I ordered a dark grey/black pet booster car seat to match the black interior of my car. Today I received a very light grey - almost white version of my order. Very disappointing! Unable to upload photos

Brought a hoodie off them. It came ripped. Asked for a replacement, got ignored. Kept asking....eventually requested a refund....still ignored.

I placed an order for a top from here and they had full payment. 2 months on they say it has been delivered which it has not....on the day it was supposed to.have been delivered I was not even at home!!! They have no proof of delivery yet will not refund me.... I believe this is not a legitimate company and advise not partying with any money to them

A very cheap clothing quality, poor delivery service wich is very expensive, I did try but will not continue stay as a costumer. Sorry

Scammers...product arrived 2nd hand and badly damaged 5 weeks late! Not happy! Avoid Avoid Avoid, unless you have money to put in the bin, which is were my phone case will have to go now!

Please be kindly advised your payment of this order could not be accepted by our payment system automatically. Then our financial department contacted you via Ticket 22680230 to ask some photos so that they could verify you're the owner of the card used to place this order. The photos can help to ensure the payment security. However, you did not reply to them within 24 hours. So they called you. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone said he did not remember this order (not sure it was you answered the phone or not). Finally, our financial department had to cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding in advance. Regarding your money, it is the authorization from you of the prepaid for us. Now we have cancelled the authorization. The money will be returned to your original bank account by which you paid. Please kindly note because this is a transnational transaction, it will take a few more days for you to receive the refund. To reduce your concern, I had conducted new Ticket ID =22724659 in our ticket center to follow up your case and keep the ticket open till you receive the refund. Do not order from this company!! I ordered 2 pairs of leggings for m you daughter arrived within 2/3 days - from China, I don’t think so!! Very poor quality, sizing way out. Tried to contact them to return them, nightmare system to find out how to return items you need to request a ticket - took a week for someone to reply. Back and forth eventually advised to pay for postage back to China / cost me £12.10, to return and I will only be credited £20 when they arrive. Absolute disgrace, avoid at all costs folks.

I made three consecutive orders of slip-on house shoes from Light in the Box this month and all of the items were sold out. This company repeatedly fail to remove items from their website that are out of stock. They've wasted my time and, after a month of waiting, I am still without the house shoes I need as my old ones are broken.

I was very happy with the products . It took a time coming ! Could not contact LITB would not reply , Got my product Then received an £18 customs and excise bill for importing to the Uk Will not use again

My order was placed on 7 Jan still not received tracking number states “This number can’t be found”. There is no way of contacting customer services, only options they have are pre printed drop down question and answers. I have no way of knowing if I will receive the goods or if they are lost and I have paid for them. Will not recommend them.

Order shipped on November 25 and not received yet as at January 20. That’s almost 2 months. The apps tracking features does not work. Client service responses don’t help. Requested for a refund and customer service just ask me to be patient!!!

I'm waiting 2 months already for a package that was supposed to arrive in a week. They said it was delivered, but I never received it. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam artists who try to silence anyone warning ⚠️ I ordered a phone case from these scam artists. They sent the wrong case in the wrong colour and it was very late. First time I contacted them I was told it was my fault, second time they ignored me. Opened a PayPal case, was offered a refund IF I PAID postage to CHINA! Not bloody likely! Anyway I provided proof and spoke to PayPal twice and won the case. Left several reviews on sites like this one so other people were warned what this company is really like. Trustpilot then contacted me saying that LightintheBox wanted the review taken down as they didn’t believe it was genuine, unfortunately for them I screenshot everything because they don’t provide email confirmation and I have photos plus the PayPal evidence I provided. LightintheBox your a disgrace and treat your customers terribly, trying to cheat people’s hard earned money from them in these times! So learn from my mistake, look at most of Trustpilot’s reviews that show this story has happened multiple times before, then take a look at the good reviews and wonder if their genuine, I bet half of them aren’t!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Waited 1 month for delivery of 2 items. They sent 3 but only 1 that I had ordered. No paperwork of course and no return address. Massive con!
