“Never got the stuff I ordered and never got refund!!!”

“I ordered a flapper dress from this site, after paying extra for faster shipping it was brought to my attention I would not get it in time. It never left the facility. I never received it. I NEVER got a refund!!!They asked me to give them to a friend and I would get 20% back. Or I could return my item for a refund. I said I would like to return the Item.”

“Number:1911041334522813 I used to be their long time client. Not any more. After CAD 200 something I will never buy from this site again. You're better off going on Ebay. Quality went from great to scamming. Shipping used to be fast now took a month and a half. What a shame”

“Horrific customer service!!!! My biggest regret was not reading these reviews first!! Requested a refund 7 times and was totally ignored!! But they were very quick to respond ( a couple of minutes ) when they were taking my money from me!!! Still haven’t received a simple shoe order after 7 weeks!!! Shoes no good to me as I needed them for a function a month ago! Do not purchase products from this mob!!! Next Step - Dept of fair trading!! They will be bankrupt in no time if they keep this up!! I did the right thing by them but they didn’t do the right thing by me. Not cool and out of principle I will keep fighting until I get my refund!!! Rubbish company!! A courteous response would’ve made all the difference but they are too greedy and dopey to know how!!! Ordinary prices, NON EXISTENT delivery, returns or refunds!! Don’t waste your time and money!!!”

“Buyer Beware! When you buy an item from this company do not expect to be able to return it so spend your money wisely or your cheap item will end up costing you. You are better off buying from a reputable site that you know will accept returns and has a customer service phone number. I bought a dress that did not look or fit properly and was told I could not return because they sent the size I ordered. What!?”

“Please please avoid, this is the worst company ever............ Canceled my order after 1 day. Was offered 10% discount off the price if I kept it. I didnt. So i asked for a full refund......still waiting! Ignore my emails and no communication at all. Fuming that I've wasted £36.90 on something I never received.”

“I sure wish I had read these reviews beforehand. I ordered 5 sweaters and not happy. I did want an exchange for a couple of them but when I created a ticket for each item they said there was already a ticket. Well I didn't create them. I was told to give them to somebody because it will cost me more for shipping than the actual order. I ordered this for me. I ordered smalls which some were too small but one should be a large so don't tell me your chart size is correct. And the quality was poor to say the least. I better get a refund or I will file complaints to the proper authorities. Did not know this stuff was from China. Buy American. Scam if you ask me.”

“Bought according to shipping estimate (7-13 days with some buffer, ordered over 1 month in advance) but never received anything... Very unprofessional, dishonest experience. They tell me to refuse the packages when they arrive to ship it back. Will I ever get my money back? What a sad experience...”

“Ordered a jacket which arrived 2 weeks later than the 3-6 days advertised and was more like size 8 than 12. Was told when I sent a ticket delivery Is from order being processed even though money taken and order confirmed immediately Rubbish shoddy item and £65 out of pocket. Clothing is non returnable . Would advise not to use.”
