with it,lt will be going in the bin as it's not fit for anyone to wear it,

Total garbage don’t buy anything from this website it’s a total scam attached is the shipment package that I received they took money from me for the item then Money for shipping then they did COD that I had to pay again upon receiving not only that they actually sent me a price of garbage with wrong size of course

I bought few items, out of which I needed to exchange 2 pair of shoes which are too small and one too big swimming costume. I've emailed them twice and no response. Mooney thrown to the bin! Shoes are poor quality but for one use they will look lovely on the wedding day if I could wear them of course! Swimming costume seems really nice and good quality but way to large and again I can't wear it! so gutted!!!

I had ordered a numbered of handbags. Upon delivery I was charged an extra 47 euro custom tax which I had not anticipated or expected. The box was a lot smaller than I expected and when I opened it I was shocked to see that they had crammed 4 handbags into it. All the handbags are damaged with creases that will not come out. The material is terrible, very cheap and the stitching is awful. There was a tear on one of the bags which was probably caused by trying to cram cheap material into a small box. I have looked through the website in how I might return items. I can see now that it’s pointless and not worth the hassle. They have covered themselves in order to not return things.... like the courier should witness you opening your parcel and confirm the goods are faulty.... and if you do return, you will have to pay delivery and they will only refund you the cost of the item. It’s a scam, do not go near this site.

Do not use this company!!!! They refuse to give me a refund on shorts that are too small. Despite having a UK office they won’t follow UK consumer rights legislation Impossible to talk to anyone and complaints are all done through a time consuming ticket system Plus Items should have been with me in 3 to 5 days by Express delivery and didn’t arrive then As I said DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I placed an order on the 4th of September paid additional for next delivery now 10 days later and with several emails sent from me having no reply!! I still have yet to receive my items. This company advertising they are based in the uk evidently not all I can hope is the product are what they say they are when or if it finally arrives 🤬

If you look on eBay you can get most of them items on their for less than half the price & the trainer's I brought was really fake..there large clothing are more like Extra small & there customers service are useless keep away from this site

BUYER BEWARE. If you are ordering from the UK and you choose a regular size (8, 10, 12 etc) this is considered made to measure and makes any return impossible. This is not made clear on the website. The dress I ordered was ill fitting and poor quality. They will not refund my payment but have only offered (after many, many e-mails) to give me a credit of 50% of the purchase cost. To receive this credit I have to spend an equal sum. My advice steer well clear of this website.

Where do I start. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not go there! One star is being generous. Ordered a dress in June which was horrific. Returned straight away but no refund. I finally received my refund today through section 75 of my credit card company. I don’t know how they continue to get away with it. Save your money and shop elsewhere

Once I placed my order and you took my payment 8 days ago, you have refused to answer my messages or emails.. even if you do say you will do so within 24 hours ! the worst customer service I have ever encountered with online shopping.. Plain rude and so unprofessional.. Lesson to anyone thinking of shopping with you...

Been waiting over 2 months for order. Keep being fobbed off with patronising messages from 'customer service.' I have been told to be patient! Refusing me a refund until after 90 working days have passed! None of this mentioned when ordering. Scam company who are quick to take peoples money and not deliver. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS!

Once again I also wish I have read the reviews before I used light in the box you will struggle to find a worse company they use cheap chinese products which will fall to bits and dont even dream of a refund they run a zero reply service in there customer service department phone number is premium rate cant believe that a company can be allowed to trade like this -5 stars
