Very bad if your item do not fit its truff they doint care and will not refund you they try to offer you 10%of your money back no way will never order from them again .

No you novice, no tags, no return slip, no addresses, 4 sizes too small, cannot find how to return,US Postal Service said I would pay $20 min for shipping and may not ever get a credit. Would have no dress and fees and cost I paid! This is a rip off. They took approx.$200 and I have a rag I cannot wear. DO NOT BUY from Lightinthebox

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I would give zero stars if that was an option I stupidly fell for the lovely photos on their website but the items that arrive are dreadful quality and totally different colours to their photos I have been trying to find out how to get a refund from them for the past week with no luck They also had the cheek to offer me 50% back if I wanted to keep the items The only place for this garbage is in a bin Please DO NOT order from here

They even do not deserve one star! Never never never shop from here! In december I ordered a t-shirt. IT NEVER CAME. I wrote them to pay me back. They asked me to be patient (after 5 months!) Because of covid, there are problems of transportation. Bla bla bla....I am going to continue to chase them but stay away from them. This company is a CON, steals from people...

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered several items of lingerie in the same size, one was way too big, one a bit tight but usable. A garter described as a 3 piece with stockings came without the stockings and they said there was an option when ordering, but there is no option for garter only and the description clearly states 3 piece. I've been emailing back and forth like 10 times now. They started with offering 20% refund or 30% credit, I said no way so they said it couldn't be returned anyway and offered 30% and 40% time. It kept going up to 50%-60% and they told me to read the return policy which I had already done and I was in the right, so I replied quoting their own policy and asking for a full refund of the two items. They got back to me agreeing to a return at MY EXPENSES, again against their own policy. I replied but they marked it as resolved and I got a reply saying they can't find the ticket. I've now escalated to a supervisor. I keep getting messages in the meanwhile saying that I have £6 about to expire, but that's a voucher if you spend £37 which I clearly would never do after this experience. Stay clear. You might be lucky once but if you have a problem - and it's likely if you order a few things - you're never gonna see the end of it. Disgraceful.

I ordered a chair cover. Have not received it yet. They took the money.I am reporting them.Do not buy buy from this company. You will be so disappointed. Never again!! Shame on you for taking people money!!

Avoid this company at all costs! I know I should have read the small print, but I got caught out. The item I ordered was too small. Customer services then told me that that was because they give Chinese sizes on the website and I would be a large in that sizing. I would have to pay postage to return the item to China - which they said wouldn't be worth the cost, so they would refund me 10% of the cost. Is such appalling practice even legal in the UK?

Never every use this company. The clothes are Chinese rubbish and tiny sizes. When you want to send them back you are told you need to post them to China at your own expense which costs a fortune! They should be banned from the internet!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! I bought two items and wanted to return the 2nd as it was nothing like in the advertised picture. They asked me to send pictures, which I did, they kept on saying they couldn’t download then. Then I was offered a discount on another item if I kept the unwanted item?!?! I have emailed them 8 times to ask for the returns address, but they won’t give it to me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Buyer beware. First and last time I will buy from this company. I knew I was buying from a Chinese based company and the wait for my goods to be delivered wasn't too bad. The issue I have with this company is that they make it extremely difficult to return or exchange goods, I believe this is a deliberate ploy to stop consumers returning or exchanging their goods, To find how to return goods on their website is a minefield to navigate, when you do eventually find what to do you are required to take photos of your merchandise, no chance, your photos will not download!!!!! I believe their trading practices need investigating, on a different note their men's clothes sizes are a joke their xxxl is a British medium size so I assume they're inundated with return requests hence why they make it difficult to return or exchange goods.

My first purchase - a dog harness, was brilliant! However my 2nd purchase of 3prs yoga leggings was extremely disappointing. I think they are fakes, poor quality, and 2 of the 3 were faulty!!! Not pleased.

This is the poorest quality clothing I have ever seen in my whole life, it is utter rubbush. Absolute total and utter rubbish, true chinese garbage. Avoid at all costs!

The item ordered was too small and the returns policy is utterly disgusting. Return to China?? The product obviously was not dispatched from China as it arrived within a week. This company is a scam. Don't order anything from them.

Can this company be reported to the Ombudsman? They need to be investigated. Returns Policy: give to a friend or will only refund 10% of the value of the item! A waste of £60 down the drain for an item that doesn’t fit. How can we be protected from these con merchants?

I ordered something size medium and it will not even do up. I am a 12/14. No decent returns policy - send it back to China at your own expense. No proper means of contact. I am just left feeling foolish as I would not normally buy from somewhere without checking reviews and had I done so these on here would have prevented me wasting my money.
