Quality nothing like picture to send back nearly same as purchase price POINTLESS

Ordered 2 pairs of mule shoes from picture on their website catalogue looked great on there, But got cheap knock not even look a likes instead . I didnt want a refund just the shoes I ordered. ITs MY OWN FAULT I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER . From CHINA CHINA CHINA

got the run around getting my stuff keep getting emails stating it was delayed tracking it showed in NJ and another 3 weeks went by before i received my stuff unsubscribed from emails and still get them buy MADE IN USA and do not order from them

The jacked I ordered wasn’t fitting me and also it was much thinner than what I was expecting for a winter jacket. I was surprised to learn that they wouldn’t refund, and instead they advised me to give the jacket to a friend and buy a new one! Lol.. I have pasted their costumer service message below: “Dear Customer, We are sorry the product does not fit. Please note our sizes are all based on Chinese size patterns, so it might be different from the size in your country. If you have ordered without checking the measurements in the size chart, it may not fit you. If the product has been received on the past 7 days and it belongs to our returnable category, it's brand new with original tag and packaging as per our return policies, you can return it to our warehouse in China. Please note you will be responsible for return postage. Returns can take from 20-30 days. We can exchange it for another size or another item. Please double-check the size chart and tell us which item and size to exchange it for. We will send the replacement once we receive your package and we will cover the reshipment postage. However, based on our experience, the costs for return might be the same or half the price of your parcel, even by using the cheapest tracking service in the post office. So, to return to China may not be the most economical option. Instead, we suggest keeping the item, give it to a friend/family member. Sometimes, a new order for the correct size may be more cost-effective than a return. We would like to propose the following offers which may be more beneficial and practical than a return: a) Keep the item and receive a reward of 20% of the product's value. b) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value. Total scam merchants do not deal with them as they poor quality and wrong size goods good then offer you 10% of the return price and you have to pay the exorbitant costs to sent back to China. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

I will never buy from here again a dress I bought came as a square of material not even sewn and see through 2 pullover s were nothing like what was advertised in color or quality buyers beware don’t even look on this website

Very poor quality clothes. No quality material used in any of the 4 shirts i bought. Wash them they fall to bits. Steer clear of this company and avoid disappointment.

4 December 2020 ordered 2 lamps and cancelled the next day because we received an e-mail where they told us product might be delayed. we tried to cancel but this was not possible because the products were already "shipped". We are still waiting 29 march 2021. No products and no refund as of yet despite our extensive e-mail contact asking for a refund. Very frustrating.

Ordered some cushion covers which turned out to be the wrong colour DO YOU THINK I CAN RETURN THEM 😡 Everything I have tried will not let me, will never order again from this site 🤬

The most despicable company in the world Fake , thieves and liars and dishonest to the core!!!!!! Do not buy from this dangerous company they will never let you return a product and good luck getting a reply Stolen £300 of me and I sent back correctly! Recorded post to the address they gave me Thieves!!!! Fake !!

Customer service non existent. Made a purchase and was charged but no order exists in their system. No way to get customer service without the non existent order number. Also when I made order the company was supposedly based out of Seattle. Nope. China. By the time I get my order of shorts (off I get my order) it will be winter. Never shipping with this company again. Beware!

I was charged for an order I did not place on 03-07‐2021. The same amount of my order was ŕeimbursed back to me the next day, 03‐08-2021 doubt you guy's will see this, or if you do, you won't reply oŕ try to rectify this problem! I'm not downloading your app to make an account. This is the 4th time I've tried to contact you. So far no one has responded back to me. I need to know who placed the order and who canceled it.

Very poor quality Tshirts with thick shiny transfer of kitten on front will not be giving as a present as too cheap and tatty I would be too ashamed . Delivery was very slow and fortunately came too late for my grandaughters birthday so bought something else. Looking at all the reviews which I didn't read before buying I will not frustrate myself by returning this rubbish but donate to a charity shop where at least potential buyers can make a judgement though they will probably end up as dusters!!!Disappointed

When I was browserd this site everything looks beautiful so I ordered five women`s blouses and now I`m extremely disappoined . The items where nothing as like what they showed on the photos. VERY POOR QUALITY,different color,poor matirial......I will never use that site again. I do not recommend

If I could I would give them no starts do not order from this website I order a two peace gym set and I only received the top and no shorts to match the customer Service is absolutely diabolical and they will keep telling you they get hold of you after 24 hours and then they will message you saying the exact same thing again
