Ordered a shirt. Came with Peace spelled backward. Obviously comes from out of the US and not reviewed properly when manufactured. Too risky to buy from.

Order iteam came screwed up in a bag.very poor quality would not order again.iv asked for a refund but there answer was would cost me to much to send back to China so I have 2 choices A is can keep item and there deduct 30% from refund or B deduct 10% from refund what a joke.never order from this company unless you can afford to lose money.

I wish humans knew to read the reviews before purchasing items. The only reason this company is still able to scam people is because people are buying their products without reading reviews 😢 Thank you all for taking the time to post your reviews You saved me money, and I’m so very grateful for all of you and I’m so sorry you were basically robbed 💚

If I could I would put zero, but to be fair I did receive the dress that doesn't fit, doesn't look anything like the sophisticated pattern and colouring of the photo and is tacky. There wasn't a confirmation email, no slip inside for returns and nothing on the bag either. You cannot get in contact with the company without logging in and I would imagine that would require an id number/customer number. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY A THING IT WASN'T A CHEAP DRESS EITHER. TRULY BAD

Worst online shop I've ever come across. Ordered items months ago and they finally arrived today. The shoes were supposed to be a UK size 39, they've sent me size 35. The dress is supposed to be a medium, it's an extra small. In contrast the hat I bought is massive and they packed it in a box way too small so it's permanently damaged. Their returns policy basically says the cost of packaging will outweigh the refund so don't bother and they don't offer full refunds even if you do. Disgusting website, I implore people not to buy from them!!!

Bought some items that didn't fit and the return policy is horrendous. I would give this company a zero stars if I could. The sizing of items is all over the place. Never again.

I bought 2 dresses in 2018 June. The 2 dresses l order were fake, cheap material from what was on the picture. The material was sooooo cheap light and nothing like the picture. I paid the same price, I tried to get my money back but no way or customer services. Very very disappointed and has never and will never buy from Light in a box unless you compensate me or send me a free trial product from you to convince me. I have also informed my clients and friends who saw my frustration as these were clothes ordered for my son’s engagement party. The clothes arrived late as well on the day of the engagement party so you can identify with my frustrations. Worthless and l can NOT recommend to buy any products from Lightinthebox - sorry. I NEVER GOT A REFUND. This was disappointing l tried to get my money back but then they went silent and no response to my emails and the phone line was not obtainable or connected.

PLEASE do not order from this company. Firstly, the items took approximately one month to arrive, secondly, all the items were very cheaply made and none of the clothes fit. They were very poor quality and looked NOTHING like the items on their website. Ships directly from CHINA. All items looked as if I purchased from a bad 99 cent door. Save your money and your time!

I never received my order and they say the issue is resolved if I didn’t agree I could go to another site which doesn’t exist. I am out 350.00. This is online theft

Do not buy from this company quality appalling and it would be easier to fly to the moon than return goods. I will be using my dungarees as dusters.

I ordered a face that arrived already scratched in an open and damaged box. After requested pictures sent I was told it was not damaged and was also a disposable product and therefore not eligible for a refund. This product was definitely scratched on arrival and is also re-used my many health care professionals by simply washing after use. I was offered a discount on my next order but why would I order anything else from a company who doesn’t work to satisfy a potential repeat customer and appears to sell poor quality products! Very disappointed and will never again order from or recommend this company!

I had to wait almost twelve weeks for my order. I had ordered amongst other items a 2piece tankini. When it eventually arrived I Only received the bottom of the tankini. No top. After numerous emails I have given up and obviously lost my money. Also found the material used for the T shirt rather poor quality. Will NEVER EVER order from them again!! 😡😡

Stay well away from this company. Received two dresses bought for a wedding didn't fit properly. Tried to fob me off with not ordering properly due sizes smaller in China and didn't do the size chart! Which I did! Trying to get items returned. No returns form in bag. Have nightmare sending e mails to try and get some action. Although return address is labeled on bag as Lenton LHR in Colnbrook. UK. Why can't we return it to them. Its gonna cost me more than the dresses to return the items! Paid by credit card hopefully I can recover my costs.
