Not advisable to purchase anything that has a size guide. The size guide does not match the size on product. Advice from customer service is, Chinese size pattern used so may be different to EU or UK sizes. So ordering a size UK 11 might be something different. There is no way of knowing what size will fit until you get the product. The return policy is, it is likely to be too expensive and takes so long to return the item so give to family or friend and buy again. Avoid. Buy local. It may be more cost effective and is easier to exchange.

First of all I ordered an overall skirt and the metal clips that attach the straps were in a ziplock bag for me to put on myself! The quality was extremely cheap material. I requested a return that was pretty easy to find the steps on how to return. So, I completed the return information and it took forever to hear back. They’re website is also a nightmare to navigate to find your return request. Once I heard back from them I was told it was too late for a return or refund! Do NOT order from them!!!

Do not buy from this company. Poor quality Poor service Deceptive return/refund policy. You will wait a month for delivery. Do not order from this company.

I would not buy from them again. The order I made was a cycling jacket. It was too small when it arrived. I went online to see how to return it. The reply was confusing. I eventually returned it. Value $57 plus dollars. I have sent numerous emails to Light in the box in relation to this purchase to no avail. It appears I can kiss the money goodbye. Will not use them again. It would be nice if you could trust online companies to be honest as have many I have dealt with are.

Poor quality clothing, sweatshirt came as a shiny nylon/polyester fabric. No order details or return facility. Had to contact Lightinthebox after finding how on internet search. They advised goods need to be returned to China at customers expense but no China address given! Will not use again and would advise others to steer clear!

I’m deeply disappointed. I ordered 6 dresses. Two of the same dress arrived which looked like a clown suit compared to the photograph.the other dresses (all in very light polyester, cheap) were not full voluminous skirts like the photographs.The dramatic full volume is what I was expecting only to find it was a quarter of the photoshopped photos. I feel like I’ve been badly conned.

“Never ever buy from this website. Not accepting returns and refusing refund.... totally rubbish quality The smart band did not do all they says it would. Given over to PayPal now for refund.

Ordered 3 shirts on March 20th, they printed up a UPS label but never gave it to UPS. Charged back 15 days later as per bank's protocol. Got my money back to my card in 5 days. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

I ordered 3 items. It took at least 3 weeks to arrived and the quality of the clothes was extremely poor (nothing to do with what they advertise on their website). When I was checking how to ask for a refund, I realised it was coming from China. I had to pay £22 and now I have to wait until they get the items to hopefully to get my money back. It's really NOT worth it!

It is not clear from the web site that this is a Chinese firm and goods are being shipped from there. They make the return process very difficult even suggesting, if item does not fit, that one gives it to a friend due to the cost of return. I have returned 2 items, posting was £25 pounds and I have not received a refund 2 months later. I cannot enter my account to make contact as it does not accept my password and the one's it sends are never recognised. I have lost over £100.

Poor quality. Product delivered in a pocket. Remote controller doesn't work. The manual is just a piece of paper with a QR-code for an instruction video. The link is dead..

Ordered 2 pairs of mule shoes from picture on their website catalogue looked great on there, But got cheap knock not even look a likes instead . I didnt want a refund just the shoes I ordered. ITs MY OWN FAULT I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER . From CHINA CHINA CHINA

got the run around getting my stuff keep getting emails stating it was delayed tracking it showed in NJ and another 3 weeks went by before i received my stuff unsubscribed from emails and still get them buy MADE IN USA and do not order from them

The jacked I ordered wasn’t fitting me and also it was much thinner than what I was expecting for a winter jacket. I was surprised to learn that they wouldn’t refund, and instead they advised me to give the jacket to a friend and buy a new one! Lol.. I have pasted their costumer service message below: “Dear Customer, We are sorry the product does not fit. Please note our sizes are all based on Chinese size patterns, so it might be different from the size in your country. If you have ordered without checking the measurements in the size chart, it may not fit you. If the product has been received on the past 7 days and it belongs to our returnable category, it's brand new with original tag and packaging as per our return policies, you can return it to our warehouse in China. Please note you will be responsible for return postage. Returns can take from 20-30 days. We can exchange it for another size or another item. Please double-check the size chart and tell us which item and size to exchange it for. We will send the replacement once we receive your package and we will cover the reshipment postage. However, based on our experience, the costs for return might be the same or half the price of your parcel, even by using the cheapest tracking service in the post office. So, to return to China may not be the most economical option. Instead, we suggest keeping the item, give it to a friend/family member. Sometimes, a new order for the correct size may be more cost-effective than a return. We would like to propose the following offers which may be more beneficial and practical than a return: a) Keep the item and receive a reward of 20% of the product's value. b) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value.
