Do not order from this company. Very poor quality clothes and took ages to arrive. They will not accept returns and offered me 10% refund without sending the dresses back. Lost £60

Awful company Took ages to arrive Awful quality Tried to return but due to paying by PayPal u r not registered as an account so u just go round and round and give up Would never buy here again!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! The dress I received looked nothing like the picture. Even though I ordered a standard size they said it was custom and would not take a return. Never ever ever again. You shouldn't either.

Ordered bike clothes. Came more than a month after their corfied ship date. Clothes were poor quality also were stitched incorrectly that would not fit but they would not take it back for exchange. Looks like rejects but are sent as new. Don’t buy from this company! Real rip off!!

Delivery was confirmed as 05/07 but goods didn’t arrive until 14th and 16th. The items ordered were disgusting! Nasty colours and really cheap rubbish material. The suit jacket was actually hard! Size 14 trousers would fit a size 8. No labels on anything - material very close to plastic so probably highly flammable. Having promised me free returns they are now ignoring me so I’m out of pocket £450! Do not use this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOU ANYTHING THAT YOU BUY FROM THEM. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM PLEASE. ALSO WHAT YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE ITS NOT THAT WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.

I am trying to send back a dress that does not fit and it is impossible. I have gone to great lengths but still cannot get a ticket to contact customer service. Why do you need a ticket to contact customer services. I will certainly not order from them again. Regards Disgusted

Be aware! Need to be 100% sure you want the item before purchasing!! Purchased item. Poor quality on arrival. Offered small discount to keep it. I returned it at great cost to CHINA - nearly £15.00! Completing all necessary documentation. No response from company. Have escalated to “supervisor”. Still nothing. This has cost a great deal of money with nothing in return. Shameful company - I would strongly recommend NEVER to buy from them. Awful experience. Totally ripped off.

Products are fine and good value. Customer service is erratic and seems lacking in my opinion. Delivery delayed and not all emails responded too ( as of today ). Promised remedy also not followed through with in stated time.

Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid of this company I think I'm just screwed. I received the three dresses I ordered which were supposed to be mid-length but they dragged on the floor and the quality of the material OMG!!!! I tried to log in and it said my information was wrong. so I tried to register and it said I was already registered. I went to live chat she said she was emailing a password reset which I never received. then when I went back to the site they removed the login tab. I had a 2nd live chat she asked me to send her a screenshot of their home page and when I did and it failed stating it was an unsupported file. She said I would receive a password reset but what is the point if they removed the login. from everything I have read, I would need to send it back to China when it shipped from NY. is there anything that can be done about this company's unfair business practices????

Clothing that arrived did not look like photos. Sent back, according to customer service instructions after contacting, to China, at high postage cost. Followed up for refund, but they kept saying package had not arrived. 6 or 8 months later the package ended up returned to my house. I checked and it had the address they gave me in writing. I gave up.It was difficult to reach their customer service as well. The quality of the sewing on the garments was very poor. Needless, to say, never again.

Stay Away. I had a hard time trying to figure out where my order was and when I finally got my shoes they were not like the photo, they were made out of plastic like the kind they use for Halloween costumes. I didn't even try returning them after being told all the hoops I would have to jump through. Terrible.

Refunds on items and postage. I’ve waited 3monthe for the refund but I’m out of pocket for £21 postage they said they would cover. Don’t use this site. They will lie and scam. Shameful really. Customer service is terrible, trying to rectify the refund was like trying to get blood from a stone. By far the very worst company I have had the disappointing time to deal with. Just don’t order from them and shop somewhere else.

Clothing not sized properly and they make it impossible to get a refund or make a return. Don't buy from here. All of the positive reviews were probably written by Light in the Box.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I ordered two sizes up to be safe and unless you have pencil stick thin arms, they are way too small. I ordered 5 items and every single one of them had disgusting material and do not fit at all, even ordering 2 sizes up. Do not purchase unless you have super skinny arms. WAY too small and I even ordered 2 sizes up. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IT COST A FORTUNE TO MAIL BACK RETURNS AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A SHIPPING LABEL NOR DO THEY PAY FOR THE SHIPPING WHEN IT IS THEIR ERROR!

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! THE MATERIAL IS GARBAGE!! I ORDERED A FEW PAIRS OF SHORTS AND THEY CAME DAMAGED, THEY TOLD ME THE SHORTS JUST HAD A FEW LOOSE STRINGS. THE SHORTS HAD HOLES ON THEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

After waiting 3 months for a suit I ordered for my daughters wedding, numerous contact s with their customer service, when it finally did arrive it was completely the wrong size. Their explanation was that it was made to Chinese pattern, but surely when they say uk size 12 that s what it should be not end up looking more like a uk size 8. As it cost £144, I asked to return it and get a refund, they refunded me £57 mainly because of the delay, but the return was made as difficult as possible, saying I had to pay for the return postage to China, which had to be by the post office only and I could not use any other courier, then it had to pass their checks and if they were satisfied they would refund £70 but this could take up to 30 days after they received the item. I checked and the postage was going to cost £63 therefore making it not viable to return. They did offer me 10% refund and keep the item or 20% credit to buy something else, as if I’d buy anything else from them. Their clothes look lovely in the photos but it’s just not worth spending a lot on these clothes. I know you get what you pay for but £144 is a lot to spend on something that just isn’t worth it. An expensive lesson learnt.
