This company should be called 💩 in the box. Products very poor quality, if you are lucky enough to receive them. No way to reach customer service. They are scams. I ordered 7 pairs of sandals for my wedding day. 6 pairs for the bridesmaids and 1 pair for myself. Size 7 is more like size 5, very narrow +very poor quality considering the price I payed for them.If they would have fitted there I no way they would lasted a day. As I said there is no way to contact the company, so I get in touch with my bank, thankfully the bank refunded my money.

UNTRUSTWORTHY Failed to deliver on time... In fact I never received my item - They offer 50% cancellation on good your dont receive? COWBOYS!

First time of using this company and never again.I ordered a dress on the 12th of December and not heard a thing since no information on shipping. I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Disgusting company and should never be allowed to get away with it.

Ordered a number of items on 12 th Dec, looked like delivery was quite quick according to the site so no problem, they'll be here in time for Christmas... Oh no!!!.. After three emails my goods finally arrived yesterday, sorry light in the box, rubbish service and will definitely not be using again!

Be warned! If you are not happy with the product, this company’s returns policy is that you have to pay to return the item to China! This will easily cost over half the purchase cost of the item! They offer you 20% off your next purchase or give you 10% refund if you decide to keep the item as compensation! Sizes are based on Chinese patterns so therefore much smaller than UK size guides eg Med is small! I will not be ordering with this Company again!

WARNING! Don't buy from www.lightinthebox.com. Here is what happened. In November, 2020, they ran an ad on Facebook advertising all kinds of cycling clothing, shoes and gear. I ordered some clothing on November 16. I paid extra for express air. My package arrived on January 6, 2021. During this overly long process I received little or no attention from light in the box, after making several inquiries. I also ordered bike shoes. They were sized in EU and no size chart was given. I ordered the largest size they offered and they came too small. When I attempted to return them the instructions I received were insane. No one would consider their behavior to be good customer service. Below is the actual review I wrote them about this order: I ordered the largest size you offered (42) (there was NO size chart given) and I am not used to EUR sizes. The shoes were too small. I want to return them. When I received your return/refund instructions they were ridiculous - only an idiot would go through the long and involved process to return them. The first line in your return instructions suggested that I gift or sell the shoes myself. Really!!! Do you think that constitutes good customer service? Where I come from this is BAD customer service. You claim to give good customer service, but you did not give me good service. On your "Attention and Care" page you make the following claims: If you want to return the product, please confirm that you’ve received your package, by clicking "Order Received". Then submit a "Return or Exchange" Ticket. After you submit your ticket, our Customer Service will approve your return request according to our policy, warranty, product status, and the proof you provided. It it obvious to me that you made your return/refund policy so complicated that you were hoping that most people would not bother. Well, in this case you are correct; however I will make it my business to let everyone I can to be aware of how you run your business. It stinks. By the way, you are now offering the same shoe for less money and with larger sizes than you did in November. That only makes me more angry.

Ordered 3 Tee shirts in Medium. 2 arrived ok but one was XXL Returned it to returns address in Reading for exchange but received back same XXL together with my covering letter !!!!! Do not use this company

Goods never arrived! Claimed money back from PayPal. They also break GDPR rules, I have read other customers personal info via the Trustpilot website. They have hundreds of dubious 5* reviews by “invited/incentivised reviewers. Could it be they are not genuine 🤔!!! Have documented all my difficulties on Trustpilot, please read mine and hundreds of other disgruntled customers before you think of shopping with this bunch of incompetents 😡 if may help you.

believed we were dealing with a UK site with UK distance selling obligations, eventually poor quality phone cases arrived, apparently we cannot return them because they are 'accessories' and are excluded from their returns policy?? Business owner is a Mr Hongfie Chen. Don't waste your money here unless you enjoying making donations to Mr Chen!!

Scam be careful. I have already paid for a product for over 3 months now. I havent recieved anything and they are keep saying that they will check what the issue is and in the meantime to check the status of my order. No refund poicy in place. total scam beware

Total con - ordered Christmas presents on 10th December - still not arrived nearly a month later - turns out the parcel is coming from China and any returns will have to go back to China at buyer's expense. WORSE - I realised my mistake on 12th December and attempted to cancel order but was told that goods had shipped (even though the website showed they were 'in preparation' and in fact it still shows that). Clearly it is not going to be cost effective to ship returns to China so my advice is to avoid this company at all costs if you want anything approaching integrity or customer service.

I ordered a Chicago Fire t shirt. Got a "vintage" t shirt. Not what I ordered. Very poor quality. Don't use this company. Also took 5 weeks to arrive.

Order a watch box winder and it arrived not working. The company is very hard to communicate with and given the fact that a product in disrepair was shipped they should be responsible enough to repair or replace the product. Bad news.

After you placed this order on Dec. 29th, we spent a few days to process it and shipped it out on Jan. 3rd. Please also note the shipping method you chose for this order was "Priory Line". Website implies quick delivery....no mention that goods come from China and take a month or longer. Then postage costs not covered for returns, which would cost more than the value of the goods. 'Rewards' of 20% added to account for keeping the goods are in dollars not £ sterling and goods ordered to redeem rewards must be over double the value of the reward, so basically of no use whatsoever. Dreadful service. Will not be using again, rewards or no rewards.

recipient of gift did not like what i purchased. on trying to return for refund i was denied. now i have a gift that no one wants and i lost $65 on substandard clothing. They do NOT give refunds. Wil NOT purchase from them ever again.

Ordered a Christmas top 29 Nov it is now 6 January and still not arrived. They are refusing to cancel my order and refund my money. Dreadful company I strongly recommend that you avoid completely.
