“One of the items I purchased was a totally different colour to the picture you used to advertise it. I wanted to return it for a refund but the first thing you told me was that I would have to pay the postage & then made it such a drawn out performance concerning customer services.”

“I have been buying items from "Light in the Box" for a while now. I am thrilled with all the items I have bought from this company. “I have to say that the range of items available is wonderful. Many of the shirts and cardigans/sweaters are exclusive and quite a number are attractive styles which I have not found in any High Street store. The prices are also extremely reasonable, which adds to the item's attraction. Normally, the service is excellent and the items arrive safely within two weeks. However, on the isolated occasion that there is a problem with delivery, it can be a long and ongoing nightmare! From my own experience, it is probably best to order no more than two items at a time. Then only re-order after receipt of the previous one.”
