My purchase included cost of delivery and in spite of that I had to pay the post office $54.58 when I picked up my order. Please hold your breath while you wait for my next purchase.

Everything i bought was cheap and poorly manufactured Clothing was not representative of picture shown Color and texture of material was different and so-called American sizes were extremely smaller Apparel was not properly trimmed and mismatch thread was used to sew clothes and style completely different This company disgraceful

Ordered a mens large biking shirt, received a mens small. When I wrote to get a refund I got an address to China stating it would take 3-5 weeks and a long, ridiculous statement about the expense of shipping and suggesting we give the item to a family member or donate it. I have NEVER seen such bait and switch methods. This is basically a dumping ground for products that can not be returned. Unless you own a resalte shop that needs stocking, AVOID THIS SCAM SITE....

Fake Safety Helmet Avoid this company ! Disgusted at quality of inferior goods supplied , poor quality extremely lightweight plastic with no protective quality sure wouldnt pass any safety standards .More like dress up toy ! Took 3 weeks for delivery no tracking was available either from china or uk,(wasnt aware was buying from China) box arrived from uk address without customs label ! On applying for return informed i am only being offered original cost of helmet and have to pay both delivery and return postage to China and only on Proof goods recieved and checked shall i recieve refund !! POSTAGE COSTS HIGHER THAN ITEM . Customer services says exactly as advertised !!! Repackaged/posted at uk distribution centre Trading Standards/Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU)Need to stop these dangerous Helmets from being advertised/entering our country !! Uk distribution warehouse Unit 1 Comus Street , Salford, Manchester M5 3BQ

I would never go near this company again. I was confused about the sizing, so had to cancel my first order (2 jackets in 2 different colours). In the event, they didn't cancel and 4 jackets arrived. I could see immediately that the jackets looked cheap (although they actually weren't) and I absolutely wouldn't want to wear them (can't believe anyone would). They refused to accept the goods back (even though they were still in the packaging). They claimed that they made these to order - when they were clearly just their standard sizes. I am guessing that they have to resort to these measures because nobody would want to keep their clothing once seen. The whole thing cost £100 - high price to pay!

Ordered shoes July 3 - "expedited shipping" - did not receive till July 15 (after event and 12 days after order) - They have advised that this IS expedited by their definition. Shoes were too small, not color or texture as appeared in pictures. Have now exchanged some 5 emails - I must send photos to even consider return, then advised could not return for personal reasons - not certain how late delivery, size too small, and color not as advertised is personal???Very limited English skills in first responses - suddenly same name has excellent skils - and final off is $10 if I send pictures. They do not understand why I would spend an ADDITIONal $20 - already in for $42 - to POSSIBLY get a return of $20??? Company is in China - and I will stick to predictable quality and service in the Good 'Ol US!

STAY AWAY A CHINESE COMPANY THAT ROBS YOUR MONEY AND YOU DONT RECEIVE ANYTHING THERES NO WAY OF CONTACT ONLY EMAIL IN WHICH THEY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND HAVE NO WAYS OF CONTACT CONARTISTS THIS SO CALLED COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE A WEB PAGE THEY HAVE BEEN FRAUDING PEOPLE FOR YEARS NOW DISCUSTING!!!

I wouldn't have given LightInTheBox any stars but that's not an option! What a SCAM! Purchased a custom-made outfit for over $200 and when I tried it on the legs were too short. LOL! I gave them my measurements and on their site it specifies that they add on 2-inches to accommodate heals. It definitely didn't work out that way. Guess they thought I was going to go barefooted and even with that, it would have been too short. Their return policy is awful! Even though it was their mistake, they said I could pay the shipping fee and I'd end up with less than $5 as a refund. LOL! Like I said, it's a SCAM!!!!!! Don't trust them!!!! And absolutely don't give them your credit card information!!

BAD! Poor quality Merchandise - better off at the Dollar store. "Expedited shipping" 4-7 days - took 12 days to process and send - too late for event, and size too small. Return - HA! They won't reimburse their failure for "expedited shipping" - and I would have to pay to return to China - then they would decide on refund. Save your time and money - AVOID THEM! Shop US!!!

Don't ever Purchase Anything from this Chinese Company. It will take Forever to get their and they will send the Wrong item. Once they have your money PayPal nor your Credit card will get a refund because it will cost you BIG DOLLARS TO RETURN ITEM . YOU WILL BE OUT MONEY TWICE.

Price was good but delivery was slow - the site didn't say it was coming from China - and the item that arrived was clearly not as described (it should have been 2mm neoprene but was a thin lycra-like material). I contacted the firm and, after exchanging several emails, they required a photo, claimed it was as described, and said they would refund the cost but not the postage unless, when I returned it, they decided the description was wrong. Since they could have established that it was wrong by looking at one of the items they held in stock it seemed very unlikely that they were going to change their minds and the postage cost were greater than the value of the item. I therefore have now an item that is useless to me. To add insult to injury I haven't been able to unsubscribe from the advertising emails they send every few days.

Ordered 2 pairs of dancing shoes. both the same size. When they came, one pair was good, correct size and a good fit. The other pair were an abomination. They were the correct length and the width of the sole was good, but the upper part of the shoe must have been made for a 35 stone obese person. My foot went in and you could almost have got another foot in on top of it. When I complained they said they were made-to-order and non-returnable. I said it was a quality issue. They said they couldn't see anything wrong from the pictures I'd sent. Even though the picture showed my whole hand inside it as well. They just kept fobbing me off until I got fed up with them. Don't buy anything from these people.

Hi.. I ordered a large top, which I i received yesterday, expecting it to fit as I am an 18, my friend is a 12 and it dosn't even fit her. Very disappointed with sizing have re ordered 2 more in bigger sized but will have to go to the expense e of sending this one back.

incorrect usb adapter sent for moon light. Contacted to say doesn’t fit, 3 weeks later still waiting a satisfactory outcome after photos sent and promise of correct adapter. Gone through PayPal for refund. Do not use this company, rip off merchants and customer service disgusting

Ordered a dress, which arrived in 2 1/2 weeks, only to realize it was the wrong size (when I checked the measurements, turns out I'm 4 sizes larger than my usual size!). Since I was on a time crunch for a wedding, I started the process for a return and purchased a new dress. Turns out, they consider all their dresses to be "Made-to-Measure," so I can't return it! So, that means I'm out $150. Don't shop here. It's a scam.

I was sorry not to have read all the reviews before placing an order with this company. I have cancelled my order but instead of them refunding credit card they will hold my money in an account. Sorry I don't remember opening an account. Please can you credit my card.

i purchased from them twice once this year and once last year. My hair was sent last year to the wrong address lucky the lady was nice and gave me my order three days later. This year I purchased some hair and it has been sitting at the warehouse since i purchased it on the 20th I paid for the fastest delivery time and cx service tells me to be patient and wait it may take 30 days for me to get my order. for that kind of money I could have bought it in my area and dealt with their BS. Its a shame and no way to get a refund because they refuse to answer and when they do they are passively rude.
