Absolutely a scam the item 8 bought was nothing like the pictures and it had 2 holes in it the item was sent from the UK 48hrs tracked but they want me to return it to China!!

Do not use this company. All the negative reviews on here are spot on. I ordered something for my Son. He was really looking forward to getting it. It was supposed to take 4-6 days to get here. It took 2 weeks. But the main problem is that they sent THE WRONG ITEM! I have requested a refund but the silence is deafening. Believe this review and other similar reviews. Avoid this company. If you can get the item you want elsewhere please buy it elsewhere. The photos attached show the difference between what I ordered and what I actually got.

Would give ZERO if possible. Rip off of absolute very poor quality tat that is slow to arrive and is then non returnable when not wanted as such poor quality and undersized. Customer service non existant and just fail to respond when you are requesting return and refund. They have not sent me a Return Form despite multiple requests so I have been frauded by them for the money I paid effectively. DO NOT USE

Ordered a jumper which is nothing like the pictures and even though ut was sent from the UK theyvare telling me it has to be returned to China...buyers beware

Wrong item arrived after 4 weeks waiting and when I opened a case in PayPal I have to return the item ( pnone case £10.25) to China via tracked postage which will cost more than the item is worth. I would say that this is common practice to take an order and send any item out knowing that customers can not return due to the cost involved. Absolute rip off and I will never use again. STAY WELL CLEAR

Such a disappointment. Ordered my daughter's 1st year birthday items on 23July2021. But till date (today 12Sep2021) I did not receive the courier. Had mentioned 14-24 working days for the delivery while ordering the items. But now customer service people stated that it will take 60working days to receive.

The merchandise is Made In China JUNK!!! Clothing is not representative of on-line views. Sizes and fir are terrible. DO NOT PUCRACSE ANYTHING!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Item arrived a week later than the delivery time I had been given, indicated it was shipping from the UK when in fact it came from China, and although I cancelled the order when I realized that the delivery date would not be met, the item was not cancelled and I then faced paying a lot to ship it back or getting a 10% refund. It is practically a scam.

Ordered 2 flapper dresses in different sizes as told they come small 2₩ Aug 2021. Need for a 17 Sept 2021 wedding. Still waiting. Very disappointing. I will only need 1 if they ever arrive?? Not looking forward to the returns process. Ridiculous!

My tee shirt arrived this morning , it will fit a 2 year old , I ordered for 5 year old and the quality in very bad , never again will I use this COMPANY , its a RIP OFF , don't whatever you do order anything from LIGHT IN THE BOX ,

Do not order from this company it pretends to be a USA company and my exsperiance is you do not get (fashion wise ) as the described and picture of the article you expect & look forward to is not the same

I ordered a phone wallet for my phone. They sent me a phone wallet for a different phone. I was told that I had to return the product to China at my own expense but that this could be expensive for me. They suggested that I should consider taking a 10 % refund instead and keeping the wrong product. Lots of back and forth and still no positive result. Its not a lot of money but as a matter of principal.

Ordered 4 shirts which arrived in reasonable time...However major issue with wrong size being sent...Trying to return these and gain full refund is impossible as it's going to cost the same again PLUS customs charges to send them back to China, despite marking parcel as RETURN CARGO....Its cheaper to lose £54.00 than to pay additional taxes. SHOCKING COMPANY, THE SHIRTS WILL BE BURNED, WATCH OUT FOR UPLOADED VIDEO TO TIKTOK @gdhboorach

VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. The picture of the product they sell is very attractive and has a fancy bracket which is not on the item that they send, it is nowhere near as nice as the picture. They don’t respond to (polite) emails requesting help. My plumber said very bad quality and won’t last long. Beware of this cheap and deceitful company.

Not even worthy of one star, ordered dresses not fit for purpose no refund and no email. Disgraceful company avoid at all costs, refuse to refund and advise to gift poor quality to family

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are based in China so your delivery will be late. I began communicating with them when my order did not arrive as expected. They apologized, then asked that I wait another 10 days. I explained that this was not acceptable, that it would result in delivery post my event! Instead of creating a return label for when it arrived, they stopped communicating, saying that I had to await it's arrival before requesting a return. When I requested my return, I got a song and dance and was informed that I had to pay for shipping. To China? When you clearly have a Seattle address? No. Thank God for American Express who already credited my account. Ridiculous! Save yourself a headache!
