“Worst company ever. First they deliver me fake hair claiming it is natural human hair then they refuse to refund me except when I buy again and only 30%refund. Second time they didn't even send my order to my address,the when I complained the told me that they can reshipp it if I pay more money. They r money stealers and unprofessional”

“Dreadful after care service. On behalf of my wife I ordered for her a dress and shawl size 16. Took a while to arrive and when they did were both too small. Items say 16 but when measured against her other dresses they are actually size 12. they refuse to refund our money claiming the items were special order items although it doesn't say that when the order was placed or near the photos of the goods.”

“Ordered a micro SD and a power ball. Items didn't arrive and have not been refunded. They write back to my ticket everytime and say wait another x amount of days. Its been 2 months now.”

“Would never buy from this company again, very very poor quality material, absolutely disgusted they are allowed to sell.. they have lost me as a good customer. I was gutted when I seen the dress I bought it was as thin as nightdress. Picture did not match the dress I received.”

“Ordered a dress, it arrived .it was falling apart. Literally. Such poor quality. Totally the wrong size.Tried to contact them to arrange a refund. That’s not possible. No phone number, no genuine e mail address. Live chat what a waste of time that is they do not respond they never call you back. Scammers for sure. Avoid at all costs you will be conned out of your money for sure”

“Really poor quality they don’t look anything like the photos but that’s why it’s so cheap. Also the sizes are tiny. Ordered XL t-shirt but the only thing XL about it was the label it was like an Extra Small I know it’s tempting but seriously Do not waste your money or time”

“Do not order from this company!!!! Not until they get their website and shipping fixed. I ordered a tent a week ago for delivery 3-5 days. No tent. I log into find out why. Customer service not available. Chat not available. Phone number not listed. I try to track by the tracking order given to me. I'm taken to a polish web site. I translate and see they are asking for a tracking number (this should have been automatic). I copy and past the number they provide- and no such tracking number!!! I submit a poor rating. I enter my name with 10 letters. It rejects the review because the name has to be under 35 letters! I shorten my name to 5 letters. Maybe it went through. So, no customer service, no tent, no valid tracking number, no way to review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY SPENT £79 ON SHOES FOR MY DAUGHTERS NEVER RECEIVED THEM CANT CONTACT THEM NO CUSTOMER SERVICES AND WHEN I LOG INTO ACCOUNT IT SAYS I HAD NO PREVIOUS ORDERS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN THEIVING BA••TARDS !!!”

“Wish I could give this company zero stars! Absolutely awful service, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered a pair of cycling shorts and paid a significant amount for them to be delivered within 2-5 working days (£7.29). I received them EIGHT working days later.... Due to this late delivery, I had missed the event where i needed them so wanted to return these items. They then make it very hard for you to return the items, you have to submit a form as to why you would like to return them and then they can approve it. It took them SIX days to reply to my actual request and even then they did not give me a return address they said if i don't return them i can have a discount off the price.. not what i asked for! Following from this they will not refund me the £7.29 i paid for the "speedy" delivery, apparently the 2-5 business days does not take into account processing time (thats stupid and misleading).. and you should only count that from the day it is shipped. Even with this in mind however it took SIX working days for the item to come, which is outside of the window i paid for. This company is an absolute joke, they take incredibly long times to reply to your complaints, and do not take you seriously. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN and advise that you do the same!!!!”

“WARNING !!!! Do not order from this site. After 10 hours of placing the order I tried to cancel, although the order is pending they have advised that they will refund me 10% of the value of 1 dress... Problem is I haven't ordered a dress, my orders do not show a dress!! I ordered a hoody and 2 pairs of bottoms? please do not be duped. This is a scam site”

“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY WILL TRY AND NOT REFUND YOU! ORDER: 1905010232831114 Ordered two catalogue outfits (standard sizes) and didn't even open them, but as they arrived too late for the occasion - i required a refund. They tried to refuse me a refund, saying that they were custom made! I have fought and fought with these guys and eventually they have accepted the return, however weeks later i am STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND! MY ADVICE - STEER CLEAR!”

“I bought a tent from this company but did not use until 3 months later (as that was when the holiday was booked) all seemed OK at first after setting the tent up but after 4 days of camping ALL of the points of contact for the guide ropes had ripped away from the tent, 3 times I had try and hold the back end up (which is the bedroom end) I even woke up one morning with the tent on top of me. I contacted lightinthebox to try and get my money back but apparently they only give a 30 day warranty. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this site as it is just cheap rubbish!!! Very annoyed”
