Impossible to contact. Password is declined and they don’t send an email to change it. Order still not arrived 11 days after they say has been shipped. Very poor.

Top my husband bought would have fit a child. Postage to return was expensive. Avoid this company.

Avoid at all costs!!!!! Bought the wife a dress believed it was coming from the UK took three weeks to get here….from China. Didn’t fit her so asked for refund, they said I’d have to post it back to mainland China which would be expensive so they wanted me to right it off, robbing gits leave well alone, I’ve reported them to PayPal, and the treading standards…

It took a very long time, before we received the product. Compared to the pictures in the ads, the product had a much lower quality.

Shirts are sized very skimpy and bear no resemblance to the actual cut for the size I ordered. Returns are a joke. You have to ship it back to China at your own expense.

Bought some trousers quality was terrible had to pay half of what they cost on postage to return them. I am still waiting for my re fund they have sat in Chinese customs for over a month. Terrible scam do not use this site!

My return parcel has arrived in China for nearly a month with China custom, the post office has asked a few times to call the receipt to contact China custom due to the delivery ia being held by them....i have contacted company's customer service for more than 5 times, just nobody reply me saying how to solve this issue, I guess they just don't want to refund me as their promise...very disappointed their service....never suggest anybody to buy their any products....waste of time waste of money

I Just want to thank you guys, I was just about to order for first time when I decided to check them out. I’m so pleased I did. Thanks to your reviews/ warnings I’m not going to bother but sorry to learn that you guys have had to learn the hard way 🙁

I purchased an outfit for my daughters wedding. The product arrived and I was devastated. The pants were three sizes too big and the top was two sizes too small. I performed the measurements and followed all procedures to return and the only response were emails saying this was custom made and could not be returned. I did not send measurements but ordered a size they had available so this was not custom made. They are misleading, very hard to deal with and led me to believe that my item could be returned. I contacted them immediately with my issues. The quality was also very poor. The outfit was very expensive and I am so sorry I did not read reviews on this company before I purchased. I will never purchase anything from this company again. BUYER BEWARE! IF I COULD CHECK 0 STARS I Would.

The worst company ever. I have my wedding and for more than one month the flower girl is still at shipment not even arrived at my country. The customer service is so bad. They keep closing my ticket and saying wait wait be patient The told me end of next month it will come then will investigate Terrible service. Last time I shall ever use them.

I ordered a handbag for my daughter's wedding but when it arrived I was extremely annoyed and angry to find that someone had slashed the bag halfway across the front with a sharp knife - malicious damage. I've no idea who did this!! I tried to return it but you have to upload a photo of the damaged item which I wasn't able to do. I've sent numerous emails to complain which have all been ignored. I'm totally disgusted with this company and I'll never use them again.
