Don’t use this company. There is no indication when you buy that everything is shipped from China. It took 3.5 weeks for my dress to come. It was then nothing like the dress they had advertised and was really cheap quality. It was also too large. But they would not pay for the return/exchange. So I completely wasted my money & the awful dress went to a charity shop. Light in the Box should not be allowed to operate like this. They are are cheating everyone.

I purchased two sets of bath accessories from Lightinthebox.com. I live in Poland and I had no idea they were shipping from China. When the items arrived at my door, I was asked to pay €45 customs. I refused to receive the items and sent them back. Lightinthebox customer service tells me there is no refund. I am living in Europe, and internet purchases can be returned to sender for the first 14 days without s reason. I even have a reason. I was not informed that the shipment was not from EU and I had to pay customs. Not getting a refund for items you do not accept? What if I accepted but did not like it? Does it matter? I will continue to believe it is not a legit company but built solely to rip off people without informing them well throughout the purchase process unless they refund me.

I bought a bread baking form a few months ago and after a few times of use, now the zinc coating has started sticking on my bread! Of course I didn't dare to eat. I was angry and went on the website to find contact information but there is nothing. There is also a silicon baking mat I bought at the same time (looks totally different from the picture on the website) that I haven't tried because it looks so fragile. I regret I bought stuff from them, just waste money and time for shitty products.

Product ordered looked nothing like the picture. The solar lights that came looked like a toddler constructed it from fishing lines and glue, additionally it doesn't even turn on. Now they want video of it before I can send it back. 2nd item was great, however the matching set that also was purchased at the same time suddenly was out of stock. They did refund my money, however now that it is back in stock they expect me to pay the full shipping fee again. Also, the 4-7 days shipping, ended up taking 7 WEEKS to get these products.

Cargo Shorts DO NOT BUY Poor quality goods, not as described, Very difficult to return, goods have to be returned to China, returns website doesn’t work well, I gave up in the end. I’ll give the goods to Charity

Avoid! Ordered trainers that were not the size they should have been. UK 9 but were more like a 6-7. Advised i had to pay for shipping back to China which wasn't worth doing! Customer service was terrible. Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Part of my order was missing. Now having to fight for a refund on missing item. Seriously do not purchase anything through this company.

Poor quality feel so stupid ordering from this Company. You cannot get a refund just thrown away my money. Please do not be conned by the pictures they are just very poor rip offs.

Poor customer service Incredibly disappointed with the product. No space to report any dissatisfaction via the website. Its not worth spending your hard earned money on any purchase from them.

Bought two wigs, they were horrible, no way looking as the advertisement, not sure where to return them to get any refund, will never buy from them again

If I could put zero I would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. they put a different address label on so the parcel then becomes known as abandoned so I can't get a refund and they get to keep the money. Although I'd had an email stating they had put wrong address on they still refused refund. Boycott this stupid scam site.

Terrible service. He item I ordered never arrived, contacted the customer service department and EVENTUALLY got my money refunded. The customer service department were supposed to contact me within 24 hours of a message, I often had to wait 4 days to a week for a response. Will never use LightInTheBox again

Goods not as photo poor quality dress made from nylon and colour blue was meant to be blue going to lighter blue at bottom and the bikini top was soo small even though was size large

Just terrible! The dress I ordered was poor quality. I tried to return it and they wanted $36 to ship the dress back for return to China. That’s more than the dress costs! Do not buy from here!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company makes it intentionally hard and frustrating (if not imposdible!) to return products for a full refund...you first have to figure out how to begin a refund (you have to start a "ticket"), then you have to take a photo but they limit the format (must be a jpg and no greater than 2 mbs in size), then they offer you a 50 % credit or a 40% refund (and you keep the product)...IF you still persist and request a FULL REFUND of your money, then you must return the item to China, not to the address in New York that it was shipped from...as you can imagine, at that point I have given up and will go back and request a 40% monetary refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! LESSON LEARNED!

I ordered 5 tops from this place, what a fool i was!!!! they would probably fit a small child. They should not be allowed to fool plus sized women this way. I cant tell people enough to stay far away from this place.

Ordered, took the money immediately- order never turned up, no trace of it, never ordered etc. DO NOT touch with a large barge pole -total scam.
