Was in the process had a cut full of stuff just about to download the app but decided to read the reviews first I read 12 reviews only one of them was good all the rest were horrible pertaining to customer service and shipping and then refunds the answer to everything was a pretty typed same message thing they tell everybody so glad I did not hit the install button but I've spoken to a relative of mine cuz some of the most of the items are absolutely adorable and just going to get somebody closer to home dependable get those items and below this company out of the water working on it

Shocking quality in dresses spent over 50 euros sorry I didn't give the money to charity. Could hardly give the dresses to charity shop so bad. Never buy from this site sorry I didn't read reviews first!

There aren't words to describe how i feel about this company but SCAM, USELESS, DISGUSTING & THIEVES spring to mind. Ordered a cosplay wig for my grandaughter's birthday a month in advance and seeing the site as well set out with fast delivery times I *stupidly* ordered it from LightInTheBox. Oh how I wish I hadn't. Payment was taken. No parcel. Queried this via email. Got a response saying it would be tracked. They also gave me a tracking number for Royal Mail. Apparently, My name, address and phone number were all wrong so they couldn't deliver it. (How can anyone get ALL those details wrong?) I asked for a refund. NO refund was going to be made due the parcel being abandoned as there was no correct detail given and in their returns T&C the dont have to refund for this reason. SO they take my payment. Someone on their shipment warehouse labelled the package incorrectly and now its my fault. This is a SCAM company. No reputable company would do this. I had to give a one star rating but i give this -1000 star rating. Please save your money AND DO NOT BUY FROM LIGHTINTHEBOX!!!

Purchased 3 men's shirts on Nov 4, 2020 for $51.33 and received on Nov 17. Items were poorly made and not acceptable. Opened a Return Ticket on Nov 18 and shipped back goods on Nov 20 via USPS to China factory per instructions at my expense for $27.75. Continued on-going follow up for refund. Submitted claims to Paypal and Amex since LightintheBox never responded. Finally On Mar 5, 2021 received email reply from vendor that refund would be issued. On Mar 11 a total of $40.07 was refunded to my Paypal account. $40.07 - $51.33 - $27.75 = $39.01 loss. Vendor reduced refund for their initial S&H and insurance fee. What a terrible seller! I will try to post my negative comments everywhere possible.

Ordered £40 worth of stuff and a month after it was meant to arrive it still hasn't. Customer service is an absolute joke, just computer replying not talking to a person. They offered me a refund but I would have to pay more to them and then they would refund me to extra back ( so I would give them money then they would give the same money back). They are a con and a joke

My jacket should have shipped a week ago. its still pending but payment taken A check of reviews show about 10 in the last month of non arrival, rubbish quality and poor service. warning dont order

My order never shipped. lightbox took payment off me nearly 2 months ago and has never posted my order and it's now passed the shipment due date. The customer service is awful and I would recommend NEVER buying from here unless you want to be scammed out of your money. TERRIBLE experience, use any other shop than lightbox, as the service is completely unreliable and unprofessional and you'll be left waiting for weeks and weeks- I'm still waiting for my order with no update as to why it's late. To me it was a lot of money but lightinthebox don't seem to be concerned about processing orders as much as they are about taking your money and then doing nothing to send you your order. Be very careful ordering from here. I buy online all the time off similar websites and never have had such a bad experience. Dodgy selling website. Would not use again and would recommend going somewhere else if you want your order to ever turn up.

I received my order weeks after it ha been paid for. The quality was awful. The items were nothing as like what they showed on the photos. I tried to return. The return address is only in China. Needless to say, no refund yet. The customer service replies straight away only to tell you that more procedures need to be done. I shall never use that site again. Totally awful experience.

When I place my order I had no idea that two months later I'd still be waiting on my item. Common practice online of ordering product from China after the order is placed and paid for. I'm hoping this will be the start of the downfall of online shopping so we can return to brick and mortar stores.

This is the first time I use this website .... and it was for international shipping ... I paid for this item with the insurances .. after more than one month the status appeared undelivered ..!! after I send alot messages an Emails , the status changed to Derlivered and it delivered to the wrong person and wrong location .... and I put number to call they didn't call or do anything .... my money has been deducted .... I feel sorry for trusting this website ...

Used to find site very good, I purchased a suit which was to small and poor quality materials, I wanted to return item to supplier, got a small refund Lightin The box seemed more interested in keeping the supplier happy not the customer. I was a good customer spent a lot of money, I'm now forcing myself not to buy from this company. Regards.

Dont bother when I ordered I didnt even realize it's based in china ......sizes are not the same as uk really hard to return they off a partial offer to keep the item and dont refund ...so dont waste your time and money

My son ordered a top, it hasn't ever arrived. We checked the tracking as that stated that they couldn't find our address. I have absolutely no idea why,, tried persistanly to contact them. They HAVEN'T EVER replied,, don't know how to get my 8 year old son's money back. We are absolutely furious.

I'm 21 days and still waiting for my order worth over €100. I purchased posters, led lights and wall stickers for kids bedrooms and so frustrated it's taking this long. After reading some reviews I'm feeling very anxious.

Absolute rubbish. Clothes are nothing like in the pictures. Very poor quality material. Buyer beware. I haven’t even gone back for a refund due to having to post everything back to China and paying for the postage. I will never order again from this website. Wouldn’t of even given it 1 star but had to to leave the review.
