Awful response to my request to return a dress that has cost me £97. As others have said on this site, they have suggested I give the dress to a family or friend! Unbelievable! I cannot get a return address or ticket to return the dress. They have now asked me to send them pictures of me measuring myself so they can assess whether or not the dress matches the size I ordered. I’m getting nowhere with my refund request. DO NOT ORDER FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX!!!

No refunds ever received despite repeated requests over several months. Will never use again and advise friends to stay well away.

Would not purchase from here ever again, bought light up shoes for my grandson, when I gave them to my grandson, we found that one of the shoes would not recharge. this is a faulty item and there should be no limitation to replacements on faulty items but we were told that it had passed the 30 day return time, it did not take into account the delivery time which I had made sure I allowed for to ensure I had the gift in time, so by the time I gave it to him on his actual birthday, and then found there was a fault we were informed no exchange or return could be made. they were not the least bit concerned or helpful. buyer beware they do not stand by their products.

They do not want items returned to them even though the shoes i paid almost £50 for are very small made. Email regarding the exchange is actively encouraging me to keep the shoes & gift them to someone else, as the postage is so expensive to return them. I will never use this website again. Very disappointed with the treatment from them. Shockingly poor.

The package took 1 month to arrive. I have asked for a return ticket and refund and they answered that I should give the dress to a friend! After insistence on my part they ofered 30pc refund! Unbelievable. I wrote them several emails and logged tickets and I still don’t have the return ticket and the money. Very poor customer service. Keep away from them.

Absolutely rubbish. Ordered iPhone case and screen protector. Over 2 weeks still not received. Website totally inaccessible. Won’t be buying from them again. Keep away.

Look at all the 5 star reviews. They were all posted 2 days ago. Like thousands of those. Those are NOT GENUINE REVIEWS. This tells enough……. STAY AWAY

This company is rubbish claim that my order was cotton t shirts instead they sent polyester cheap rubbish my partner ordered two tops in large they sent small a total waste of money and delivery takes a lifetime to deliver please learn from my lesson and avoid better off buying from Amazon at least you get a quicker and better service

VERY POOR WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNS AND REFUNDS. I WAS BASICALLY TOLD THAT I'D BE AS WELL KEEPING THE ITEMS THAT I WANTED TO RETURN AS IT WOULD COST AS MUCH TO SEND THEM BACK. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

We placed and paid for our order 2 July. They said delivery will take 20 -25 days. It has been 45 days, still no delivery. They keep on blaming covid.

Please do not order from this company. Very poor quality material & sewing. Dress looks nothing like the dress on their website. I can’t even find how to return the dress.

I ordered from them twice, the first time, NO PROBLEM. The second time I ordered, i am still waiting after almost a month. Order says it's in the US, not far from my address. I've called the facility and they said that there was no package there under the tracking number given. I've sent light in the box several messages in reference to the whereabouts of my order. I was told, it was shipped and no longer is their responsibility. It's obvious that my order has been lost, stolen or never shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER - arrived after event I’d ordered outfit for and won’t accept return even though remains sealed (requested and provided photographic evidence) initially offered me 10% refund to keep. Excuse being it was made to measure but I ordered a regular size. Appalling customer service. Recommend you don’t take the risk of ordering from here

I wished I had read the policy about researched before using Light In the Box - they won’t respond to any of my messages. I’ve written several. An item arrived but it’s the wrong item and I’ve been explaining to them but they won’t respond back to me. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT YSE LIGHT IN THE BOX - THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS!

BEWARE! The return policy states that made to order items cannot be returned. I ordered a standard size 10 formal dress. The dress does not fit. Light in the Box refuses to refund my money. They say it is a made to order dress even though I ordered a standard size 10. The dress is so ugly! Illusion sleeves are almost white. I'm stuck with this ugly dress. They also pretend to try to help you but their "special" attempt to help me offered the same 20% back that their email from the previous day offered me. So I guess they also put up a false attempt (lie) to get you "special" l help. Terrible experience with both product and service from this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I ordered 1 PAIR of patella knee braces, which means two items, but only received one. I emailed them quite a few times in the last month that the dictionary definition of 1 PAIR is TWO items. I have not received a reply and some emails are returned, cannot be sent. Very disappointing customer service. Just read the reviews here and note that I’m dealing with CHINA, that explains everything. I will not be from this company again and I try to avoid buying anything made there if possible.

Rubbish firm don’t buy only gave one star because have to to write the revue returns have to be sent back to China at your expense DO NOT BUY from this firm the products are cheap and nasty
