Already written review on another site but as many people need to be advised as possible. Item ordered 29 Nov, on checkout delivery stated 5 to 7 working days, customer service thought this was 6 to 9 working days (incidentally shipping is expensive). In any case, the item was still in processing 5 days later and not shipped. Contacted Customer Service which was responsive and fast. Processing estimates then slipped from 7 Dec to 9 Dec (this is still not shipped at this date). Could not guarantee delivery by 14 Dec. Checked ordering item again on 6 Dec and 6-9 working days is the headline time on the website. This situation seems, being generous to the company, a very inaccurate order to delivery timescale. I know it is leading up to Christmas but this is very poor and other firms in my experience do much better. If you are now ordering for Christmas good luck. Customer Service has arranged a refund but that was not, in the end, what I wanted. The company would have gained a zero score had it not been for good customer service. An update to my reviews is that customer service said they would cancel my order. After waiting a suitable period I did this myself.

Took 2mnths for delivery... Tracking is a waste of time.... No communication... Must the item be collected or is it being couriered... No contact details to follow up...will never use them again

DO NOT buy anything I bought a ‘what they called was a sweatshirt’ it was so thin and poor quality it was disgusting. I bought a size bigger and it was still small but that’s when it gets worse trying to return the dam thing which they have made it so hard to return they should be sued. It mentions USA & Australia but at the end of the day it is China. I will persevere in attempting to get my money back. But I wish someone would shut down this site. I would have given it a 1 star but it didn’t give the option to score a zero

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a $159 dress in size 4, listed in stock. It was too small and I wanted to return it. This company is in China and would not accept a return or refund, saying it was a custom order size. It was NOT! Their response was that since they had none in stock in size 4 and had to make one, it qualified as a custom order and not refundable. Ridiculous!! It was an off the rack size order. All made up to keep the customers money.

This company appear to sell fake goods. Don't go near with a bargepole! I ordered 'waterproof' cycling gloves. Waterproof they are most definitely not. And I noticed you cannot leave a review on any of their products either...

Do not use this company Scammers I ordered a dress £100 it came and was 3 sizes too small… they said I cannot return as it is custom made??? Avoid avoid at all cost

Paid £200 for a wedding outfit size 16. They sent size 6 but would neither replace or allow me to return the goods for a refund despite being unwearable and therefore faulty. I feel really angry that this company breaks the law and gets away with it . Shame on them. BUYER BEWARE

The plug is not suitable for the UK only the EU and now I am having a horrendous time trying to get a refund!! Please do not shop here!!! They take your money and won’t refund when you’re entitled to it!!!

The wrong item was shipped and LITB have repeatedly refused to offer full refund and pay the costs of returning the item to China (£21.65). You might as well set fire to your money and purchase from elsewhere.

So just received a coat I ordered for mens XXL, no tags came with the coat, convenient as it's part of their returns policy to have them. Also it has L on the label in the coat but to be honest it's more like a Childs coat. I'm a 5ft.2 woman size 10 and it doesn't fit me. There are threads hanging out of most seams, awful quality. Complete shambles of a company with returns being to China at my cost... Please read the reviews before as this is not a well known company and to be honest I should have and would never have ordered...

Sizing all wrong, can't get a full refund, fobbed off by them stating more expensive to return to China, 20% offered to keep rubbish quality. I will never use them again

I ordered a dress needed for a party tried to call the same day i got to do a exchange. i emailed them several times all i wanted to get a larger size -, asof today have not even heard anything from them on a return anything there is no phone or address to contact them, but they keep emailng trying to get me buy again,sorry not again.

MENS SIZE CHART IS INCORRECT! I ordered a 2XL shirt which measures 44 inches across chest. The shirt itself measures 44 inches - no room to breathe- it looks like it was painted on. Will never use this company again. They refused to swap them to a bigger size as it was over 7 days since I received the order.

So..I will start mu story by saying that I got the wrong size of the shoes , broken earings and see through dresses . I contacted them for a refund but I've been told that this is not possible. As their item are coming from China. I WONT BE ABLR TO GET MY MONEY BACK BUT TO KEEP THEM AND GET 25% OF THE ORDER BACK. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ? OR EVEN LEGAL ? DID THIS HAOPEN TO ME ONLY ? ARE THERE ANY OTHER PPL IN MY SITUATION? LETS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT . THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

sizing chart is off and they expect the customer to pay for the return. The expectation is crazy and costly. Word of mouth is the best marketing strategy, unfortunately, it back-fired on their company.

It has been over a month since I placed my order and 2 weeks past date I was supposed to receive. Stop using the post office to send your product they are the least responsible delivery service. I will never shop here again

Terrible service, I paid nearly £30 for a wig for Halloween and it arrived 2 weeks after Halloween, I've tried to contact them 3 times about a refund and now they will not do this as they had to pay for the shopping back to their warehouse when it was their mistake! Do not use light in the box, it's terrible quality and terrible customer service!!!!
