PLEASE PLEASE do not use this Company!!!! It is impossible to return items. I have now been trying for 3 weeks to return my items, with no success. The communication from the company is ridiculous. You are asked to return items to China and therefore are offered a maximum of 20 per cent refund. Please save your money and shop elsewhere.!!!!!!!!!

I feel the same way as all the other customers who gave this company 1 star. If I could give it none, it would be a deserving rating. No Customer Service : There is no real customer service. They have no email contact address. The resolve & close ticket issues without explanation. (Hence why I labeled that they get back to me in under an hour. Not because they have a great customer service team, but that they just close it to avoid dealing with it, I guess. After one email, their supervisor Selena just ignored my tickets. They are dishonest: They cheat customs!! I'd upload a picture but my personal details are on the shipping label. Let's just say that they don't list all the items which a clear violation of any custom laws. So not only do they sell lies, cheap & poorly made products & overprice the items, but they also weasel their way around the truth maybe so they can save some money. Quality of products is so poor: There products are cheaply made knock offs of the images they use on their site to advertise. I've attached a few photos of how see through the clothes are. And the fabric is trash!!!! Their Courier Vnlin: If I had enough time, I can go on & on about the courier, Vnlin who they use for international shipping, who are just as incompetent, if not more, as Lightinthebox. Summary: I am strongly warning everyone to stay away from shopping with this website and please please please spread the word to everyone you know. I am bracing myself now because I have items I am returning.

If I could leave no stars I would! Do not order from this company! It’s a big Scam! The material is cheap, dimensions and sizes are off and they refuse to give you a full refund! They only offer you a 30% refund and you pay for the shipping back to China when they sent the wrong item! They send me a bogus return label and tell you it would cost you more to ship the item yourself! Even when it’s the wrong merchandise, they will not send you a return label or give you a refund!

Complete rubbish. Delivery many days beyond the specified working days. No confirmation of delivery timings. Wrong item, a cheaper version that was not shown on the website, was delivered but original charge made to my credit card. No response to customer review of the order made in my account on the website and the up-loaded photo of the incorrect item that was delivered. Will never use again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY. Absolutely horrible business practices. The dress I received is garbage. Trying to return it is a nightmare. I ordered a size 6, plain and simple. They said it was a custom order and won’t take it back. I never sent my measurements. They lure you in with an easy return policy, then will not allow you to return it. The dress itself is horribly made and looks nothing like the photo.

If you where thinking of buying from this company think again, they are an absolute disgrace, selling products that are not fit for purpose. There is virtually no chance of being reimbursed. One star is one to many.

If you want to return anything just know this is what you have to look forward to... "Thanks for shopping with us. We are so sorry to hear that the items you received do not fit. In this case we will need some photos for our supplier to further the investigation. For all the products you would like to return, kindly provide us with the below 4 kinds of photos to look into this matter and we will provide a solution for you accordingly. a) An overall photo of the items you received; b) A photo of the size labels/size tags on the items; c) A photo of the barcodes on the packages; d) Photo of the measurements (Bust, Clothing length); For d), please provide us with measurements and a picture using a tape measure to confirm bust and clothing length measurements for the received products. Please ensure the tape measurement is readable so we can confirm details. Really? I have never been asked to do something like this just to return an item. Everything I received didn't fit in some part of the garment. Arm holes were gigantic but the sleeve was too tight. Fabric was heavy, didn't breath well or was extremely flimsy. I purchased 6 tops and 1 dress, spent $167 and can't wear a single garment.

Sizes are small by European standards you are not warned when ordering. returns to China for cycling shirts are monstrously expensive Light in Box suggest you give the gear away if it doesn’t fit!! Beware!!

They will not let me return shoes that do not fit, they suggest I give them to a friend !!! Totally unworn & in packaging. Impossible to get a reply to e mails, impossible to contact customer service…. Scammers Im afraid…

Waited over time for product. Failed delivery as the royal mail say it has a wrong address, which Doesn’t correspond to the one I gave lightinthebox. The return address the Royal Mail has given me is return to sender is an unknown address in London. I worked 4 hours to pay for my product and I know it won’t be refunded. I can only put down to experience. My parents did warn me the layout of the site denotes another rip off Chinese website. Avoid…,Avoid. Nothing in this world is cheap. I will only Buy from UK going forward.

Shocking. No standards. Terrible product and response to request return couldn’t be any more third works, and fact from the real world. Do not us. Just don’t. Take your money, provide shocking products from China and do not offer refunds. Never, ever again. Stick with British.

I ordered an A line summer red dress. It arrived today. It is a thin, cheap polyester print, not something that I would wear. It didn't mention that it was polyester - a material that is the worst to wear in hot, summer days. I will not bother to return this item as it comes from China but I will NEVER buy from this shop again.

This is an awful website. Please avoid buying anything from here. The quality of the products is so horrible that it is not worth a single penny. None of their clothes turn out like on the picture. On top of that there is not customer support to return an item. They have deleted all helpful information and you are stuck with that terrible item that looks nothing like on the picture. I ordered 2 long t-shirts but what I got was nothing like the ones I ordered. They were so bad that they went straight to my rag bag. I took a screenshot of the picture used in lightinthebox and used Google lense to source similar tops. I found them and the material used was different from the material used on the t-shirt I got from them. Its my thoughts that lightinthebox sell bad copies or similar items of poor quality. I also found many of their items cheaper from other companies. Also pay with a method that gets your money back as this company has you paying return to China. Shameful is all I can say. Photographs show the t-shirt they advertise to what you actually get. The grey t-shirt is ludicrous in the difference. The green t-shirt is a joke! the advertised top is long and flowy with no hem, the one I got is very poor copy and quality. The material advertised is 95% cotton, the item sent to me is 35% cotton. The grey one I received has no label.

I ordered what I thought was a men's long sleeve light linen shirt based on a picture on the Lightinthebox site. What arrived was not even close to linen - or even seersucker. It seems like a re-purposed grain bag. And a poor quality one at that. Didn't match the posted picture at all. Either sellers didn't/don't know what linen is or this was false advertising. (In fact, Lightinthebox changed the description online from "linen" to "cotton.") Absolutely no help whatsoever from a very unfriendly customer service. Seven day return period might as well be "no return." I am writing to save other people from wasting their money.
