Wish I’d seen this site beforehand! Ordered my dress on a 2-4 day express delivery. Paid immediately on PayPal on 31st October Needing the item on the 9th November....and still not received goods. Email received on the 6th November saying they were processing the order ( almost a week after making payment) . Emailed the company to find out if it would come in time and been told it would take up to 7 days...... despite me paying express delivery which is 2-4 days. Even if this dress comes in time which, after looking at everyone else’s comments isn’t looking likely, there is no way I’m ordering from them again. Appalling service.. Do not recommend no matter whether the goods are good or not.

I ordered a dress in a size 12. I was very happy when it arrived several days after I ordered it. However, it didn’t fit. The top portion was too small and the waist sat too high on me. I tried to return it the same day. I was told that they wouldn’t refund my money because it was made just for me. That was ridiculous. They suggested I give it away or sell it myself. I will not order from them again.

This was a nightmare purchase. Wish I could rate it lower than 1 star! 1. The site in my opinion does not tell the truth on their delivery services. They claim 4-7 days. I ordered on Oct 13th with plenty of time to receive the item before Halloween. I finally got it yesterday Nov 5th. 2. To my surprise, it was not only late, but the wrong item!!! Luckily I went to a local costume shop the day before Halloween & purchased what I needed. Also the quality & price was much better. Will never order from them again!!!!!!!!!! Good luck to all!

I order some dog shoes not for fashion my dog needs them as she as nerve damage and she drags her foot so vet told me to get her some shoes as her feet bleed while walking I’ve been waiting 20 working days and still haven’t come some my dog asnt been for a walk in a month disgusting

if I could give half a star for this excuse for a business - I WOULD. I placed an order on 24/10/19 and was informed by email that it would be late. I agreed to wait. It arrived on 5/11/19 and the quality was cheap and nasty. I tried to get a ticket but it informed me that my email address was unconfirmed!! I tried to text a customer service person but there was no one there. I sent an IM on messenger but have had no response. they can keep my £22.27 but PLEASE believe everything you read on here and do not order from them. WISH I had read the reviews.

Please do not waste your time with this company. I have ordered a coat for a Halloween party 9 days in advance, guaranteed delivery date was 5 working days before the party, the parcel still did not turn up 2 weeks after. It takes them 3 working days until they reply to your enquiry and the answer is a joke. Absolute waste of time and money, avoid at any cost.

Very bad company trying to return blouse but it is such a hard job after reading all these reviews won’t even bother will have to write it off as expensive experience

Terrible, never again ! I ordered a nice winter jacket and could not to get it. When I opened the parcel I was left speechless ! I've never seen something so ugly in my life, it was not even close to what I ordered. And I paid very expensive price. It was not a nice winter coat, but an ugly cheap undercoat. It went straight to the trash bin. This is a pure fraud. The seller takes photos of expensive clothes from brand sites and makes something cheap and ugly. Picture is attached.

The Faucets that we ordered online looked nothing like the pictures as far is finish goes. We tried to return them but it was going to cost us the same amount as the Faucets to do so since they come from China. We had ordered a bathroom sink faucet and a shower faucet both in antique copper, not only did they not look like each other they did not look like antique copper at all. This is the company I would never order from again

Horrible return process. I typed in the new password they gave me, but they reply it is wrong. You can’t even return something without signing up, but you can’t sign up. I’m just going to throw this lousy product away.

Very difficult to return a poor quality outfit. First I could not get Into to my account, I asked to return item and they insist on photos. No further forward as they now want more photos.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for some shoes for my sons wedding. i paid for express delivery of 2 to 5 days. i did not receive the parcel within this time and heard nothing until over two weeks later (after the wedding). i then received a call from DHL stating that i need to pay £22 in import tax to receive my parcel. This was not stated to me when placing my order. As the parcel was delivered late i no longer needed the goods, also if import tax is required to be paid it should be CLEARLY stated when ordering. This retailer has, continually, broken their legal contract with myself as a customer. I have now received an email from them stating "DHL has informed us that you haven't paid tax fees. In this case, we would like to ask you to pay tax fees and receive the package asap. If you do not claim the package by [7th November], it will be destroyed and we will be unable to provide a refund to you at that time." This is a diabolical retailer. Save yourself time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

They do r e en change the size if you need changing , they take the money in Uk and want you to send it back to China where it cost you more than item you bought then they don’t take any guarantee that your parcel has been recieved in China or not , basically it’s all CON !!

Refuse to accept any returns even for unworn clothing that I wanted to send back the day it arrived. Said I’d had them made to order when I just placed a simple order and gave no measurements then said I’d need to return them to China which would be too expensive so instead they’d give me a voucher for £19. Absolute scam the quality of the products are horrendous and they refuse any returns - do not shop here!!!!

What a poor company to do business with. I want to return much of what I purchased due to quality issues and they make you jump through all sorts of hoops. The final indignity is requiring the returned merchandise be shipped to China even though they ship to customers from a USA address. Their offer of 30% refund or 40% credit as an alternative to returning the merchandise is very unsatisfactory. Just try to follow the steps they put you through to initiate a return. It's ridiculous. I won't repeat this error EVER.

Never received order and will not refund or replace only 10 dollar coupon. They lost customer over a 15 dollar order .terrible customer service and is bad business to lose a customer over 15 dollars.

I have ordered about 30 items but only 5 can be used. Others are very poor quality. Some clothes are not made for human body, dancing shoes are looking like made from cardboard and hurting already when try in. Silver earrings can't open them. Clothes are either very bad sewing or very poor material. Shipping is expensive and takes longer than expected. Delivery is a surprise as tracking is not available. You can't return for poor quality if you can't prove something is wrong so you are ripped off. What's the point of buying cheaper if you have to throw in the bin most of the items and you are left with very few? Big mistake, never again for me! I use other popular asian sites for years but I am happy with the quality, shipping, delivery and communication. Also return and refund is possible and is quite fast process.

I will never order from this company again and reccomend that others don't either. I bought a $28 dress and it was completely different fabric than the original one I ordered are was poorly made. It did not fit me and they offer a 30% or 40% but I told them I wanted to return it anyways. I was then told several days later that I would have to pay any shipping fees back to China and that it would be best not to return it since the shipping fees would not be worth the dress. I'm extremely unhappy with this company and feel as though their costumer service is horrible. It also took longer than the shipping time said it would.
