Received the wrong product and confirmed it when I reviewed my order. Sure, I can send it back but I have to pay return postage!! Never again!

Worst service ever . Dont want to refund. 3 months from order haven't received my order , the parcel still sitting in china.

Be very wary of this company. The product looks so cute on the site. Then you get the stuff and it's alot of polyester. And the sizes are not for normal sized people. Sizes are not exact. Too small actually. And if you want to return the products they try to talk you into keeping it. They are also packaged in zip lock bags. Price? You get what you pay for. I wanted sweatshirts. They were polyester. Not something that will keep a person who is always freezing warm. Especially in South Dakota. Do yourhomworkpeople

Not sure if issue with Light in the Box or Canada Post. Delivery 9 to 15 days. It's now 27 days. Can Post apparently picked up pkg on Oct 20 and now Nov 9. Tracking shows in transit for about 10 days now. Not sure if pkg exists or is lost. Not sure about quality of shirts I ordered. Reviews do not look promising. Asked for refund but do not expect any. If you order from them make sure Canada Post is not involved.

AVOID!!! Delivery said 5-7 days, took 18. Jumper very cheap quality and much too big. Wool very thin and badly creased. No returns label included. Didn’t know this company is in CHINA and costs a fortune to return. Wouldn’t use again. DON’T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY FAKE!! Wish I’d read the reviews on Amazon before ordering.

I would never buy from here again. They make it nearly impossible to return your items. The items look nothing like they do on the picture. You get no paperwork with your parcel. The products are completely poor quality and smell. They give you 7 days to return your products but there is no information given freely on how to return items. The items took over a month to come. I would never buy anything from here again!

Awful site! Stay clear! They are misleading on their website with the quality and sizing of clothes. Will try everything to not five you a refund. Will make out that it's your fault for ordering the wrong size although I went by their size chart and even went a size up and still too small! Beware if returning as it's in China!!! They don't inform you of the return address until you decline their offers(so much money back & keep the item) even then you still have to push for it!!

I ordered goods months ago, which never arrived. They have lied and sent me rubbish emails when asking for a refund (they give you a discount on your next purchase!!!) - and now they have told me that because it has been so long, they wont refund. This company is a fraud - buy at your own risk

Bought a dog coat online. Item when received was around 10cm smaller than measurements given on website. Asked for a refund and was told that I had to return goods by tracked mail to China! As I was misold the item I refused. They said I could keep it and get 100%refund but not the initial post cost. When I accepted they changed this to a credit on their account i. e. To get the money I had to buy from them again. Case now in hands of my Bank 's Fraud Division. Disreputable company. AVOID at all costs.

They told me they would refund my money for their crappy shoes if I sent the shoes back to Mainland China! This company is a RIP OFF! Stay away.

Wish I had read reviews before purchase.This company pulls every trick in the book to avoid refunds.My advise would be stay well clear.if I could give a minus rating they would get it.

Shipping & the order process was fine, but the product I ordered was not. It was a figure skating dress. But it came with no bottom or panty bottom underneath. It is just a super super mini dress & there is no way it can be worn on the ice. I went back to them to explain the problem after spending $100 CAD & was told it was a nonrefundable item. Nothing can be done. Shame on them.

Ordered a shirt5 weeks on and no shirt, sent 2 emails, account shows no history of any orders, no replies to emails, no other form of contact. Disgusting service, AVOID THIS COMPANY.Plenty more reviews saying the same thing.😡😡😡😡

This company is completely thieves i ordered they said it will be 4 or 6 days its been 3 weeks still i didn't get any thing and they even don't reply to the email ridiculous.

I ordered a pantsuit 2 months ago , it cost me close to $200 dlls and still haven’t received, I had been sending emails requesting my money back and every time they ask to wait 10 day and 20 days and 2 more weeks they Do Not Understand What money back means, my advice do not buy from them unless you want to wait forever and even though you may not get it and you won’t get your money back either, I think they do that so people get jtired of waiting and just forget about the money and the order.!!!!!!

This company are shocking they use cheap material and sizes are small, you have no chance of a refund, Do Not Use This Company. They would not even reply to PayPal.

This company is completely untrustworthy, do not touch them with a long, long barge pole. The photographs are completely unlike the actual product that is sent. I purchased a womens jumper that looked chunky and warm. What I received was like a thin dish cloth, the garment had no labels at all, no sizing, maker or washing instruction. The jumper was about 3 sizes larger than I ordered .. way to large. There is also no chance of returning the item, as it would cost more to return it, so not worth the trouble. Very angry person
