Awful service. Repeatedly tried to return two items of clothing that did not match the items ordered in style or colour. E-mails go unanswered so I guess I’ve been had like all the other “customers”. They were quick enough to deliver the rubbish but there’s no way of returning it. Why aren’t trading standards closing down this scam? I’ll be buying from the high street in future.

One glance at the so-called linen dress told me it was no more than a rag. Trying to return it, however, is proving impossible so far. In spite of several emails from me I am still waiting for advice as to how to return this horrible garment. From what I have read from other purchasers, it seems unlikely that I will ever get my money back. I suppose I can cut up said dress and use as dusters. This whole company is no more than a Chinese scam.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. Cost £150. First of all it took ages to come and when it did it was nothing like I had ordered. The dress I ordered looked very elegant. What I received looked like it came from a charity shop. In fact clothing from charity shops look much nicer. They wouldn’t have accepted this outfit. They would have binned it. The jacket and dress colour did not match. Material was totally different. When I contacted them and told them they said it looked different as the photo was taken in a professional studio. Utter rubbish. I contacted them again and they said they wouldn’t refund my money as it was made to measure. It wasn’t. So don’t fall for that one. They offer a standard UK or US dress size. That is not made to measure. After a little haggling they offered to refund my money once I return it and they check it over. That has been a month now and I have been tracking the postage with Royal Mail. Now they are ignoring my emails. Don’t be fooled either when they offer you money off coupons to use. When I’ve emailed them back saying I want a refund and not money off coupons the email comes back to me saying that email address does not exist.

My order arrived on Saturday. I ordered 8 items, of which only 1 is acceptable. Disappointed is an understatement. I emailed photographs yesterday and requested return tickets. I’ve received 74 emails repeating the same thing, no help at all. Angry at myself for not finding this page before I ordered. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs.

I purchase a bolero for my sons wedding. It took a month to arrive and is too small. The company are refusing to refund my money and will not send information to return. They have stated that it was made to measure. I really do not understand how something can be made to measure when your buying it online? I am now 28.15 out of pocket and will never use the App again.

Terrible company!!!!! Do NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!! Paid high shipping costs, only to receive my item from a LOCAL warehouse. Package arrived opened, damaged and VERY poor quality product. Refused package right from delivery. They now have package and want me to pay shipping AGAIN, so I can return (and pay shipping AGAIN!). For lousy product!!!!! Lousy customer service, total scam

THIS COMPANY WANTS CLOSING DOWN!!!!! Please don't spend your money with this company as you WILL loose it, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. VERY POOR quality and a RIP OFF returns policy.

They advertise products that are not in stock and then keep you waiting with false promises.Getting a refund for goods they have not sent requires help from Paypal.Better to shop elsewhere.

I purchased five dresses- none of them fit and one had an uneven hem to boot. When I tried to return them (within the 7 day return period) I was informed that although I had simply ordered a Size 8, the dresses were made to measure and therefore could not be returned. They informed me that the measurements of the dresses were published on their website and that I should have checked them before ordering. However, when I measured the dresses they did not conform to the published measurements. In fact the measurements were out by 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" on all garments (either hips were made too small or bust was made too large) so I emailed them back. They then requested dozens of photos. They deemed most unacceptable at first and I had to retake them using strict guidelines. I had to provide 4 measurements from the INTERIOR of the garment for the bust as well as measurements for the waist and hip. Some photos were requested as often as 3 times over the course of our 13 email exchanges. My photos clearly indicated that measurements were different from those published on their website. Still they refused to authorize my returns. Finally, in one email they acknowledged the following: "For the peach dress, we are sorry that it does not match the size chart." I replied that I assumed they would now issue a Return Authorization Form. I haven't heard back from them since! I have now reported this company to my credit card company for fraud. Perhaps they will have more luck.

READ THE FINE PRINT!! Had I done this earlier, I likely wouldn't have purchased anything. I'm a XL size when it comes to shirts/cycling jerseys. I ordered two that were XXL and they were too small. They fit like a small XL. RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO CHINA at your own expense. What a joke. The shipping to China is more than the jerseys are worth. So they offered me the credit (30% of my purchase price), which I'll never use as I'll never shop here again, or a "refund" of 20%. When they offered the refund they failed to mention at first they can't just credit my card. They have to give me a credit on the site, which I can then "withdraw" to my original card. This whole experience has been a joke. All the complaints I now see on the BBB website are justified.

The product received was of poor quality and different to the one featured on the website. The neckline is ragged and uneven. The sleeves are short, not long. The length is different (the product that arrived is too short). The pattern on the sweater is not the same and the colour is very different. The product illustration on the website was a complete misrepresentation. The return process was difficult and expensive. At one stage I was offered a refund of AUD3 or a "reward" of AUD9 if I ordered something else from their website if I didn't want to return to China. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. BEWARE!

To be expected. XL would fit an average ten year old. They say there size chart is a little smaller. That means I would need,xxxxxxL. I noticed that size label on the color is missing. They won’t pay return only a 30 percent refund or 40 percent credit note. Which I’ll take the refund and never use them again
