I ordered merchandise that should have been delivered to me over a week, but there's no way to contact this bogus company, and everybody reading this message should report them to consumer affairs so we can get them banned from the internet.

No merchandise, no response on order. When I enter system it says no order. You debited my card $50+ which included $25 for expedited shipping. Order was successful & I have documentation of this. Should have arrived no later than 4/13. Previously gave review on this. Still, nothing from you. This is unacceptable & reflects poorly on your company. Please advise or you will force me to take further action.

I ordered some clothes. They did not fit. When I attempt to log in to return them Light in the Box will not respond. They say they will send me a new password but NEVER do. I have been at this for 3 weeks and NO response. I ordered on March 8, 2020, order #36118597. I am afraid they waited until after the return deadline and now will not honor their commitment. Very disappointed.

Payment taken by you a week ago for one of your products. I've had no confirmation of order, no delivery, and can find no way of communicating with this company. I believe it's a complete scam.

Crooks. None existing customer service. Half of my order simply disappeared from the site 3 weeks after it was placed and paid for. Money was refunded a few days later. Other half was marked as shipped but there is no way to track. Still waiting, and can not cancel, and no one to talk too. Crooks. And so is Google for pushing them so hard on our phones as if this is a legitimate company and not a fake Chinese scam machine.

Be careful! Keep expectations low for the low prices you pay. Product not as described. Poor quality material and poorly made.

Ordered a product paid extra for 2 day shipping and it has been almost 2 weeks emailed 2x and no response would love a refund definitely disputing the charge awful web site

Customer service stinks! They ask you send emails and they don't respond or the system blocks you from sending them. You pay a fortune for expedited shipping and they don't meet the dates. Not even close. I would not recommend company nor will I ever order from them again.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures. I know you’re thrilled that you believe you finally found everything that you need to deal with a pandemic… The masks etc.but beware, it’s a total scam. I even paid $52 for the expedited service and 10 days later still have received nothing

The worst customer service I have ever experienced online and I only gave 1-Star because I cannot give the zero stars they deserve. I made the purchase on January 28, 2020 and paid. After this they sat on my cash until February 28 before placing the order in China. After this I was given various delivery dates until finally the package arrived on April 16, 2020. Customer service seems to be on a totally different planet and if you can get a straight answer from them you're a better man than I am. - Never again.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! They claim that the item you purchase is in stock, where in reality it is still in China being assembled, or shipped. I ordered a Nebulizer on March 29th, today on April 15th they claim that they will receive the item on April 30th and then will ship it to me. Cancelled my order. Worse experience possible.

This is the worst on-line service I have ever experienced. Please do not order anything from this company. I order a thermometer on April 6 of 2020 for 87 dollars and some change it was guarantee to come in 3-5 business days. It's April 15th 10 business day later and nothing. No number to call and tracking number that was giving to me was bogus. During this horrible time in our lives with this Pandemic people are being scammed and to add insult to injury the company is a company out of China! The very reason we need a Thermometer. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! NOT GOOD. There web site alludes to using DHL which is not true.

I placed a large order, and all of the items had a consistent issue with the fit -- the elastic waist and legs were disproportionately tight relative to the size of the garment. I requested a return within 2 days of receiving. I received NO communication from the company regarding the return. When I logged onto my account, they had "closed" the ticket because I didn't respond. I sent another request and they denied the return, stating that their policy is that you can only request a return for 7 days. I would NEVER order from this company -- there are so many other options out there with better customer service. The garments were subpar, and then the return was strategically rejected.

Ordered on 4/6. Have documentation of successful order. Paid for expedited delivery. Still no delivery on 4/15. Their site does not even show my order. Placed comment on their review site yesterday, still nothing. If I don’t hear fr them today going to report this to Fed Govt EFT. This is against the law!

Terrible cheap rubbish they sell then they want you to return it to China! Really really poor cheap materials, don’t use them. Not worth the money or hassle.

Ordered masks on 4/7/20 as of 4/13/20 still no masks. I tried to cancel one of my two orders totaling $55.00 and $138.00 the app than said I have a reward of $138.00. It seems they were offering a credit. Moving forward I clicked refund but app covered up the submit button with a promotion asking me to refer friends “clever right”? After several attempts to contact customer service to no avail I decided to leave a negative review stating I’d been scammed. Then poof my account, all evidence of my purchased items and password were wiped out. To be blunt. What they’re doing is robbing the Consumer during a time of crisis. How awful is that!

NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYONE TO HELP YOU. Horrible prices! Double or more what they are anywhere else. Even worse, they never stop sending me emails at least once a day. I unsubscribe every day. I have emailed them to stop. They do not stop.

I agree AWFUL COMPANY I ordered two products with expedited shipment, two weeks and no products even though it says shipped. Sent email to company and now they say one product is “processing “ and the other is out of stock but they never informed me or refunded my money TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. beginning to think this company is nothing but a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

If I could give zero I would ,ordered my item and paid 35e for it they cancelled it themselves a week later without even telling me! And still no explanation why they did or where my money is... 😠😠😠😠😠😠 Absolute scammers , DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE
