Alert! Alert! Avoid this company with a large, gigantic bargepole. Their customer service is appallingly poor, I would say non existent. When returning items you pay more in postage than the purchase item even if you opt for the cheapest postage return... ...therefore it's not worth returning. I really wanted to rate this as -0.... but there wasn't the option. I certainly wished that I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Stay clear !!!! You've been warned!!!

I need to return the two men's hooded winter thick coats as they are too small. ODER NUMBER 2012311442486596. I had reviewed the size chart and ordered the two coats in the large size but they are extremely too small. I cannot find where to show the items received on this site. I am also very skeptical to reorder in one of the larger sizes as the chart provided does not seem to reflect the correct bust size. I measured my chest at 41" however the coats say large and fit as a small or a child's large, not a man size. I really like the style of the coats, but again I really don't know which size would really fit me and I do not want to choose a larger size and find that they are either still too small or maybe even too big. Please send me the return form. and the address I need to ship the coats back to. They told me to keep the coats and find someone to give them to vs send back as sending to China is cost prohibitive. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. CHEATED AND RIPPED OFFDONALD

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I ORDERED HIKING TROUSERS 9TH FEB AND PAID £5 CARRIAGE. SAID 3-5 DAYS TO ARRIVE, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA WHICH EXPLAINS EVERYTHING...SCAMMERS. I DO NOT WANT TO ASK FOR A REFUND INCASE I DON'T RECIEVE MY MONEY OR TROUSERS SO I'M STILL WAITING. ALSO, FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS ON HERE, DON'T BOTHER THEY ARE AWFUL AND I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. USELESS SCAMMING COMPANY

Ridiculous shipping time. Or better to say "processing time " as the call it. It said 4 to 9 days shipping. 2 weeks later it was still "processing " and when I wrote to them they were like, hey it says (somewhere, I didn't see) that processing time can be such and such. Even if it did say it this a joke. Why do they think it's a. to mislead ppl like this b. ok to process things for 3 weeks. Huge disappointment. I ad to cancel because by the ime it would have arrived I wouldn't need it anymore

I bought paintings on light in the box . All paintings on site look like the were painted by a professional artist, the paintings you receive look like they were done by colour blind 4 year old children, absolutely no detail and some a totally different and PAYPAL are no help . They tell you to send the product back to China and you might get a refund but you will be out money for postage and probably the tax on top of the product you paid . Light in the box is a SCAM Site I don’t know how they are legally allowed to do what they do and how this is not false advertising.

1. Ordered phone case, paid extra to come within 7 days. 2. Received a watch strap around 14 days later. 3. Contacted PayPal for a full refund. 4. Around 21 days later Lite in the Box tell me to send back the watch strap. 5. Sending it back will cost.money and I'm not guaranteed the full amount. PayPal is not a guarantee of a happy outcome. Lite in the Box is a scam company.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, CONSTANTLY HAVING TO REPEAT MYSELF IN EMAILS, THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE ON FAULTY INCORRECTLY SIZED GOODS AND REFUSE TO DEAL WITH DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL - SHOCKING BUSINESS METHODS - ITEM POSTED IN UK. EXPECT CUSTOMER TO POST BACK TO CHINA - Do not be fooled by the replies this company had added to previous customer comment! Sadly I did not search for reviews before I purchased from them! I have plenty of words I could use to describe this company but that would get my review removed and I want everyone to know that this is a terrible internet company

DO NOT USE. Shocking. Ordered a leather jacket . £40 and £5 for postage which made me think this was being sent from within the Uk. Arrived and wasn’t nearly as good looking as the image on the website so I asked to send it back. They ignored me for a while suggesting I should keep it or give it away as a gift ! Eventually when they gave me the returns address I realised it was in China and the post offices cheapest price was £20. Decided not to bother and will donate the Jacket to charity ! Please do NOT use this company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The online tracking shows this package was delivered to your address successfully on 2021-02-10. Did you receive it? This item was faulty and it is like getting blood out of a stone trying to get a refund. Even when they sent the item again that was faulty too. I won't be using this site again.

Anybody giving 5 stars must be a fake bot. This site/company is an absolute scam, I've ordered an 88 pound light plus delivery fee making it 91 pound, I used the option to be updated each status change and also was told I would have a confirmation email, I haven't had a single email from them and no update, so I went onto their website to check the status of my order, my item wasn't under the order screen, so I tried the app still nothing, no contact number for me to get in contact and their email is absolutely useless its just an automated response that you reply to for it to then email back saying its an automated response and to not reply to the automated response... How would this even work. So then I searched everywhere and finally found details of my item under the ticket section, I checked my item and it would not let me track it, so I kept checking my item each day and after maybe 3 or 4 days the item dissapearwd from the ticket section. I then sent them a ticket with screenshots and every single detail they asked for (order number, date of purchase e. T. C) and they replied a generic message saying I may have used the wrong email and then once again asked for details, so I sent them details again and told them I did not use a different email. Next time I check my ticket the day after it says resolved and when you try to open it up the page just does not load it says not found. I'm still trying and I'm still getting nothing it's all set up to scam you I will be reporting thjs website and company to trading standards. Trust all the comments saying do not use this website or app.. THEY ARE A SCAM

I returned my items that cost my £58.00 back to you before Christmas at a cost of £15.00 to me. They have been returned to China and are sat in a sorting office. I have waited long enough for my refund as this is not a small amount of money to me. Please may I have a full refund plus £15.00 postage.

I’ve been sending so many emails as Regarding this company I ordered a small lap top they advertised 26$ .98 Today Monday 1st Feb I Received a computer MOUSE. Once again I’ve be duped. I’m not leaving it no way I’m seeking legal advice. I’ve got transaction number and invoice number. I want to get my money back from these pirates. So if I where you steer clear of this company.

Purchased a pair of work joggers on jan 4 2021 the wrong size came , material wasn't fit for purpose submitted an email to the co there response was show pictures etc , I responded to tell them what my issues were they would not pay return del costs I followed there size and guide chart which was wrong if they are selling into the uk market they should no we are a different size to . I followed there size chart haveing previously purchased a similar pair with the same size chart guide ! they said return in an unused condition , I did ! sent back by Royal Mail rec del In the mean while they subsequently sent me an email saying due to costs , why couldn't I sell them to some one else , eluding to the fact that it was more trouble to send the back to china , and offering discount on other products ! BUYERS BEWARE !!! I followed there procedure , I responded to there protocol ! reminding them numerous times that it wasn't correct to be difficult in theses times of austerity !! AND BAD reviews would affect there business model !! this clearly fell on deaf EARS !!! PURCHERS !! BUYERS you have been WARNED !! LIGHT IN THE BOX IS AN UNPRINCIPLED COMPANY PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AT YOUR PERRIL !!!
