Ordered a dress for my daughter in baby pink, it arrived today it is not baby pink, it is just pink. Not as pictured at all. It is also really wide and very short, not at all as pictured as the fit of the dress looked lovely, however it just looks like a sack. So disappointed and no options on the website for returns or refunds so £20 wasted as no one will wear it, just more land fill rubbish from China.

DO NOT USE! Ordered a dress for my daughter but it was taking so long to ‘process’ (weeks) had to cancel order and request refund. Tried to activate refund over a month ago and still not received money back. Get short messages back from customer service saying my banks processes could be causing the delay. Do not use! Doesn’t look like you get your money back at all!

Ordered one item on 12 April 2019 & another on 13 May. Neither have arrived & I can’t grt hold of anyone to find out why, however, they have taken my money. Is it fraud??

Do not buy anything from this company, when you contact them to return something. They offer you a 50% refund and to keep the product instead. If you dont want this, they string you along for days until you finally find out you have to send the product back to Poland. If you decide that you cant be bothered anymore they refuse the 50% refund This company are shocking!!!!

I paid the highest shipping price for the fastest delivery (3-5 business days) because my son has a performance on the 6th business day. However, after I ordered it, I received an email stating that the item will be shipped on the 5th business day. So I requested to cancel the order. Then all of a sudden a shipping label is created and I received an email that the item is already shipped so I can't cancel it. But as I check the tracking, the item has been sitting in their warehouse for 2 days already. They cheat their customers, NEVER will I buy from them again!!!

Do not use! I ordered a dress for my daughter and had to cancel it in the end as it was taking weeks (far too long and was still saying ‘processing’). I saw that as long as my order was processing I could get a full refund. Back in April I requested my refund and still have not received it. I did get s message saying that it may be an issue with my own banks processes, which feels like a scam to me. I have since read a good number of posts/ reviews with other customers struggling to get refunds. Still trying to get my refund! Please do not use, find a reputable company!

I placed an order for items over £47 on the site. There’s no history of the items. The site won’t let me log in and track my order. I’ve changed my password multiple times and to top it I’ve emailed customer services, instagrammed DMd them & no reply. The money has been credited and I had an anxiety attack from the stress this site caused me. Please just don’t order from this site.

It's really not worth it. It says: Tailoring & Handling Time: 3-6 business days Shipping Time: Expedited Express 2-5 business days to ship to the UK. Paid extra for expedited delivery, so worst case 11 days. Ordered on 12 April for a special event on 27th April, thinking I had plenty of time. Despite many emails, and being told shipping time was 4-7 when it clearly says 2-5, it came on 29th April. No signature required. Had to rush out and buy a dress costing in excess of £100 which was ok, but had no real time to shop around. Finally decided to take it out of the box when they offered 30% off if I kept it...It's far too small, I'm a UK 10/12 and ordered a UK 12 and it's far too tight on the arms, let alone trying to zip it up. What a nightmare all round. Now I've asked them to send me a returns label and supply a full refund...watch this space!

Everything, the delivery, custom, quality, and it is nothing like a picture . I bought 7 item and all are useless, I paid $143, and plus $43.22 custom, over all almost I trough my money out. If I could se even two or one of the items I bought I could say ok may be some of them is not good, but all of the items are bad. I don’t know what could be more wrong.

It is not worth it. For the money you pay it doesn’t have quality and it not clean stitches. Pluse by the time you pay the custom, it will be more, I bought 6 item $131 Canadian dollar it end up with 145. Plus $45.22 for custom I pay almost $200. And even I can not use any of them because of the poor quality and not be neat, I am done with this store. I usually buy a few form a company to find out the quality of it was ok I buy more. With light In The Box, there is no way I do any shopping.

This is a rogue company please avoid it all costs. I bought 5 items of clothing from this company for my sisters as we got ready for our little brother's wedding day. As I wanted the goods to arrive faster, I paid for the 3-4 days tracked shipping method. However, 7 days later, I had not heard any thing from Lightinthebox. As time was critical on my order, I contacted the company and advised that if they were unable to deliver on time, I should be issued with a refund. As soon as they read my email, they issued me with a Royalmail tracking Number: MN358971360GB to represent that they had already shipped out the goods, so I could not cancel. I proceeded to Royalmail Track & Trace service, to try and track the goods. Every time I tracked using their reference, Royalmail systems returned a message saying that "The sender has advised us they're preparing your item. More information will be available when we receive it" - If any one uses this tracking number today, they will still get this same message. I then contacted the company again, they then advised that I needed to wait for another 2 -3 weeks for my order to arrive. I decided to contact paypal to recover me money. Eventually I recovered my money from paypal after being distressed for over 6/7 weeks. IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND HEED MY ADVICE. STAY WAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A FRAUD

Have difficulty contacting customer service on my order that seems to have gone missing since shipped to UK in March. Definitely will not use this site again. It may be cheaper, but costly if you not guaranteed the item to be delivered.

what' s wrong is , you are a thieves and do not like paying back refunds as all proper and correct online retailers. All lines of communications are closed making it impossible for emails which you keep referring to all your numerous sites with tons of taxes. taking the money was quick though for you. I am not one to generalise but it seems this time I have to. Very Chinise indeed!!!!!

Return can be difficult. The customer service tried to offer 30% off instead of refund, then delay the refund for more than one month. I had to go to Paypal resolution center to open a case to get the refund. Although the amount of refund is $11 less, but better than nothing. Think carefully before you buy.

Worst company ever. Ordered my items over 3 weeks ago and when I asked for an update they gave me a tracking number which doesn't work. When I ask them why the tracking number doesn't work they ignore my question and do not respond to this point. When I ask for my money back (3 times) I always get the same robotic reply "It can't be cancelled now - but if you will receive it and don't like it, we'll provide you 50% refund". Avoid this company at all cost. They always say we are busy and it will be with me in 3 to 5 days but still nothing. They can't give an exact date for delivery and won't give me a refund so this site is a SCAM.
