Stay away from this company. They are happy to take your money but not willing to give it back. I have been waiting weeks for my items and only get delivery updates when I’m have asked for a refund. The delivery updates say it could still be weeks away. If you can’t deliver your items. Don’t sell them!

I ordered an ABC magnetic letters set for kids which should include 104 letters (3 lowercase and 1 uppercase), white board, 4 pens and eraser. It came almost in time, but in broken box and with only one pen. The white board is flat, not as shown in description and damaged. I wanted it as a gift, but now I need to search for something else. I’m really disappointed and will never buy again from this company.

it is outragius 3 months and money wasted waiting on a parcel that will never be delivered they contacted me saying you must follow up with your local post and ask them about the shipment local post dont know where this shipment is first and last time goodbye to my hard earned money

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from this site I purchased two dresses over a month which I still haven't received

Avoid this company at all cost! Unless you like just throwing your money away. Received two faulty shower units and now am asking for a refund the company is ignoring my emails. Do not use this company. The first item they offered me 25% of my money back or 40% off if I bought another, absolutely appalling Customer service. Second arrived with the same defect and then to top it off wasn’t even suitable for the UK. I’ve asked for a refund but am being ignored

Sizing incorrect and very poor quality material. Ridiculous return policy encouraging me to give away as expense of return to China so high. Should be covering return costs as item not as described. Will not use this company again. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this company, they are rubbish. I ordered 2 dresses and it’s so disgusting I’m trying to return them and get the refund but it’s so difficult to contact them. There’s no way to do that. RIDICULOUS I HATE THEM. Please don’t buy any thing from them.

I’m really really disappointed by the company policy you have. It is not a good way of retaining customers if someone has to fork out £45/50 to return an item. The suggestion to pass on the item as a gift is borderline ridiculous. It’s better to be clear, open and accessible in your policies but it garners longer term customer loyalty. In this case, I won’t be using your platform again to buy anything

STAY AWAY from this company. Be warned!!! My daughter ordered 3 dresses.Dresses arrived late and they are cheap and nasty. They also don't fit. They arrived on the Saturday and she has tried to return them since Monday. Messages received from this scam outfit don't make sense . Wont send a return label. She was told it would cost more to return them.! Idiots!!!!! Why are we being scammed by all of these online companies who have no means of being contacted. If this company can be bothered to read their emails could someone contact me so we can resolve this issue. This matter will not be dropped until a satisfactory outcome is achieved.

If I could give zero stars, I’d give them a negative zero. Sizing is awful, quality of material is awful and it just did not look like they advertised in the picture. Deplorable return email saying I should keep the product because shipping back to China would cost more than the return. Avoid this company.

Do not shop here. I was offered an insulting 10% refund on four items i bought and told to give them away if i didnt want them to friends and family!! Ive never heard anything so ridiculous. They have a real scam going on here. It says on their website its easy to return goods .....liars.If i could leave no stars i would.

Ordered back in November 2020 nothing by xmas numerous emails and complaints. Always sent back a generic email saying because of covid shipping bad. Months later no product no refund .just hundreds of emails trying to get more orders . What a joke .do not use.

No problem with the product. Don't expect your order to arrive on time. They set om your order for days before even starting to process it. Then its shiped to New York sets for more days. They create a shipping label. Making you think your item may actually be on the way to the post office. But in reality it's still sitting in their warehouse.

Sent shorts as 34", what turned up didn't look khaki was less than 32". Difficult to contact to return. Trying to sell at a loss locally. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole

I ordered a dress for my granddaughters wedding Aug. 7th Was tobe delivered May 17th NOT. I contacted them, told them I needed it delivered by May 30thas I was going g on vacation for 3 weeks on June 2nd,it was delivered June 5th. When I returned I looked at the dress they sent size 8 instead of size 14. Now I cant get in contact with anyone. SO I guess I'm out money and dress.
