“I purchase 2 dresses one was faulty HOLE on right arm seam front of dress No forms or any way of contacting request exchange or refund ! Both dresses The size was perfect but unable to contact anyone without downloading APP ... this I do not want to do ... Material bad unrepairable 19th May purchases and still waiting for instructions address etc but asked PayPal for help Not happy ITEM NOT RETURNED YET no idea where & how to send”

“I really enjoy this site and have ordered from it in several occasions. The clothes are excellent quality and whilst the sizing is hit or Miss I use everything I buy. The foot wear is excellent, good quality occasional wear and each outfit can be matched.”

“I ordered two summer shirts for my holiday abroad in June. Both were in size 'L' (Large) Both arrived in the same package. The first was perfect. The second was more like a child's size. I tried to complain but every time I attempted to upload a photograph, the upload failed......conveniently. I have placed the smaller shirt on top of the large shirt so the size difference can be seen.”

“Have recently purchased three items from this company. Nice items but two of them did not fit, all size 14 but one too small and one too large. When trying to return for a refund i found that it is expensive to return items but there is an option to keep them and receive a very small amount of money back. Not ideal so I opted to return the items. Supposed to hear back from the company with further instructions but almost two weeks later I have heard nothing from them.”

“items took forever to come and when they did only two resembled anything like what the clothes that were pictured online. the returns policy is a deliberate trap engineered to discourage from sending the substandard stuff back”

“Whilst planning my holiday this year, I decided that I required new knee length shorts for city walking. I viewed several web sites to find something a little different. Light In The Box certainly catered for my requirements. I was spoilt for choice with the various designs and colours that gave me what I was looking for. After considerable searching online, I settled for a pair of knee length shorts from Light In The Box. When they arrived I was not disappointed. They were the right colour, style and fit. I was so impressed by my choice, that I ordered a second pair in a different colour, which are on their way as I write. I have looked at various clothing items with Light In The Box, and I am delighted with the choice, style and colours available. I am now considering a pair of shoes also. I will use Light In the Box as my first choice in the future. ++++++”
