I never received the products after two weeks and they keep saying I have it. They called me all kinds of names.

I ordered from Light in the box, they confirmed my payment (of course) and gave me an order number. When I log in, it says I have no orders. There is no way to contact them if they say you do not have an order. There is no phone, no legit email and no chat line, so you cannot tell them that you have an order number. They are ripping people off. It should be illegal for companies over seas to sell here if they have no contact info. or customer service.

ticket no 19421306 This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Please avoid this company! I ordered a shower unit from LightInTheBox and was then contacted by PayPal suggesting there was an issue with the supplier. I cancelled my order within 2 hours. Despite this, the order was still sent and I was charged. LightInTheBox’ excuse for still sending the item is that it had already been shipped before I cancelled. This was incorrect given the time on my shipping notifications. When challenged on this, they then said that they have hundreds of tickets to get through and therefor weren’t able to cancel the order before it was shipped. (Why is cancellation not automated?). Despite this obvious declaration of fault on their part, I am still expected to lose my initial shipping cost of around £20 plus a further £60 to ship it back to them. They have refused to take any responsibility and I am left stuck with an item I do not want and expected to lose £80 for their mistake. The customer service is shockingly bad, they only allow issues to be dealt with via a ticket system, often taking a full day to reply. When he reply does come through, it is grammatically poor and difficult to understand. I have asked to speak to a manager or another customer service representative which has been refused. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this horrible experience leaves me with any other choice.

Placed an order 1903151032459623 with over 140 eur worth of goods only to find out the cancelled my order without my consent and without even emailing me about it!! I contacted their CS only to be met with a generic response saying my refund will take a few days and to check my rewards/credit?? Like what the hell? I wanted MY ORDER not a refund! *UPDATE* Got my refund. Used my irish card to try it again as i was paying with my old aussie card before. SAME THING HAPPENED. NO notification email, not one form of contact whatsoever and they cancel my order AGAIN.

Ordered a picture in Oct 2018, it never arrived, customer services makes me wait 6 months before they would refund as they said this was a reasonable time frame for delivery! 6 months and still no picture, I finally got a refund and they took over £20 from the refund claiming it as shipping costs, argued that the picture never arrived so how could I be charged shipping. They refused to anwer. Shambolic would never use them again.

I purchased 4 tops on 1.2.2019. I received 2 of the 4 items. I have been chasing ever since, they tell me that i have a tracking number so i've received the packages!!! No, i've only received part of the order and the other part is still processing! Is it possible that these items can take 6 weeks and they have my money and are now pleading ignorant to the fact that i don't have all my items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away. Shifty characters.

Worst customer service ever!!! I dont know why I still give them a chance and shop on their site! RUN AWAY! AVOID at ALL costs!!! There are far better website with better quality and better customer service!!! They used to be good but became rude and the worst to deal with! Dont give them your money, youll get poor quality and poor experience! They also put the value of the dress WAY higher than what you paid, and custom duties are 33% of the price of the dress! AWFUL EXPERIENCE LITB.

No goods arrived. The company claims they have tried to deliver. Their costumer service is based on you having a history of orders on your designated space at their page. They have deleted all my orders last 3 year - hence I can not get hold costumer services. I Even have my order No: 31979085 - but there is no way to contact them Wien they have deleted your order history. They send me mails, but it’s not allowed to reply. Basicly you risk being ripped of your money without getting any goods at all. USE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE,,,,

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RETURN SHIPMENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS GOING ON 2 MONTHS AND THEY JUST KEEP CLOSING MY CASE AND NOT SENDING THE SHOES BACK. THE SIZE I BOUGHT WAS TOO SMALL.. IT IS TOO HARD TO DEAL WITH THE RETURN DEPT. OF THIS COMPANY - BUY IN THE UNITED STATES!!!!

I ordered a 3XL T shirt that was obviously only XL when it arrived. Although, it was their error they did not offer a full refund. I sent the shirt back & provided them the tracking number. They still didn't refund my $. I contacted them a month later & they acknowledged they received it, but a month later still didn't refund the $. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago & they sent me 3 step instructions to get my refund. Step failed. They took almost a week to respond to the step. They asked for my email address to refund to paypal. Then they said sorry, they need my paypal account, but weren't specific about the info they needed. Now they respond "They are currently contacting the corresponding department to verify for you. Once we receive your response, we will provide a solution to solve this problem. We will get in touch with you in the next 3-5 business days." I should have received my refund months ago!!! Order #30608927

I placed an order for Christmas the first week in November of 2017. The company insinuated that my packages would arrive in time for Christmas. I did receive a partial order in time for the holidays, but still had a $140.00 worth of items not received. Let me just say here it is 2019 and I still have not received my packages, or my $140.00. LIB kept telling me to check with the post office. I checked and checked no package. I gave up, I think that is what they want you to do.

I don't know how people could talk about good customer service, when there is NO customer service. Can't even reply to email. Only a "community". My email about delivery time said everything and nothing. 1. the package was already delivered 2. the package might be at shipping facility 3. the package was lost in shipment 4. contact shipper 5. delivery was refused All this in one email. They promised 3-4 business day delivery. Liars. They even charge extra for quick delivery. A joke, on customers.

This is a fraudulent company and I strongly suggest you do NOT do business with them. I ordered 4 flower girl dresses from them, paid for 3-5 day rushed shipping and 2 months later didn't have any of the dresses. After cancelling my order and requesting a refund for all 4 dresses, I got 2 of the dresses (I had already purchased new dresses with another company) and I never got a refund for the other 2. They don't have a customer service line and the only replies I got were spam promos for their other junk products. AVOID!!!

Ordered 3 pair of curtains 2 different sizes. Two air arrived after 3 weeks, the other pair arrived 1 month after ordering but were the wrong size. I have sent 2 messages to customer services but they are not responding.

Cheap material. Horrible customer service. You can’t send a direct email about your concern, you have to complete a “ticket” and it’s almist impossible to do. Site says 3-5 days shipping, and I placed my order Jan 19/2019. My first item was in that time. The second was about a week. And the third I haven’t received yet!! They sent by DHL which charges you huge brokerage fees. All said and done, terrible experience. I won’t be ordering from them ever again!!
