“Loved the fashions advertised. However I will not be ordering from you in the future as the sixes do not match UK sizes and the returns policy is complicated and unfriendly. An item I received , costing £17.99, would have cost me £12 to return. It was unsuitable because the size ordered (L) was nowhere near a UK size (16). I could not even get it over my bust and I am. Size 12/14. Very disappointed.”

“I have been so disappointed with trying to send returns. No information when goods received. I was told not to worry information t would be sent out to me. It was still not received. I am still trying to return goods. .I would not buy from them again.”

“Very good value. I bought two dresses. The first was delivered very promptly. The second took a bit longer but was delivered within the time span given. Both dresses are very attractive and fit well.”

“I’ve not purchased clothes online before so I was a bit concerned. Customer Service was brilliant as I had queries on my order and their response was quick and covered my questions. I have ordered several items and so far the ones I have received are brilliant. Good quality. The trouble is I keep looking to buy more!!!”

“I buy all my t-shirts and trousers from LITB. Can only wear polyester type t-shirts as I find anything else to heavy and the lightweight cotton trousers are great too. Loads of choice and I'm always finding something new.”
